If I could give them a zero rating I would. Got a car from them, 30 minutes after I leave with the car, it starts messing up. The mechanic Jerry rigged the O2 sensor. Kept the old one in, drilled a hole, put the new one next to it and welded it place. Car still ran like garbage. They expected me to pay for a car their mechanic couldn't fix properly. Was told if I wanted a better car I should of bought a new one somewhere else. Don't buy from these people. They refused to give me a different car after they couldn't fix the other one. Basically told me to deal with it. This place does not know what taking care of customers mean.

I've used Harris alot and my parents always used them. I don't have anything bad to say, they've never done me wrong. They just have a mechanic who is very rude that's why there's 4 stars instead of 5.

Bought a car from them 2 weeks after the rear end is locking up. Took to auto mechanics who asked me if I was from the west coast? Said he'd never seen salt corrosion in a car that bad in his life. Said seemed as the car had probably been under the water for quite some time.

Excellent place to go to buy a car and Friendly staff.Go check them out I'm on my 4 car with Harris and very satisfied,so roll on in,walk on in ride on in and check out their rides you might be satisfied too

Sales cars that they know something's wrong with but then you have to buy it before they'll set an appointment to fix it and then you have to pay for them fixing it plus when they repo a car you have to pay the whole note off that you owe to get the car back most car lots with a repossess it let you catch the car up with what your behind on it and then finish paying off the rest

I have been doing business with Harris Auto for a few years now. I personally have bought 2 vehicle's from them never had a issue with the vehicle's. I even sent both of my son's to buy vehicle's so in total that's 4 we all have excellent standing with them never once late in the years I have been with them. But I must say I am very disappointed in them as of what happened yesterday. My daughter n law wanted a new vehicle the one she looked at over the weekend sold, we talked to Leslie and she said she had another one just like it but black on her car lot in Durant. So we drive from Mcalester to Durant to look at it. Turns out my daughter n law likes it alot it needed alot to put into it not a problem she was willing to do it. She went for test drive and found the AC wasn't working so she told them if they would fix the AC she would buy it. They came back and said that they would look at it but no guarantee that they would fix it. So it was a deal breaker for her. Now I'm thinking that if I was such a good customer with excellent standing with you and I am bringing you business again that you should work with us a little more instead of walking us out the door! But all is good because she found the exact same car on Kol Cars lot right across the street from them and she bought it with a 3 year warranty!!! I can say I will not bring another customer their way and will not buy another vehicle myself from them. It was a slap in the face to us!!

H.a.s. in Henryetta is shady had 06 nissan altima had a oil leak back of the motor an the inner tie rod n the cv joint on the right was bad the boots that go over them was bad took it back today an won't give money back down payment got it yesterday

I bought a vehicle from there the second of April. Gave them $2000 cash plus my still drivable car and I haven't had it a week and it's broke down. I had to take it and leave it for them to "get to it." I am now without a car. How is any of that fair?

I don't think you deserved the one star I gave you but to get less than that would require removing you from the map entirely. I'm going to leave these here for you to study. Harris auto sold me a pontiac and it drives amazing! I have wanted a pontiac to own after having lived there for a while and I am incredibly happy with it! They have good running cars here that drive good!

Not just because I work here but this place is by far the best Buy Here Pay Here in McAlester. The staff are all friendly and the owner well let's just say he knows what to buy. So if you are looking for something nice come see Gary Romine and he will put you in a vehicle and you can drive out of there in less then an hour!!!

I purchased a 2000 Chevy Silverado from them. Had no problems with it, just minor wear and tear.Very good truck and all staff were polite and curteous and helpful. I would purchase another car from them in the future.

This dealership is well known with BBB better business bureau they have numerous complaints for violating the fair credit act. The staff follow the poor practices set by the owner. I have been lied to by staff all the way to the owner. If your car has an out dated tag at the time of purchase the dealerships believes they are exempt from paying late fees to OTC Oklahoma tax commission. Pay attention to the tag you will assume their penalty.

