Drove from OKC to get Real ID and had no wait. Audrey was so sweet. Everyone needs to make the drive here to get your Real ID.

Audrey is such a breath of fresh air. Doesn t feel like a DMV because she treats everyone with respect. Got our Real ID and license so quick with no appointments. It is cash only for those two above only but I would recommended everyone to come here if you want fast reliable service for anything related to DMV :) Thank you again!!!

Excellent customer service, Audrey knows how to get things done and she processed all of my paperwork quickly and efficiently. Faster and more personable than any agency I have been to in the metro before. I went for my real ID, but it is worth the drive to go back for tags and registrations for vehicles. Very pleased with my experience at the Luther Tag Agency.

Audrey is super nice, even though it took me 3 visits to get my Real ID. Audrey was always patient and kind to each person. She only takes walk-ins no appointments. I'm not sure how many calls she had when I was there.I had problems with the system shutting down, not having my marriage license for my birth certificate. The 3rd time all went smoothly.

I drove from north Oklahoma City to renew my driver's license. Audrey provides some of the best customer service I've experienced since Wheatland Tag Agency. She handled various customer needs always with a smile and exceptional customer service. Oklahoma City Tag Agency offices have lost a customer. No need for an appointment, walk ins are welcomed!

Was told to come here because none of the tag agencies in Edmond took walk in drivers license renewals, low and behold this was probably the only time in the last 10 years where I walked out of a tag agency without a miserable experience. Super nice and efficient, definitely worth the turnpike drive vs sitting in a crowded room all day.

Made my day! Audrey is delightful and very knowledgeable about Real ID and all that is tag stuff!! Always cheery on the phone and quite hospitable! Refreshing change from my area tag agencies. :) No hassling with appointments or numbers. Walk-ins till 4:00. OffI-35, a pleasant drive to Luther. Luther s gem! Thanks Pam H. Guthrie

Never thought REAL ID process will be this easy after stressing out for months to get appointments in OKC metro area. I was recommended to her by another tag agency and bingo. Walked in and out within one hour for two people to get real ID. I would rather drive 30 min to this tag agency than wait months and check online every day to get appointments..

CASH ONLY FOR DRIVERS LICENSES / REAL ID. Was a bit of a drive but 100% worth it!! Audrey was so nice and accommodating. Greatful for not having to schedule an appointment. And wait a month. Only bit of frustration was the cash only. (There is a Banc First close by). I 100% understand why can't blame them.

So I had to take off of work a little early since I happen to live far away from Luther I went into this place and was AMAZED at the one woman show Audrey! She had a room full of people and had them in and out in NO TIME! The drive was longer than the wait at this lovely tag agency so blessed my friend told me about this place. If you need a license or anything no appointments necessary just come on in and Audrey will take care of you.i was so happy this process was so EASY & PAINLESS I literally hugged her to thank her for being so KIND and QUICK! DEFINITELY will be back and will recommend ALL of my friends and family to go here. THANK YOU AUDREY YOU ARE A SAINT! SHE even took care of my mom and got her license renewed while there. BEST TAG AGENCY IN OKLAHOMA HANDS DOWN!!!!! She deserves 10 stars and a raise for all she does!

Excellent service, with the craziness at the tag agencies in OKC it was going to take me MONTHS to get my license renewed! Here Audrey had me come in in with a welcoming smile, I definitely recommend this place! Even though it s just her she is very fast and super friendly!! Definitely will be back!

I drove from north Oklahoma City to renew and get my real ID. The best customer service ever. Audrey handled multiple customers at once after the state computer system had been down for hours. I will never renew in Oklahoma City! No need for an appointment she takes walk ins and doesn't charge an appointment fee.

If you have any "Tag Agency" business that needs to get done, and you are within 50 miles of Luther, I'd recommend that you come here.First off, there are no appointments (first come first serve).Second, Audrey is extremely pleasant and joyful all the time (doesn't matter if there are 20 people in line, and someone calls to ask for an appointment).Third, all tasks are performed with an efficiency that I have not seen in other businesses attain in a very long time.

