The people are friendly and it's located in a convenient spot. Unfortunately those are the only positives I experienced. I brought my boat in to fix the trolling motor and look at a small leak on the fuel reservoir. I waited 3 weeks for the parts to come in before I dropped the boat off. They made it sound like it would be done in a few days. They had my boat in for 4 weeks for something that took 1 hour to fix. In addition, they never looked at the fuel reservoir, they looked at the oil system and said no leaks. I didn't make a big deal about it and was still friendly with them. Then I take my boat to the lake and immediately get 4 beeps on the warning system. I take the cowl off on the lake to discover they never tightened my oil reservoir cap. I had 2 cycle oil everywhere. I called them back a week ago and their response was they will take my complaint up the chain. No offer to fix it or anything. I'll be taking my boat back to Bills Marine. They are the best.

Do not have these people rebuild a motor for you if you re not able to run it within six months of the motor, being rebuilt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They will blame you as the owner of the watercraft for not doing your part correctly

Gary and his staff were amazing. Jason the service manager was awesome. Got right on my warranty work and received parts very promptly. Replacing a power head unit from evinrude and were great at communicating the process and most importantly keeping me informed. This is my first boat and I called 60 dealers from Oklahoma to Dallas area and always got were running about 4 to 6 weeks before we can take a look at it.i thought I would miss the rest of boating season my first year but thanks to Gary and Staff. I am back in the game.

I just recently purchased a G3 17cc boat form another dealership and I absolutely love it. The sales and service departments are great but the parts department has some issues. The boat had an optional door that could be added to the center console. Needless to say it was like trying to pull teeth very painful. After about 2 weeks of trying to get the part giving them the year and hull id the parts man said I should find a door on the internet that would work. So while looking I ran across this dealership, l talked with Mrs.Carla Whigham gave her the same information and before I could make it home she had a price , photo and double checked to make sure it would work. This is a great place to do business with. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is needing help with there boating needs. Its hard to find a business that offers this kind of care to there customers.Thanks again for your help and support.

Jason and Gary are the rock stars of the boating world. I came in with multiple issues on my AR240, they took care of my problems quickly, efficiently, and affordably. Big thanks for a great job guys.

We had a great experience with the Keystone Harbor Blackbeard location. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our service. We will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend them to more friends.

They've been great helping us to fix mistakes made by another repair shop. Finally able to get the boat on the lake yesterday for a food run. They even went the extra mile fixing a broken ski rack on the tower.

Went to get a part they did not have but they help me fix the part I had very friendly next to home will use again to fix any boat repairs I have
