Jennifer Hall hooked me up. I had a great buying experience with them. Their finance department is amazing and got me a great deal. They made you feel comfortable and not like you are sitting at a car dealership being pressured into buying something. Great people great experience! Jerome is awesome to work with on the financial part of the deal. Could not ask for anything more.

Every Toyota Everywhere should wish they had a service department like this one. Brandon made sure I had what I needed. Upon my return, William helped me. 7am isn t too early for top notch service with a smile! I will NEVER FORGET the helpful kindness provided here!! Let me not forget my shuttle driver in the end, Josh! What an amazing experience!! Thank you all!!

This place had the best I ve ever received at a dealership. Francis White did exceptional job from the moment speaking with him. He didn t make me feel pressured to get something I didn t want and did a great job helping me all the way. All the staff were awesome. I felt comfortable buying the car I wanted. I ll definitely be recommending others to this place.

The staff and service here at Southwest Toyota of Lawton is phenomenal. Now, I didn t plan on stopping by, but when I did, I was greeted with smiles. Jennifer, one of the staff members there, assisted me with my visit. She helped me tour the vehicles I was interested in and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. She was not pushy, but instead, was very understanding of my situation. At the end of my visit, i was blown away by their customer service and hospitality. If you ever need help in purchasing a new vehicle or just wanting to browse, stop by Southwest Toyota of Lawton. The folks down there will do everything they can to help you, make you feel welcomed, and appreciated !

My son and I had a great experience at Southwest Toyota of Lawton. We came in looking for a full size truck and left with a nice f-150 at the price we felt was very good. Jennifer was very respectful, honest, and answered any questions I had or found the answer for me. I d recommend to anyone looking for an easy hassle free purchase.

Ramiro really made this the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever experienced. We went to the lot on Friday, and told him exactly what we were looking for. They had something close on the lot, so we took a look to get familiar with the vehicle. On Monday morning, he let me know that the exact vehicle we wanted was being shipped to them and should be there today. It arrived around 1 pm, and after a test drive, we bought it. Thank you, Ramiro and Southwest Toyota. The new owners are really improving things!

A well-deserved 5 Star rating. Tim Page, Mindy Moore, and Justin Rogers performed nothing short of a miracle in making my daughter 18TH Birthday extra special by finding her dream car. Everyone was extra nice and accommodating during my buying experience. After all my hardships over the last few months, I am grateful I was able to make someone else day special with a new vehicle. Great salesman and finance. Could not of had a better experience buying a used vehicle. They worked with me and got me the vehicle I wanted at a price that was more than reasonable. The salesman was personable and held his composure even though I was swearing a lot and telling him how much I hate car lots. The finance guy took the extra time to get me a better rate than the negotiated rateband saved me thousands. The whole process was as pleasant as you could make a buying a vehicle.

Contacted dealership online, decided to call instead and got in contact with Jennifer. She did great in helping me with the honda pilot that I had been looking for weeks. She also made sure it was spotless when I got there as expected. Very consistent with communication and answering all of my questions.

We ve been going to Toyota of Lawton for almost 3 years now! Let me tell you about the great experience we have with them and their workers We got the opportunity to have Jennifer work with me and my husband on getting a new car. She was so patient,kind, and great overall. They offered us cold waters walking in on the hottest days. They never once gave us doubt. We love our new 2021 Chevrolet trail blazer and our 2017 Toyota rav 4(purchased 2 years ago).

Very happy with my purchase from Southwest Toyota of Lawton. Flew in from NC, and only an hour later I was headed out the door in my new 24 Tundra TRD Pro. Quick, easy, hassle free. Friendly staff too. Ramiro and Tim really helped make it a smooth transaction. Would highly recommend, and would absolutely buy from them again.

Jennifer Hall was very welcoming and friendly! They didn t have the Camry we were looking for but was able to make some magic happen and get it for us! Troy Ayers in finance also worked really hard and got us a great deal so overall it was a great experience and I d definitely get my next vehicle from them
