Got in got out very quickly and they had an appointment when I needed it! Chris was very helpful and explained everything that they were doing and even ask me if we had time to for them to do a recall update. Great experience

Had a lovely time while waiting for our car. Show room clean and well stocked with commodities.Sale staff are friendly very helpful. While there we also looked at their new cars with. No hassle from the sales personal. The service personnel also were very helpful in explaining what they were doing and what repairs were needed. Thank you Fenton Nissan.

Was able to make a same day appointment. They didn't attempt to upsell me service I didn't need, but explained upcoming suggested services and pricing. I've already recommended Fenton Nissan to friends. This is the second time they've surpassed my expectations.

Fenton Nissan was the absolute best with my car buying experience. Johnathan Allen was super nice and listen to what I wanted and made it happen. Most of the process was done over the phone. I only went to the dealership to sign paperwork, shake hands and drive away on my new car. If you need a new vehicle Johnathan is the salesman you need. Super happy with my experience. Thanks Johnathan for all your help.

Fenton Nissan was the absolute easiest place I ve ever bought a vehicle! Colby Youngblood was super nice, not pushy, and dealt with my craziness we did a lot of the process over the phone and it took less than an hour for us to negotiate and shake hands! He was taking care of another customer and myself and did a phenomenal job! If you re looking for a new or used vehicle go see Colby at Fenton Nissan McAlester! I looked at several of their used and new vehicles. I appreciated all their help and not being pushy! I never felt rushed and it was the best experience!

I would highly recommend Fenton Nissan, everyone was so helpful but I cannot recommend Jonny Allen enough! He was always extremely friendly and respectful, he made sure I got exactly what I wanted and understood everything. If he didn t know how to explain something he would bring someone who could, he was a dream to work with!

Went in for my free oil change and had an issue with my front blinker light. They were able to fix the issue and get my oil changed very quickly. They were very nice and helpful with any issues I had.

Purchase was fine until I figured out that I had been charged for a protection product after I had gotten home that I had told them I did not want. This was supposedly applied to the outside paint and inside interior in 30-45 minutes including PDI ing the vehicle. This was a $1,299 expense.

I can always expect good service in your service department. The guys are very attentive;do the things i need done, bring any problems they see to my attention so I can have that done or can plan to do it next time. I especially aqppreciate the courtesy vehicle, which dropped us off at another location and picked us up. Thank you to service department.

If you're looking for first class service and a sales team that fights to get you the best deal, here you go! Jonny and the team at Fenton Nissan went above and beyond helping me get my wife her SUV. Jonny is super knowledgeable an didnt pressure us at all. Had the approval handled while we were at work and when we showed up the car was in perfect shape. Took a look around their used lot and I have to say, the team at Fenton has the best quality pre-owned cars in the state! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes!

Went in for Oil and Filter & Tire rotation, had an appt , got there on time, They started immediately and was done in a timely manner !!!! this type of service is what I expect and get every time I go there . If only their sales dept was as proficient and honest as their service dept all would be good !!!!!

I bought a brand new Altima last Feb 2020. So, first time to have oil changed yesterday. I have 11 am appointment and after an hour it's done. I was so impressed how nice and friendly the guy that worked that time, not only that, my dusty car were shiny and cleaned- they washed it! I highly recommend this place! A +++++++
