I set up rental 3 weeks ago, and put my truck in the shop today for hail damage called just to be sure they where ready for me at 4:00 pm, to only be told sorry we have called all day and the person hasn't returned the truck you are needing. I asked what "all day" is an the female stated I called 3 times. Wow .....seriously get it together folks. Unless you are the owner of this particular rental location do not respond to this review and ask me to email you.

Booked a car on 4/17 for 6/9-6/19. Almost 2 months in advance. Day comes to pick it up and they call me at 12pm and said they wouldn't have my car until 3pm then they call at 3pm and said they wouldn't have it at all. None of the other places had a car on such short notice so they put me in a huge bind! Not to mention cost me a huge amount of money making other arrangements. Very unprofessional. They offered me a Dodge Durango for over $50 more a day. $103 per day to be exact. Didn't even try to make it right. I will now go out of my way to never use them again.

Worst rental ever. Website shows that cars are available, however the office will tell you that no car are for retail available. As well folks at the office for sure make sure that you know that they do not care about you. Better bring good walking shoes to this car rental place since you are not driving away with a car from there. No star would be better but have to pick one for the review

I have tried 3 different times to rent a car from this location and it never goes thru. Not sure why exactly I am beginning to think no one ever gets a car from there. This last time as they told me there was no car they asked if I wanted to cancel the reservation? I mean yes why in the world would I keep a reservation if I am not getting a car??

Every time a car is booked online for me by my company, it s promised to be there .BUT it never is! It takes two or three day and two or three attempts, before a car is FINALLY ready for me to pick up. The last one had a broken windshield snd was filthy. Even though, there are TWO CARS in the lot, just like today!!! This is the way you run a business? Really? The last time I complained, the area manager called me. He gave me his number to call if I had ever had any trouble with this location. I called today and had to leave a message. Two hours snd still no response to my phone call. I ve used this company multiple times in the past. It s a shame it s going down the tubes. Find another company to use if possible.

If you re not from Mcalester you are OUT OF LUCK I was stranded there and called this location after making reservations for a car the night before. The next day I called to be picked up and asked what would I need to complete my rental service, being that I had a LOUISIANA license and Out of state credit card I was REFUSED ! Then the car that reserved was UNLIMITED mileage but MISTY told me they were charging .50 cents per mile where in all actuality the 116.00 rental would have been 500.00 for a ONE DAY ONE TRIP home. ALL VISITORS AVOID THIS PLACE

I had to leave a single star but it should be a negative !!! As we are currently attempting to rent here, the lady argued on rates with me, proceded to, in a condescending tone, ask if I really knew the website name to double check. I'm not stupid, she argued with every word. Extremely rude and distespectful. Even hung up on my dad while he was still talking! If you need help or in a bad sitch w/your car DO NOT CALL HERE!!

These ladies are angels. Our semitruck broke down on a friday. Part was over 200 miles away and nobody could figure out how to get it shipped over night. When I called requesting a car, they had none. They worked hard finding us a car, by 4pm we had one and were up and running Sat night. Kudos go out to the Enterprise team, Allans 24hr service and the Volvo part manager for coming in on his day off in Wichita Fall, tx.. Just an added note. We hate credit cards, havent had one for over 15 years. But buckled under and recently got one just for emergencies like this. It does suck, but when people trash and steel cars, companies have to have a recourse. Its all car rentals anymore except if you fly, which doesnt make since.

Will went above and beyond to help me when my vehicle was in the shop in McAlister. His customer service was impeccable and I would highly recommend this location. Thanks Will for all that you did!

This place took great care of me when I needed a car. The car was perfect for the occasion. The people were very friendly and accommodating.

I had to give a star to give my review. When making reservation, one price with many hidden fees. Almost double the quoted rate.My first and last with Enterprise.

Make sure u have a credit card w u. Only way they take debit is only to n from from one state no cash unless using only in city limits

Reservations person is just rude...than you go thru the questions only to find out there are no cars...darn...strike 2 enterprise

Won't rent a car with a Debit/Credit card without 2 current utility bills??Who travels with that?