Every one that I know bought a vehicle from there is has lots of issues or ends up having to replace the Motor or other parts. I will never buy a vehicle from them. He also runs several of the small car lots in McAlester going on a street the one on 69 business with all the campers he s as crooked as they come

This company is scum! They DO NOT stand by their vehicles. Paid cash for a van 5 days later it is broke down and they refuse to fix it. Will never buy another auto from them and strongly discourage others from doing so.

I have bought two vans from them. I traded the first for the second and have had the 2nd van for 7 years. I like this company very much and love my van.

3 cars from there and there all broke, they said they were gonna put a new transmission in our truke but they put an old one in it and they didn t even out transmission fluid in it.

They was super helpful when I bought my vehicle destiny Williams was really nice and very courteous and walked me through every step in trading in my old car for my new beetle I was so lost but she made everything simple and easy to understand got a great deal on trade and good price on my new car Thank you so much Harris auto my car runs great I am very happy customer

Worst place to buy a car! If you don't want to get ripped off, go and buy somewhere else. Whoever had problems with this car dealer should let the BBB know.

HARRIS AUTO SALES aka H.A.S. aka MO-JO I signed for a 09 Altima was really a 07, drove it across town the day of & the drive axle & right front bearings blew-out, informed them of that crackin trukey & the issues I've discovered, the right front headlight didn't work & also cracked" & extreme drag feeling & noise from the front right wheel & stalls & surges when braking while high engine revving, told them it was the calipers dust cover was most likely causing the problem I know you remember Miss Destiny was improperly installed + something else I didnt know & having 2nd thoughts, they said they would take care of it free of charge & a appointment weeks later when I got the car back just up-set with thier mechs fresh muddy boot prints in the carpet & cars same problems persisted + more quickly vehicle over-heated soon after driving 3 miles because they punctured coolant in-let heater core line while replacing drive axle, "anyways was a quick fix with fluid I thought & bleeded the brakes + oil change & air filter because 1 wasn't included with the 6.5k" feeling very patronized & I needed a vehicle doing so I did & also discovered the oil was good the stripped out & cross threaded bolts keeping the engine cover on hiding the radial tires cut & placed as motor mounts + the right front I wanta say control arm bushing was also constructed using radial tires, angered with what I found & how broch yet I delayed due to winter storm & covid & because I already knew I just got ripped off 2nd time in 6mos got pass the anxiety of confrontation & called them to updated my number & informed insurance & tag & tax up to date & again to say this death trap vehicle is still stalling in intersections & pulling jerked hard right at high speeds when I finally got it outta town & construction zones & when asked for something more safe & reliable for me & my family of the same or equal value Miss Samantha informed me with a tone & attitude "I should have took the car to my own mechanic" "or bring it back" & in the mist of the worst of the so-called pandemic with-in 3-5 days after signing it that they give me that chance "but you still had it Samantha" & I didn't get that chance or the chances to say that when the weather warmed up the A/C didn't work power steering fluid started leaking everywhere & very same drive axle problems grinding sound started befor we was disconnected, THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE WANT TO TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR THE $$$$$ 6500 & business I've already given them in the past that was also shotting under the LLC H.A.S. MoJo & motor sports unlimited so I'm told also locations in ada only makes sense to run the same schemes there, year ago i had 1997 4runner ball joint failed other than that was very good considering I was charged 269 for the fix their mech put back the very same without the plastic housing & heated & hit with a hammer a story for another timeThe headlight was to-be listed on the papers to-be fixed & they didn't fix it either all was said when I signed it was to check oil, only allotted a very short test drive also in construction zone & car seemed fine at 1st but then... in end complete cons evolved from auto sales & into projected debt collections I guess I can assume they aren't fixing the car after the letter I got today 4/5/21 still waiting to-be called with appointment when the cars going to-be ready & safe

Horrible place if you have any problems they don't care they just care about your money and won't help. Save yourself the trouble and don't go their not worth anyone's time
