My husband applied for a job here 3/19 he was hired on the spot! He goes to work 3/20 everything is good. He goes to work 3/21 and he gets there on time before the other guy he works with! A guy named ANDREW hands him cash and tells him he is letting him go and says " I thought you had more experience than that" MIND YOU my husband has been doing tires for years. Service calls at that. He has more than enough experience. Also it was his first day! You would think they would give him a day or two to figure out the shop before they start assuming someone doesn't have experience! Also my husbandHad mentioned this morning 3/21 that he hurt his foot but made it very clear to Andrew that he can work he just didn't want him to wonder why he was going a little slower..but from what my husband has told me we think its because a tire blew up in a workers face and now they're dealing with workers comp and didn't want to deal with that again because of my husband's foot. Which had nothing to do with working there. Even if that's not the case I think it is VERY unprofessional to hire someone who works hard and knows what they're doing let him work then fire him the next morning! I just wanted to let whomever applies there next THEY DO hire and fire for no reason. even though my husband had a couple people he used to work with unknowingly call jims and tell whomever answered the phone that my husband is a hard worker! Beware

Awesome job! Took a brand new alternator to install in my daughter s old 2004 Nissan Xterra. Not only the job was done professionally but the maintenance technicians were very competent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in a heart beat! Very courteous front desk and by the way, the charge was very reasonable. Thanks, Andrew. Keep up the good work

Had low tire pressure during my trip to visit family and stopped here to see if they could help. They were super friendly and got my tire pressure back without charging me anything. It took less than 30 mins. I really appreciate their help and would recommend Jim s to everyone

Stopped by with our truck and trailer fully loaded needing to air up a tire. They took care of us, even checked the rest of the tires and refused to charge us. Awesome place with phenomenal service

They always do us right. They were busy as all get out today, and still got us in for brakes and installed them same day. Friendly, knoledgable and a home town business! Very straight shooter. You dont have to worry about unnecessary repairs a run around or an outrageous price here. Great work! Our go to place for brakes and tires now for sure!

We are from Texas and had a blow out in Oklahoma. I called 10+ places and was referred to Jim s. He was the ONLY PLACE who had a class A motorhome tire in stock! I was feeling so defeated until i got ahold of Jim s! He had us back on the road within the hour and kept us updated the entire time!! I couldn t reccomend him enough!!

Had a low tire pressure light go off while traveling today. Stopped at Jim's after seeing billboard. Talked to guy behind counter, so you want me to fix your flat. Never said tire was flat, I needed tire pressure checked. His response was tires don't just loose air you must have a flat. Turned and walked out.Went a mile down the road to Jiffy Lube, they checked the tire pressure, filled to spec, and made sure nothing was wrong with my tire. In and out in 10 minutes and no charge. Continued traveling with absolutely no issues.Jim's is a good old boy mentality treating a woman as if she was gullible just to make money.Temp changes can cause tire pressure changes...

Can't find a better place for fast service especially when it comes to tire repair! I appreciate it these guys for getting me in and back out of their shop as quick as they could, and thanks for the four tires!

While passing through Mcalester ok I stopped at Jim s to have a flat fixed and was helped by Andrew. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They have great customer service and fast at fixing your problems.

I just came across their business card, and realized I never left a review to express my gratitude. This business saved my life going back to Texas from St. Louis in February. It was pouring down rain and I caught a flat. An older gentleman quickly found the tire I needed and got right to work. They had me out in under 45 mins without trying to overcharge or take advantage of my situation. Nice family owned spot. You guys are the best!

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I've bought tires from them, I've had alignments done and had my tires rotated before.They provide great quality services at affordable prices. And in a timely fashion! Their customer service is awesome. 10/10 recommend to everybody!! Will be a lifetime customer

Needed a new a/c kit for my car quoted me for parts and labor, and he was the cheapest in town! Now I'm driving around with some nice cool air! Nice people and great service!

Drove 5 hrs to come buy a truck, had a flat, very frustrated know I was gonna be waiting around to get back on my drive home. These guys are solid and awesome prices. Highly recommend. In and out 20 min

This place is amazing! My truck's breaks out of no where went out and started smoking. It took longer for the parts to arrive from a local part house than it did to get my truck completely fixed. 2 new tires and 2 full brake replacements for less than just the brakes at another location I went to. Amazing people, amazing service. Didn't talk AT me like another repair shops. I will continue to come here for all my vehicles in the future.

Diagnosed and repaired my vehicle quickly and at quite a savings compared to the dealership. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle there for any reason in the future. Very friendly and helpful.

Took my car in for brake repair and they had it ready to go the next day. I highly recommend them for their fast and friendly service and good prices. They called me to explain what needed to be done and gave me a quote before they did the work and they were able to get the work done for less than they quoted me! I've never had that happen before and really appreciate them not charging me more than they had to for the work. They always get my vehicle in quickly and do good work.

Very friendly earlier this morning when I went in, however very very rude when I return asking them to correct as mistake they made on the DOT inspection label. He informed me that he would not change it!! After a short somewhat aggressive conversation, he reach in his drawer I threw 2 blank DOT labels a me. They have a 4.7 rating so I hope just maybe he was having a bad day, but as for me I will not be a repeat customer.

We ran over a screw and got a hole in one of our tires while on a road trip. We needed a quick fix and Jim took care of us. Even though they were a little busy, he got us in and out quickly and was very reasonable. Friendly service and I appreciated Jim s help.

I got a flat tire in the evening during an awful ice storm alone on the turnpike. Andrew came out quickly and fixed my tire without having to replace it. He was nice and knowledgeable.I sincerely appreciated his service, especially after being turned down by five other companies for help. Would highly recommend them!

Well I thought it was a good place, but changed my mind. I was on a road trip, my tire light came on. ( I'll make this short,) I stopped in and they were busy, but I will say they stopped and looked at my tires, (maybe) they aired them up. The man at front desk told me, we took care of it, only low tires. Ok, thank you, so I was on my way. Before I got to my destination, light came on again. Took it to a tire shop as soon as I could, it had a screw in it. I could have been stranded because they never checked my tires except aired them up.

Jim came out and replaced the tire on our trailer on a rainy cold night. He was fast, efficient, and very friendly. We really appreciated his help. He had us back in the road in just minutes of his arrival! If yours ever in need of tire service, Jim s your go-to guy!
