Dustin is both an amazing employee and human being. Not only did he Greet me pleasantly but helped me save a little money through a promotion on oil/filters and took the time to go grab all my products while having me grab the cleaning supplies I was getting! If I could leave ten stars I would. Customer service/knowledge was superb!

I ve shopped here since the 90 s when they first opened. Not one time have I had a bad experience here at this store. If you re needing help AutoZone in McAlester, Ok is the best choice in my opinion

I was having some work done on my Truck @ Grease Monkey Garage and needed some parts todo the job right. They placed the order with the local AutoZone. I was concerned it might take them a hour or two to get the parts out here but to my Suprise there was Blair with my parts. Blair was professional and represents AutoZone well. Bravo AutoZone!!

Always great customer service with a couple of exceptions, mainly the long-haired manager who thinks he knows everything there is to know about vehicles just because he has been there a long time. He was extremely rude to me because I didn't feel like explaining myself as to why I wanted a marine deep cycle instead of marine starting. When I shut him down, he threw a fit and walked to the back, hollering that he was done because he told me they are both deep cycle. I, of course, know this, but I wanted the deep cycle battery instead of the dual purpose starting battery because it has more amp hours of use and I was making a battery bank for my inverters. So he stopped to the back like a child, and the regular employee apologized for the manager that I think should be FIRED. I gave 5 stars because everyone else is always kind to me even when they are super busy.

Always easy to speak to a employee. Always helpful and have most parts in stovk or can have them in a day or two. Pretty good selection of aftermarket upgrades and maintenance parts on hand. Very friendly and able to help even a novice or master mechanic with questions. Great selection of vehicle cleaning supplies. Usually my go to parts store when needing basics.

My girlfriend and I needed a last minute battery change for our road trip stop in McAlester and went to Autozone. They were AMAZING. Specifically Dustin. He was extremely personable and engaging with us while also knowing exactly what to do. He was efficient in every aspect of the battery installation and turned our days around with his positive attitude. Autozone has a great manager in Dustin here.

3 people on duty and not a single customer in the store and wouldn't install a battery I was going to purchase from them even though the website says they will. Extremely poor service

Went to AutoZone in McAlester to get wiper on wifes 2018 dodge journey. Price was fair. Asked if they would be able blades for rear window and the lady said they were too bust at this time. Okie Dokie. Where was the service. Randy Roberson

Best service I ever had from a retail store. They checked my battery, engine light and installed my wipers. The staff is extremely friendly and their prices can't be beat because they price match. Keep up the great work

Was having difficulty with my tail light. The night time manager who assisted me was so helpful, kind, and understanding. He was so courteous and spent a considerable amount of time doing all he could to help even under challenging circumstances with a smile. I will be back!

Jeff saved my life. I had an emergency tire situation on my road trip, and thank GOD it happened here. Not only was he helpful + knowledgeable, but he also so kindly advised me, noticing my lack of expertise, as well. Great customer service without being all up in your butt about it. Best autozone experience I ve ever had, 10/10, A+, would get a flat here again. Thanks man!!

Went in to buy silicone for my window... also asked about a clip for my injector because my new one doesn't fit on the injector and fuel rail.. bought my stuff and left.. someone over heard an older gentle name mike say he thought i was stealing because i asked for a bag for 1 item.... i buy from there all the time and dont steal... i will never buy from that store again..

Usually always go here but today I waited in line and watched two people being called ahead of me. I chose to go to another place instead of making a scene. It s not hard to take a look before calling the next person. Especially when we are clearly in a line. Not the first time

We were on our way home back to Iowa and my truck needed a mass air flow sensor and then my truck wouldn't start so I had to replace the starter. The guys there were really nice while I was working on my truck they brought out ice cold water. It was about around 95 degrees. Big thumbs up to this AutoZone for helping us get on our way.

My family was having trouble with the fuse in our car after visiting Walmart and picking up the wrong fuse we came to the AutoZone in McAlester, Ok and Blair was there to help. He helped 7s find the right fuse for our car and was very patient with the situation. After a few attempts at different fuses we got the right one and he was there to walk us through how to properly install it. We just wanted to say thank you and if you ever need auto assistance just ask for Blair.

I usually don't go out of my way and do reviews so if I do you know it was either really bad or really good. With that being said I cannot express how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to receive the help from this AutoZone I think I am in McAlester Oklahoma I am next to CVS and the Advance Auto Parts and Dominos. I had the opportunity of making a call this morning and speaking with chance from the phone call all the way till I got here more than helpful Above & Beyond. Absolutely truly a phenomenal person I explain to my story to him briefly of driving across the United States from Philly to Cali I was having a lot of trouble fixing my thermostat he not only helped me get it find it and find a white one we were having a lot of issues finding the right one due to the hose on my car he stopped at nothing to find the right one and to also help me fix it. Absolutely truly a amazing person in the whole entire staff was extremely helpful but Chance went above and beyond and was just such a blessing if you ever need any help these guys at this AutoZone are truly helpful

Fantastic service. My battery died at a fast food place passing thru McCalaster to Branson, MO. We were also driving a U Haul, now stranded in Mccalaster. Called Auto zone to see if they had a battery for my Honda and where could I find a service provider that could come and put it in. The lady on the phone was super friendly and helpful. Jackie, the store manager went above and beyond. Brought us the battery, installed it and we were on our way. GOD bless Autozone

My helper was great but others would stand around behind you or helper and felt uncomfortable. They would also watch over people not dressed nice for theft
