Had my windshield replaced at Shane Burk auto glass, picked it up and had black hand prints and smears all over the headliner inside the vehicle. There was also debris all over our dash. If you are going to run a reputable business at least clean up after yourself. We pay good money to have our vehicles cared for by your company. Other than that the glass itself looks good and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

After we all got beat up from the hail storm, He got us in relatively quickly. One windshield whistles and one windshield leaks. For the amount of money I've given that place, I would think I would have gotten better workmanship and better quality of work.

Had a busted windshield due to hail strom.... Shane Burk was the ONLY shop to answer their phone....my glass was ordered and in two days it was in and fixed in under an hour.....will be taking my business to them from now on.... these are before images

My wife took the armada in on Wednesday to get the new windshield installed, window looked good however they left dirty hand prints In The interior and the trim to the top of the windshield flew off while driving!! they told us to come back and we did, and they told us they were too busy to even look at it and they'd call us back??? it's now Saturday and we've still heard nothingUpdate: Shane personally came to my house on his day off . He was disappointed in the way his staff handled this situation, and I can really appreciate that as man hes taking care of the situation and apologized that's all I can ask.

The folks at Shane Burk Glass were so awesome. From the first call for an estimate to the final replacement of my windshield. Very courteous and professional work.. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again.

Quick and fixed no problem, other than left over adhesive smeared across my new windshield. No didnt mention it, i felt sick that day and didnt want to people further. But overall will recommend, and have!

Didn t use their services due to trading in the vehicle however, when I called with questions and my concerns the staff was super helpful and polite. Prices were reasonable, for the times we re in nowadays

While I was one of literally 1,000's of calls for the exact same service post-tornado, they made me feel like I was the only call they had. The customer service was top-notch. All transactions were completely transparent - which is rare in this industry.

The repair was under the last name of Cox.I broke the rear window out of my 2020 Toyota Tundra (with a bungie cord no less) on a Friday night while traveling across the country and camping nearby in my tiny RV. New to the area I was recommended to Shane Burk Services by the local Toyota service center who could tell I was in dire straits to get the repair done fast as rain was coming and I had nothing to protect the inside of the truck with but a tarp. I went in on Monday morning at 8:00 when they opened. The service and professionalism was outstanding. My back window was ordered immediately, put in the following day and I was off to continue my journey across to a gas-challenged east coast, but that's another story. The Shane Burk group is an excellent choice for any auto glass repair along with many other services. I highly recommend them and their staff.

Needed glass cut to specification. It was done perfectly, delivered, and cleaned before being placed on my table! I dealt with the nicest people and BONUS! the time from order to table was only 2 days. Thanks so much, everyone!
