Picked up car after head gasket repair. Alternator and AC belt brackets not tightened, all belts loose. Took it back after a lengthy conversation. Next day leaking antifreeze. Bad hose was put back on or not tightened. 2 days later charged an additional 80 dollars. Tried to charge 1 extra hr labor plus hose. I understood work was guaranteed. Accepted $80. Buyer beware.

I can t express my thanks enough to Brian and his 24 hr garage. I was on a road trip with my family and my alternator went on my car during the new year weekend. Instead of turning us away on a holiday weekend Brian was the only garage to accept my business and help out a family that would otherwise be stranded. He had his mechanic assess the damage and repair the part at a very reasonable rate of service. Brian if my family is ever near McAlister, Oklahoma again and run into car trouble you ll be the first number we will call.

Was best experience I have ever had.I had several of my vehicles repaired. It's always been fast and priced lower than anyone around.I had my razr engine rebuild and it runs like a top.I also had new heads put on my dodge 2500 hemi. Was really reasonable on the price and had no problems.I would recommend them anytime hands down

Miserably failed doing an overhaul on possibly the easiest, most reliable engine there is. Jeep 4.0.Engine immediately clattered ( piston slap) And was told " All Jeeps do that"even though the most simple of minds know it's not normal. Had the pan pulled, full of metal shavings and de-burring wheel strands.Called his machine shop., Pete's in Muskogee, and was told." I told Brian that whole block needed to be sleeved" but it wasn't done.In a nutshell, $3400 for an engine that's eating pistons and was built to fail. You should really answer your phone sometimes, Brian.I can see this getting very expensive for you.

Alternator went out on our vacation trip. Most places were closed, but they thankfully were available. Got us back on the road in a good amount of time. Thank you. Should update your address online

Was worst experience that I have ever had, went in to have rear shocks replaced and have a partial tuneup done, he replaced shocks but when he started tuneup a fire started under hood, he put fire out but didn't replace all that was burnt or do tuneup

Absolutely the worst place to get anything repaired. I wouldn't even take a tricycle to them to get repaired. You'd only get 1/2 of it back because they'd steal the other 1/2 and you'd still be left with the repairs and you'd have to take them to court to get it back.

Don't waste your money... I seen toddlers work faster than these guys... they are not fast and they are nowhere close to being reliable .... owner never keeps his word
