Amazing people and great service. Jeff has been there as long as we have been getting our vehicles serviced there. He is always keeps us informed about anything non-oil related that he notices going on with the vehicles. We appreciate that kind of service.

Nice little lube shop. They fit me in on a late Friday and were able to service my large sprinter van for less than the dealer!

For 1 this place only takes card it doesn't take cash so we didn't even get to go through the car wash. 2 the menu board thing made no sense and the people there can't explain it for it to make sense. And 3 the car washes are really expensive. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

I only went for an oil change here because one of their competitors *firestone* Ugah-Dugah my bloody drain plug in at least one too many times. However, I was very pleased with the service, so I may make this place a regular part of my cars service routine.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I apprecriate their business. They fixed my car bettery earlier this year which wasnt installed right, so I came back here yesterday to inspect my car for damage after an accident. They straightened my bumper and gave me a free inspection since it was just the body damaged, and recommended me a place I could get the body repaired. I've been to places that wouldve charged me for that so that generosity is appreciated

They serviced my Mercedes with the correct products needed. Didn't try to upsell. They provided the needed service in a targeted, courteous, and efficient manner. It's become my new go-to for oil changes and maintenance service.

I went there for an oil change. The gentleman at the shop told me my oil life is still 80% and state he will check my car if there is any other issues. He did not charge me. It's hard to find honest people these days. I'm so glad I found this auto shop. You got my business. Definitely coming back next time .

We have been going to them for years, and they are always so courteous! It surprises me every time they open both the building's door for me, but also the car door. I find them up front about costs, always professional, and military friendly. Today my windshield was extraordinarily dirty, and without expecting it they cleaned it for me. What a fantastic touch to their already great service. I highly recommend Bill's Quick Lube over any other oil change place in Lawton.

When I first moved to Lawton I went to Pit Stop to get my first oil change.. For standard oil I was charged over 60$ and it took them over an hour to do it and I was the only one there. Today was my first experience at Bills and I have to say the guys were extremely professional and very kind. True gentlemen. My oil was reasonably priced before our military discount. They checked everything on my car to make sure it was running well and went over everything with me as I checked out so I knew what was going on instead of just taking my money. They had everything done in 15-20 minutes. This will definitely be my go to place in town for oil changes! Thank you guys for your help today.

I went in for an oil change and ended up getting engine coolant, transmission fluid, and an air filter as well because they check EVERYTHING. Awesome service. They come out to you when you pull up. They check things, run them by you, give you the price and aren't afraid to tell you discounts (they asked if I was military and gave me a 10% discount)

Professional & Courteous service!! Finally found a wonderful place to take my car for services. This business truly cares about customer service...which is rare these days.(they covered it all) I am very impressed!!! I recommend Bill's Quick Lube very highly. Thanks guys for the great service!!

I went to get an oil change first thing in the morning before I had to be at work. There was one person ahead of me so I understood that I had to wait but no one even acknowledged that I was there or said, I ll be right with you . The other customer spoke more to me than the employees did. She told me, I bet they ll want you to pull your car around right here if you want to go bring it over. Even when I brought my car around they didn t even speak to me. So I just left and went somewhere else.

I had the best experience with Pioneer Quick Lube. Jeff went out of his way to come to longview texas to help get us back on the road again. His service is great and he is very knowledgeable. I dont know any other place or anyone else who would go out of their way to do what he done for us. I appreciate everything and thank you so much for everything!!

Very disappointing in the professionalism s at (Bill s Quick Lube) aka Pioneer. Damage was done to my vehicle while they attempted to replace a radiator, while doing this Simple task, they also broke the brake fluid reservoir, causing fluids to be splashed over the entire engine causing other electrical wiring issues and attempted to hide this fact. I would not recommend this business to anyone for care and maintenance of your vehicle.

Wonderful Service Jeff did a wonderful job changing my water pump & thermostat coolant flush done in 3 hours 275.75 kind people Highly recommend them for auto repair needs.

Helpful. Came to car to let me know it would be about an hour wait. I had a 3 year old with me. We left. I returned later and service was very goid.
