I've gotten some pretty good tools for a great price here. They also have things like saw blades, gloves and even some solar stuff. My daughter calls this "The Daddy Toy Store".

I called ahead to see if they had a 20 ton shop press in stock and they did have it in stock . Went to pick it up in muskogee ok. The staff was great, very FRIENDLY and great service they already had the press out and then loaded it in my truck. I couldn't ask for better service . Very nice shopping experience. Thank you. I will be back

My husband purchased a battery charger for me less than 6 mo ago, I used it 2-3 times, now it won't work. They would not replace without an extended warranty. It's sad that business' don't stand behind their products.

Love this place go whenever I get extra money always nice just to look around to see what they have they have days where they give away small tools or malicious items for free

As a dedicated DIYer, this is my go-to place for all my tools. I don't make a living with them, so see no need to spend a small fortune on tools.

Nice store - well laid out with plenty of room. Nice, clear signage and really helpful employees. I was asked at least 3 times from different employees if I needed help and the sales explained but not in an invasive way. Totally recommend shopping for deals here!

Harbor freight rules! All the cheap tools a person could possibly want and not need. Except for bulk fasteners screws Nails Etc they don't have those oddly enough. The people there are little jackass follow me around and when I asked where something was they didn't know and just keep following me. A few higher in store brand tools are pretty good. It's got more of an adult male toy store Vibe check it out.

I often purchase supplies for my job. Maybe every other week and each time I'm there Madison greets me with a smile. Very upbeat and helpful. She make my job easier, I can only imagine how other customers feel... Hands down she has the best customer service. Not only is she friendly but she's strong. The guy named Chris this morning was very helpful, he even joked around with me. Something you don't get from ppl or businesses these days. I like what Harbor freight in McAlester Oklahoma is doing. Keep it up maybe I will hear them tell me about the raise they got Lol... I highly recommend if you are in the area looking for tools, they really good prices and some really great ppl.

Best retail experience I've had in years, extremely clean store, friendly and knowledgeable employees. I've been to other stores but never really was that interested. I will definitely be coming back, thanks for the experience guys!!!!!!

Absolutely loved the people that worked at this facility in the calendar in tandytown good friendly people but they wanna help you good environment good clean bathrooms everything is perfect couldn't know it any better

Great selection with good prices. Staff is helpful & friendly. I can always find the odd item or two I've been meaning to get . This time it was mini lube gun, chalk line & FREE mini light!

Clean and shiny new store in an old shopping center.Hope they can keep it clean and well stocked.Staff is well trained and helpful. They will actually help you find items and check stock in the backroom. Many times, they have found what I wanted in the back and brought it out to me.

Never seen such shiny shopping carts! Lol sure is a clean store for a hardware store. I'm thinking they are probably just too new to get much use of their carts yet.

I'm giving it four stars because I've only been there a couple of times if you're needing any kind of Hardware I would definitely make this your first stop very reasonable pricing
