Wade is so cool and knows all of what he is talking about. And is humble. And can explain mechanics. And does mechanic. Works in his own car. And is dependable also remembers everything from four calls ago concerning things prior on the same car. He is beyond helpful. And can save a person a whole lot when a worker will take the time to explain what u really truly need to buy. I might have tears upon leaving in gratefulness of his thoroughness and time.

Call to see if the part came in that I ordered waited 15 minutes on hold Then they said They weren't sure if It came in or not and I would have to come up there Which obviously was annoying Because I was 10 miles away

You have to do them like you do fast food drive thru check what's in the bag before you leave because 9 times out of 10 the wrong part is in there

You know the spot that the madill O'Reillys is at would be a perfect spot for a parts store they have left me stranded multiple times with the wrong parts.

These folks made sure I got the best possible battery for my car, then they offered to install it so that I wouldn't have to buy (another) socket set. Super fast and friendly, wish every place I shopped was as good

I don't know if it's all O'Reilly's Auto Parts stores or just the one in Madill Oklahoma and Ardmore Oklahoma.But apparently every employee at each of these 2 particular stores either has broken arms, or need to be replaced with people who actually value the food on their tables. I've called both of these stores repeatedly for 2 hours straight. Now I'm driving 15 miles to the nearest one which is in Madill.So I go in, and I'm so angry I say the first thing on my .ind "what's wrong, you people don't know how to answer the phone??"The kid says, " well, we have been real busy" I said " busy or not, do u know how many customers you lost just today bc you ignored the phone? Next time, pick it up and ask them to hold" .While I was getting help. Their phone rang.....they ignored it. I told the guy helping me to answer the phone. That u didn't mind waiting for a moment. He still ignored it.BYE BYE O'REILLY'S!! AUTOZONE...PLEASE FORGIVE ME

I purchased some oil and a filter with a 100 dollar bill and got my change back(or so I thought) he handed me 3 ones and a 5 with the 5 on bottom so I'd think it was 20s underneath. I called the store and they told me to come in so we could clear it up. The person who checked me out was already gone of course...so now I have to wait till Monday to talk to the real manager.

Store 311 to me is the worst.....no talent, no bosses...no help to anyone...better off driving to okc or dallas....always gas to order every part you'll need.

The kid helping me didn't know what he was doing, he even messed up getting the oil. Told him I needed 2 gallons and2 qts of oil. Had to get another employee to help. I will do all my business at Napa from now on!

Michelle was great. She knew exactly what I needed. She even installed my wipes blades in the rain. She was the first one to greet me as I walked in. And took her time helping me.

I moved to this area a year ago after 28 years on the road in an RV. I seen it all and used O'Reilly auto parts in several states and nothing can compare with the service I have received at the Madill O'Reilly's store. Everyone has been friendly and has went out of their way to home me the best service. Everyone knows no one can please everyone all the time, and I'm sure some of these service complaints on this page is from jerks that can not wait for the staff at O'Reilly Auto Parts to wait on other customers that came into the store before them. I have met some of them and they sure are not on my friends list.Madill O'Reilly's. You are the best Parts store in Southern Oklahoma !!!

Went in to get a fuse for the running lights on a new boat trailer and they were out of stock. When asking for suggestions/directions to another place for said fuse, he couldn't give me any but gave me the advice to just "ride the brakes" to compensate for lack of running lights.

Getting help with a problem is not always easy there, staff isn't always friendly. I've had a lot of bad experiences with their lower priced reconditioned items. I finally started going a little further down the road to Jimmies Auto Supply.

the staff is great, price rang on some of their parts seems steep and un-needed when you can go down the street to atwoods or walmart and get the same parts and such for lower prices. though if you're looking for a part more exclusive to your vehicle such as an alternator than i'd recommend going here and checking it out. always shop around though motorsales has great prices for parts and labor if you're wanting to be a little lazy. o'reilly's isn't a terrible store i prefer autozone. not gonna lie if you're playing the radio and the o'reilly ad comes on it'll drive you bonkers! again great staff at this location friendly helpful and they know what they're talking about.

I have always liked O'Reillys , their alternators and starters (remanufactured) are of excellent quality and price. Also,they usually have the right Wix filter for any application,and Wiz are hard to find...

Horrible customer service & was very rude. I stood in the store for approximately 10 minutes & was not acknowledged. When the person working behind the counter saw me he looked right at me & answered the phone. I will not be back.

Paid for a part I needed the next day, they assured me it would be there by 8:30am. Came in at 9, they said it would be there by noon. Came back at 2pm, they said it wasn't coming, they could try to order it again. Second time something like this has happened, won't be back.

Will not ever buy from madill O Reilly's they do not honor their return policy bought some lug nuts put them on they were wrong and wouldn't exchange or return
