I highly recommend this business! I have had several repairs done by Eric, and have nothing but good to say about him, his staff, and the quality of their work! I needed a major repair done, and was quoted $1300.00 by a local dealership, and that was only for the labor!!! Eric did the job, complete, for $800.00! These people are hardworking, honest, and do excellent work without delay. Many thanks to Eric and his staff!!!!

Amazing company, my son, was traveling through on the 23rd and starter went out on 2011 Enclave. They were going to close early for the holidays but agreed to work on it if the car could be brought in before 3pm, car arrived just after 3 and they started working on it immediately. Finished the job in 2-1/2 hours and charged a great rate. I can t say enough about Eric and his group. Would highly recommend to anyone needing automotive work. They could have taken advantage of the situation, good to know that there are people out there like J&E Automotive. 5 star is not enough for what they did. Definitely not lying despite what their response is. Might be a good mechanic for everyone else. For me not so muchSIMPLE MECHANICAL WORK IS OK FOR THIS SHOP TO DO. ANYTHING ELSE KEEP LOOKING!After explaining how 3 other mechanics promised the world and just sat on my vehicle for months I decided to try this shop at the recommendation of a tow truck service. They did A couple of small jobs and seemed good. I get one misfire and they push my vehicle back about a month. After taking my vehicle to a Real Mechanic I found out my engine is totaled. They seemed to be very nice but their knowledge is not very extensive to real problems. A spark plug change, sure. Even a coil pack maybe. After sitting on my vehicle for a month and a half and not doing anything I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else. Took the new mechanic (not this guy) two days to diagnose the problem. It s really the difference of a certified mechanic and someone that just changes spark plugs and brake pads.

THE WORST & MOST CRIMINAL mechanic shop I've ever dealt with! Took 2 weeks to do a job that should have taken 2 days... and then watching a Facebook video where the owner of the shop, Eric, said that a $40 part (that was very easy to change by the way) was really all that was needed - whereas he told me I needed a $2,000 oil pump replacement. I am going to be filing a lawsuit against J&E Automotive within the next few weeks. Eric, if you happen to read this, it won't do any good to pull the video off of Facebook because I have already saved it. Furthermore, look at BearTheVoice on TikTok, you will see I have more than 376,000 followers and I'm going to let everyone of them know to never use you!

I had my car scheduled for repair at Jim's tire but the mechanic that was going to rewire my driver side door had quit tonight before. I asked for a reference and this is who they gave me. J& E did a great job fixing my car and kept in great communication the entire time. Prices were extremely reasonable and I think I have found a new mechanic! I would recommend this shop to anybody in need of repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Horrible communication, had my daughter buy a new computer and didn't even need one, had a new case of Toyota Trans fluid that was never given/put back in the truck and was told it wasn't in it to start, which is a lie since they were asked to make sure the fluid was filled, and my daughter seen it on the floor of his shop (same transmission fluid box with TOYOTA clearly labeled on it), after having the truck for almost 2 months without answering calls or even calling, had it towed to tulsa to Toyota dealership, after 3 days Toyota had it running, cause of the problem, placing the sensors back in the wrong places (we were told by Eric the sensors were universal to any place). Wish we could have had the service others could have had or just the decency of a phone call to say "we can't fix this or figure it out" before so much money was charged and more stuff broken that had to be replaced.

Anytime I've had truck trouble I couldn't handle on my own eric & Jacob have always (last couple of years) got my truck in and back rolling at a reasonable rate.

Definitely the worst mechanic shop I ve ever done business with. Told us the car would be done within a week, 2 & a half months later they finally said it was finished and they only did half the job. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
