Midas was not that bad, pretty good actually. I needed to get an oil change, so chose this place. I went in and got hooked up immediately. My truck was up in the air about 5 min after I arrived. In total I spent maybe 25 minutes there. The staff was very friendly and and respectful and just good dudes.Made this oil change experience pretty GOOD.I usually do my own oil changes, but the last time I did it the wind was allowing at like 40mph and started blowing immediately after I took off the oil nut and oil started blowing everywhere. In my hair, all over the drive way, on my arms. I looked like one of those ducks covered in oil on a Dawn soap commercial. They have some coffee upfront for ya while you wait.OKBye

Great staff every single one of them here that works here. Great service great communication and they do very good work and they were awesome to help in every other way such as helping me get the finance that I need and helping walking me through what was going on with my car. And they took care of everything very well problems were so solved and very detailed. Thank you very much Midas.

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable techs. Fast 4 wheel alignment that corrected issues with my bigger tires. Also have Military discounts! Close to Ft. Sill and very convenient.

THE WORST REPAIR SHOP , I went on Tuesday and they gave me an appointment Thursday at 2:00 pm and told me it s gonna take about two hours, I came again on Thursday at 2:00 and left the car and I came back at 6:00 and I found out that they didn t even start working on it and I told them that I have a doctor appointment next day in Dallas and I need the car to be ready at 11:00 on Friday, and when I went to them today they told me sorry but we didn t work on your car and we have plenty of cars ???Why then did you gave me an appointment and make me wait for my car ?!Bad experience, and highly don t recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful experience every time I go in there. They are one of the few mechanics shops that shoot it to you straight every time.

I needed breaks for my car. The employees was great. They where very helpful and went out of their way to explain everything they was needing to be done. Worse experience ever!! They wrecked my car and the owner Steve Powers didn t want to own up to what his employee did. He knew I was from out of town and wanted for me to proceed legally. He had the cameras to proof the time the car was pulled in, and ended up saying the cameras didn t have the accurate time all of the sudden. Don t let them take it for a test drive before the work order is given to you to sign!! Photo was taken after the test drive. It s a fresh scratch.Service: Tires

Had them look at my AC. They told me it would be 1300 ish for a full new system or 1000 for a compressor. They didn't pressure test or anything. I let some coolant out and my system works great....You can buy the compressor for 275 on eBay and they didn't even pressure test. Do your research before you trust them.

Loretta in the office and Will our technician were extremely helpful and highly professional. My vehicle was taken care of in a timely fashion with reasonable cost to me. The guys got me in, let me know I didn't really need brakes yet but recommended 2 tire replacements and fixed a puncture in one of the other tires. Service was fast, the guys were polite and knowledgeable and my traverse is in tip top shape.

As I was driving in for a brake inspection, I was greeted by a gentlemen who was on medication and wasn't organized about his business. So they took my keys put the vehicle in the shop and inspected my brakes. But as I was going to change my brakes I noticed that the wheel hub was cross threaded to the point in where it broke off and I tried calling them, but they deny that it was cross threaded. I STORNGLY wouldn't recommend your vehicle to be taken for any repair.

This Lawton Midas was a very positive experience.Loretta, Jimmy & Jeff provided detailed inspections, recommendations, and exuded abundant patience with mechanical expertise.I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost for the detailed inspection with tactics.In fact, I had to almost insist on tendering a remuneration.Thank, guys n gal Stop in and patronize them.Well worth your time & efforts Service: General repairs & maintenance

New in town just move here 1st time getting an oil change Outstanding customer service very professional! Owner is super Friendly! Oil change was only 24.99 while others are charging more. They checked my car thoroughly and informed me that I'm going to need a new battery as the battery has only 10 percent life.Great experience! Customer service was great. The employees working on my car explained things fairly well for me to understand what was performed and answered any/all questions asked. The price in comparison to other midas visits were very affordable. I was super excited to cash out
