I brought my 13 F150 in to Barlow in Feb 24 to run a 100k mile inspection and to diagnose a grinding noise that started (of course) right before I needed to hit the highway for Texas. When I came by, the Barlow team had a full lot and garage clearly they weren t hurting for business. I was sure it would be 2+ weeks before they saw me. Nope! They committed to working on the truck within a few short days and honored their word. The diagnosis was rough but not surprising given my job new wheel hub and bearing assembly, CV axle shaft replacement, new water pump. Again, I assumed the worst I was about to be out thousands of bucks. Again, nope! The Barlow team took care of me for what I feel was a very reasonable price. Throughout all of this, the whole team was communicative and a genuine pleasure to chat with. God willing, I won t need a mechanic again any time soon but when I do, I ll be back at Barlow.

I needed brakes and rotors changed ASAP. They got me in right away. I went across the street the eat breakfast while they did the repair and they got it done before I even left the restaurant. It was quick, accurate, and affordable. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

A+++ for this place of business. We experienced car overheating 6 hours into a 9 hour trip and Paul found the issue in 5 minutes. Laura called around and found a part and after Paul repaired it, test drove it and then second inspection to be sure we (cue Willie) we are On the road again. I believe we had divine intervention choosing this place so that a ruined trip and car rental $$$ were avoided. ( tears of joy y'all).Thank you! Thank you!Service: Engine repair

This place is a joke!!! Paid $500.00 they didn't tighten the bolts and I lost one. They didn't weld it right so I had to finish welding it myself. I would have taken it back, but I didn't wan it to leave my truck at their shop for another week. Very dissatisfied!!!

10/10 I highly recommend going to see Paul for anything and everything you need for your vehicle.I was driving through Oklahoma to visit family and my car started acting crazy and I had to stop in Mcalester so my family could find me at a half way point. I called a couple places that couldn't get to me or just didn't answer at all. I found Barlow Built and I couldn't be any more happier with their service and help.Paul got my car back on the road and got me and my son home safe. He has even checked on us after we got back home to make sure we were good and to see if there where any other issues and even answered some questions I had about some other things on my car. The guys here at Barlow Built Performance and Auto don't take the cheap unreliable way out, they have excellent quality in the work they do! Marty is the definite go to man for any exhaust needs, he has done wonders on all my cars with no exhaust leaks, rattles, or any defects. 10/10!
