Kendall Jones and Derek Pettit did an amazing job getting me setup in my new GMC Truck! They walked me through the whole process and made sure I was taken care of. If you re looking to get into a new vehicle these are the guys to see! Thank you for the great experience guys!

My last two vehicles were sold by the same car dealer, and he made sure he took care of me. And I got what I wanted! I absolutely love both of my vehicles. Both chargers. I went from 2018 to a skat pack 2022. They have a very solid team, and they all go the extra mile to get you what you want. I have had my 2018 for two years and my 2022 for two months. I am still very pleased, and in the future, this would be the car dealership I go to.

You don't need to look anywhere else for your next vehicle other than here and here's why........... First off check their website and you will see that they don't have all that junk add on BS! no market adjustment and will actually work with you on making you a good deal on your next vehicle just like they did me. They have dealer discounts and very fair on your trade if you have one. Shawn Landers was my salesman very professional, knowledgeable and likeable that made the the whole buying experience fun and easy. The sales manager Jordan made the deal work that I offered (Thanks!). Well let's not forget Mike Roberts the F&I director who wrapped everything up in a very professional / fast manner. This dealership gets a 5 stars from me and I highly recommend Southwest GMC of Lawton. Love my truck :)

By far the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle! Our first encounter with Roosh, the charismatic salesman, was outstanding! He was not pushy, he is knowledgeable and genuinely cares for people. The manager is very personable and kind and the financial tech was quick, knowledgeable and funny! It was a friendly and pleasurable experience! We will tell everyone about our experience!

I was treated with respect and had a great opportunity to meet all the upper level of the company. Shawn Landers was my salesman and he was impressive to work with and knowledgeable about details of the new car. I met the Service managers and they were very helpful in setting my appointment for service scheduled for six months from the date of purchase. Thank you Southwest.

I went Southwest Buick to look at a used car that was advertised on line. I was really just checking the shade of red because I wanted a Buick in red but not that model. I didn t even need to talk to anyone. I certainly was not going to buy a new car. I don t buy new cars that is, not until Sam and a young fellow , Rene came on the scene and the deal offered was just too good to turn down. Didn t hurt that they had the very car we wanted. A red Buick Enclave w Premium trim level. But things had just begun to come along. In comes another of the sales team, Shawn. Shawn talked to us some more about the car s capabilities. It will do anything but fix dinner evidently. We then met a member of their finance team. Very nice and capable fellow whose name escapes me. All worked together as a unit to make sure we understood every facet of the car. Finally as we were about to pull away we received more training in what this car will do. It s my first new car in 25 years and it was a most pleasant experience. I m glad I did it.

I had dread about dealing with another car dealer but folks if you need an amazing salesman with no pressure to buy and listens to your needs!!! Check out "Derek Pettit"!!! I made an appointment and he didn't try to sale me on anything and let me make all the choices. Honest and up front...took the time to go over a few of the options I didn't know the vehicle I purchased could do as well.

Just bought a Envision Avienr and finally had a amazing experience that didn't tire me out. No fights, no hassels!!! Made an appointment with salesman "Derek Pettit" and he let me do my thing. He was there to answer all my questions, didn't press me on how, I was gonna pay, or finance or anything. When it was time for that step Derek walked me through than as I waited took me out side and went through all features I had questions on!!!

Amazing service! What started as my hubby looking at a vehicle turned into a new-to-him four wheel drive truck! Justin and Richmond are awesome. They worked with getting all the documents from LES to insurance binding, sat and chatted while waiting for paperwork, all around great guys! When you need a new or new-to-you vehicle, def go see these guys!!!

We had a fantastic experience at Southwest GMC. Derek is not only an amazing salesman, he is also a great person. He went above and beyond assisting my family with finding and purchasing the Yukon we wanted (we re very picky people). Derek has outstanding communication and took the time to listen and answer all questions. He even took the time to interact with our three young children each time we met! We ordered special mats for the vehicle and when they arrived, Derek helped install them. Derek (and his team) truly deserve this five star rating.

Derek Petit is your guy if you need a car. He was great at communicating, super personable without being pushy and made sure not to waste our time by playing the back and forth game. He was very direct with his manager and finance person - no issues. Totally made the experience easier than any other car transaction I ve been part of. I was in the market for a vehicle and Derek Pettit was the guy that was there from start to finish! He rolled up his sleeves, literally and went to work! He not only walked me through the whole process, but maintained communication throughout it's entirety. Derek made sure I was taken care of. He was very professional and keep things real. Called on a truck advertised on auto trader and was pleased when Derek said the truck had just been dropped off. Derek was able to get with service and had the truck ready for us while we made the short drive over. Next thing you know we re headed out with our new truck. Go see Derek for a great experience.

Service department diagnosed my vehicle only to find out my warranty doesnt cover a/c heat repair. Think they knew my warranty wasn't going to cover it. Charged me for the diagnosis anyway. Hefty cost for a lesson learned. Stay away!!! Not honest business.

Mr. Kevin was very informative and pleasant well explaining the new policy that GMC wants to be checked. As well as answering all of my questions and concerns. Jose, was a prefect gentleman and pleasant as well.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. We were very hesitant, but they worked with us until we were able to come to a comfortable place and we were confident in the choice we made. Didn t try to persuade us. Just got us the best deal possible and told us the facts. Very helpful.

I live in Dallas and am recovering from a surgery, so I'm immobile at this time. I had a local dealership look for a car that met my specific requirements. They found it at Southwest. The local dealership wanted to do a trade, but was unable to. So I contacted the dealership directly. Derek and Mike made everything so easy and they even delivered the car to me knowing my situation. This was probably one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences I've had purchasing a car.

Chad and the team at Legend Driven Buick/GMC Service Department are amazing. Chad s extended superior service to my 2001 Cadillac, 2007 Yukon, 2016 Yukon, 2017 Escalade and 2022 Escalade throughout the course of my time in Lawton while stationed at Fort Sill. Chad is what s right about Legend Driven. My family and I sincerely recommend his expertise!
