What a wonderful experience! I ve only been in the area 2 days, knew no one concerning a mechanic. Luckily, I found Paul on Google I went to his shop with an oxygen sensor issue on my Ford F-150 and was in and out in less than an hour! Thank you Sir! You re a gem.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I recently got a tire rotation at Quick Lane in Durant Oklahoma however they did NOT put my tires on right! The tire was extremely loose.. I pulled over into the parking lot of P-N-M Auto Repair and even tho they were closed The owner of the shop and another gentleman that was with him checked out my tire and offered to help me. I was not expecting anything but bad luck. Them guys HELPED ME SO MUCH! I APPRECIATE IT! I don't know where I'd be if it wasn't for them kind gentlemen. The owner has been there for 20+ years and knows what he is doing. I %100 recommend this place. Don't waste your time anywhere else!

Just had my brakes replaced down in Denton TX at Kwik Kar and they didn t tighten the Caliper bolts when they finished. I had no idea what was happening, but my right brake came loose and was slamming against my rim ever time I tried to brake or slow down. I was literally stranded in Madill when I called Paul s shop. Even tho they were closed, he answered and said he was going into town so he d stop by and take a look at my vehicle. He knew exactly what happened and explained it to me rather quickly. He told me to call Kwik to get a refund because of how dangerous their mistake was, and he had it fixed the next day before lunch. Highly highly recommend Paul; he will have my business for life.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

I have been taking my cars, trucks and motorhome to P-N-M for over 7 years and have never been disappointed. When we needed brakes and new shocks on the motor home, the price was fair and the work was done on time. When I bought a busted up 20 year old car with 175k miles for my kids P-N-M kept it running for 2 years! I just can't say enough good things about the work these guys do. First of all I am new to the area so I asked around. Paul s name came up several times. So I made a phone call to them They came and towed my my vehicle and did the repairs. They called and told me it was ready and I went and paid my bill and picked it up. My total bill was very reasonable. I look for service that is done well at a fair price. That s exactly what I found with P-N-M thank you Paul!!! Services: Engine repair, Battery, Oil change

Wow. What to say. I took my kids to the Marietta vs. Madill game Friday night and my alternator went out in my truck. I called P-N-M the next day (a Saturday). I was surprised that they answered because their website says Monday-Friday. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and told me he would help me but it wouldn't be til Monday and to get the truck to his shop so he can work on it. Monday rolls around and he called me saying the repair was complete. I was very thankful and surprised that such good customer service still exists today. At P-N-M, you will find fast service, friendly people, and professional workmanship. 5 stars all day long, I wish I could give a 10! Thanks again.

My husband needed emergency assistance and Paul showed up quickly, diagnosed accurately, completed the repair at a great price. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them.

I went to leave for work and had a flat tire. I don t have an air compressor so I was in a little panic. Had kids to take to school and had to get to work. I called PNM and he came to my house and aired my tire up for me! I ve never had such a positive experience with any other car shop.

Paul and his crew did a great job on my class A motorhome brakes. It is a1993 model and he researched the parts and got them installed in 2 days. If you need anything done take it to P-N-M Auto they will take care of you.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Had an issue where something was draining the charge from my battery.If my truck wasn't started daily it had to be jumped started.I had this issue checked with several auto shops in Texas and Oklahoma.Each time I was told there's nothing wrong with the truck.I was referred to P-N-M Auto by a trusted individual who assured me the owner could diagnosis and fix the problem.After a few days the problems was diagnosed. The owner allowed the truck to sit without starting for a few days. This was done to verify issue was solved to satisfaction.Also my battery was replaced. Owner used my previously owned battery receipt to replace the battery at no charge to me. Since it was still under warranty. Only the $35.00 labor charge was added to my bill.The bill was reasonable and the work was Stellar!Thank you so much Paul of P-N-M Auto. You were a Godsent Angel.I recommend this shop to anyone in need of quick, efficient and reasonably priced auto mechanic needs.Sherrie DavisTishomingo. Oklahoma

Brought my van in for an alternator, which they could have easily charged me for a new one, let me know that all I was in need of was a new battery that they could install for me but I went to O'Reillys and got a new one. I'm glad they didn't make me or my husband feel bad for wearing a mask ,considering he has stage 4 cancer, it was a relief.Service: Battery

They fixed wiring in our truck and a transmission fluid leak. We drove maybe 30 miles and there was transmission fluid leaking into the trucks floor board!!! Then the truck starts smoking in the cab!!!! We asked for them to fix what they messed up and called the police!!! Helped me get my car back on the road after a minor mishap when my front bumper was damaged from a runaway tire tread on the highway. It was dragging the ground, they cut it off and made it where I could drive the rest of the way home, and barely charged me anything.
