Have never had a good experience here. Customer service is nonexistent and don't ever pay online and expect to be able to exchange for warranty at a store. They have no knowledge of the online side and it was a terrible experience I almost just bought a new 400 dollar compressor somewhere else than go back a 4th time to finish the issue.

They are super friendly and helpful. Advanced is my favorite auto parts store. Everything is always good quality and again the employees are great they go out of their way to help you.

My kids were driving from Arkansas to Houston Tx in a rental car when the check engine light came on, the oil light came on and the car started smoking. They were two hours away from another car rental place so they pulled into your store. The staff was very nice and there was a customer there that said he was a coach to some of the young men that worked there. He helped them a lot, checked the car, got it running and then prayed with them before they left. I wish we knew who he was because we are so thankful for his kindness. If you know him tell him thanks and also thank you to the guys working on Saturday. September 17th 2022.

I have to say that this is one of the best part stores I have ever been to. Not even looking at the store name, the staff here were very keen. Me being a person that always works on my own car (Only way I can afford a sports car being in college), these staff members made sure I was taken care of with my alternator replacement. I would recommend this store to any other diy'er.Usually parts store staff don't know a lick about what you need, and these staff members seemed very educated.

Was having problems with my expedition so I stopped in to have them check the battery and altenator. It was the battery. I purchased a new one. Jeff changed my battery, added oil and topped off my wiper fluid for me! Great customer service I will definitely come back! Thank you so much!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Customer service was awful. Rude and unwilling to do anything that required any effort.EDIT: What you said couldn't be done was accomplished by your competitors in less than 10 minutes. Next time, put forth the effort, and maybe you will keep more business.

My go-to auto parts store in McAlester. I've tried the others, but they don't compare. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

If you need anything from floor mats to a new radiator this is the best store for your shopping list. Clean and the employees are very helpful.

Almost Everytime I go there they don't have the part and have to order it. And the vast majority of employees don't know anything about what they sell except what the computer tells them.