Audrey works alone but quickly. As of today, she takes walk-ins only from open until she has enough people waiting to fill her time to 4pm. She also takes inbound calls while knocking out everything else. Clearly competent and super friendly. CASH/check (2021.) only so don't lose your spot cause ya gotta run to the ATM down the road.I recommend this place, pandemic or not, because of her sheer efficiency and nice experience. Worth a 25 minute drive from North OKC on the turnpike.

Wow - this one-woman show runs circles around the other agencies. She was super professional - fielding lots of phone calls while still moving people through the queue quickly. I watched her treat others with kindness and respect - something that has unfortunately been missing from my interactions with other agencies. I will definitely be going back despite the drive.

RUDE & SNARKY!I m not sure if the young woman that was in this office the day I came in is the nice person that so many others on here have raved about because The woman I encountered was RUDE & SNARKY.I was going to Luther from Edmond because no appointment was required.BUT, if you are not from Luther area she does NOT want you in her office apparently.*If you decide to go on Rt. 66 turn right or south on Luther Road (it is a weird intersection so be careful)*CASH ONLY. For Drivers License$45-85.00.*if you want the real id license take the required documents (WOMEN-if your last name is different from birth certificate TAKE a marriage license or other name change documents)

I could sum up my experience in one word, efficient. 10 minutes a person for Real ID. The ability to just do a walk in was nice. No appointment needed or available. The lady who works there is incredible and nice. Over all an amazing experience.

This was probably the best experience I ve had at a tag agency. Came in for my real ID. Was a very friendly and efficient process. Totally worth the drive from the city. 10/10 would recommend!

Great unless you need to use the bathroom then mood changes quickly! Drove 45 minutes to get there, then waited patiently for two other people. She was quick for having system complications. I quietly walked to bathroom, which was directly behind me and the door was slightly open so I tapped a couple times just in case, then Loudly, she says may I help you? I said I m with my daughter, thinking she didn t recognize me. She said the bathroom is not for public use! How bout instead of yelling at your customers, just put a sign on the door! Easy fix!! Seriously!! Almost too easy! Just a handwritten sign! She was great other than that!

Audrey- I believe that s the lady s name . She is so nice. She was able to help me get my real ID - I had gone to the one on Waterloo where I waited about two hrs after I was told I didn t need an apt and after waiting since six am till 9:20 am I was told they couldn t see me. A lady told me to come here to Luther , no appointment needed - I had a little hiccup with how my paper work was downloaded BUT Audrey had it fixed and was able to help me get my driver s license- I had to come back from Edmond BUT it was Ok. Makes a BIG difference when people treat you like a human being- and talk to you with respect like Audrey did .

What a great experience we had going to Luther to get our Real ID. Friendly, quick service. No waiting. Don't waste your time trying to get an appointment at other tag agencies. No appointment needed at Luther tag agency!

One person. Very nice. Very busy. Efficient. Calm under pressure. You will have have to wait. First come, first served. Tag customers go to the head of the line. That's the only client that she makes income on. NO APPOINTMENTS. Worth the wait. She is very nice.

Have been there twice in the last two weeks (tag renewal and real ID issuance). Fantastic! This place (actually the clerk) is actually more than 5 stars in quality; if I could, I would give it (her) a 6!

No one in the Oklahoma City metro area would renew drivers license without extended appt dates IF you could even get a date. Some agencies are as far out as July for appt times. Luther Tag Agency is THE best in and out in 15 minutes and Audrey is a sweetheart. Thank you Luther Tag Agency!

3 days of driver's license renewal headache! Waiting at the crack of dawn, and hour early to Game Of Thrones a coveted 6 person walk in slot in Edmond/Guthrie. I just needed a new drivers license, not the hunger games.She had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Thank you for not being a part of the NEW NORMAL and using common sense and logic.
