I have purchased close to 10 vehicles from this dealership over the past several years. I would not go anywhere else because this dealership treats me like family and understand my needs. I have used several sales men over the years however Markeith has been the one I have used the most. Great guy, not pushy and puts his customers first. Only down fall but understandable with the current market is the lack of selection on vehicles currently. This dealership does do the best they can to have or find what you need. They are always upfront if you ask the questions and don t keep anything hidden from you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I would recommend this dealership! They took great care of us! Our Jeep Renegade was making a very strange and not good noise. We had drove all night from northern IL for graduation at Fort Sill. They were able to get us into the service department a couple hours after we got into town! Then they were able to fix it that same time. Everyone was very nice to us as we waited and I even found a used car I considered buying from them! The salesman was very nice and answered all my questions about the truck! Overall would recommend see these great and kind people!

Joe was an outstanding sales associate who took his time to show us everything about the different cars. He was friendly and great with my son! He made us feel comfortable and pretty much made our experience amazing! I will say every person I had contact with at the dealership was very friendly!

They are incredible. They helped me and my husband in a very quick, easy, and friendly manner. They deserve more than five stars. Any problems I've had, which there hasn't been very many, they've always helped, and answered any questions we have regarding our Jeep. They got us into exactly what we were looking for. If you are ever in the market, I recommend this place, 100%.

My two daughters,and i enjoyed my buying experience om (Saturday) September 7,2019. Our car salesman Alex did an awesome job! Everyone did a excellent job getting my car loan approval for my 2019 Dodge charger! We are excited with our whole experience! I would recommend this dealership. for purchasing a vehicle! They have vehicles just like every other car dealer but I'm not a fan of their after the sale service. I've scheduled oil changes a week in advance. Of the 3 I've had, 2 of them took over TWO HOURS! Both times I'm stuck there waiting for my car because normally, it's a 20 minute job. Their reason for the delay; they didn't have the oil filter on hand. And I guess once they realized that inefficient mistake, they apparently didn't rush to get one. The first time this happened, I let it ride. Then the SAME THING happened on my next oil change. That time I let them know I was not happy with the situation and would like a refund on the remainder of the oil change package I purchased from them when I bought the car. Barely got a,"I'm sorry" from their PR person who stated they would relay to the manager and would be back in touch ASAP. It's been 3 months without a call, email, or smoke signal from them. I decided to write off what they owe me and have competent professionals service my vehicle. If they're not capable of having the correct part on hand for a simple job scheduled way in advance, who know what else they might miss.

They did a great job and it was a no BS experience for us. The staff, our finance guy and Alex Hadley worked hard to get us into the exact vehicle that we went for. As far as care sales go it was a really easy experience for us. We got everything we wanted and more. Definitely recommend these guys.Edit: so I'm dropping to a 3 star review, it has been almost a month (4 days shy) and the car I traded has still not been paid off. Despite leaving several voicemails I have been unable to get a hold of anyone in the finance department. It is what is is at this point. I've traded several cars in my lifetime and it has never taken this long.

Alex Ortega really went above and beyond to get my fiancee and I into the perfect truck for us. He listened to our concerns, understood our budget, and went above and beyond to make the experience a good one. Above all, he listened. So often the car buying experience can be soured by a lack of communication. We experienced none of that here.Alex was adament that he had the perfect truck for us in mind and without a doubt he was absolutely right. One hundred percent, would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.Great customer service, open and honest financing options, and a pleasant experience overall. Recently bought a Chevy Colorado from here and had a great experience. I worked with Amanda and Ritchie, both awesome to work with! I found the exact truck I had been wanting on the internet. and drove 2 and half hours to this dealership to pick it up. No bait and switch when I got there and none of the "oh that price was wrong on our website" kind of stuff that I have gotten from other dealerships. It was a great price on a low mileage truck and was well worth the 2 and a half hour trip to buy from them. Amanda was a pleasure to deal with over the phone, and Ritchie came in on his day off to do the delivery. Easily the best experience I have had with a car dealership!

We were really pleased with the buying experience. We had found the truck we bought, via the internet. The prices were better than the dealership we usually buy from in Tulsa. Our sales representative, Richard Wallis, was very knowledgeable about the 2019 3500 Dodge Ram truck we bought. Bryce, was able to answer all of our questions regarding financing and warranty questions. We will definitely buy our next new vehicle from Lawton Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. Even though it s 3 - 4 hours away from home.

Highly upset with the Staff member of Chelsea that monitors the online Scheduling. I had made an appointment on line yesterday (2/13/19) through My Dodge Appt @200. I haven't heard anything back from the Dealership. I took it upon my self to call today( 2/14/19) @230 and verify the confirmation of the Appointment scheduled for (2/15/19) @830. I was told "oh I'm glad that you called". "I was just about to call my online customers". Once she verified my name Told me everything was good for the Service I scheduled. I received a call back and voicemail stating that I need to call back to the dealership. Once I was able to call back due to me being at work. I was told by Chelsea we don't have any time available tomorrow. We Had to cancel my appointment and wanted to know would the Reschedule of my appointment for Monday (2/18/19) will work. No, that will not work. I'm not understanding how I can schedule an appointment on line for a date and time that is convenient for myself to bring my vehicle in to get serviced. Now because you are the on line scheduler didn't contact myself within the 24 hour period to confirm. My appointment got cancelled. You rescheduled me and going to say will that work for you. I already had received the email notification of the changes. As a customer, you will never receive anymore business from myself at the dealership. I rather drive out of town to another Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealership to have Staff that actually care about customer needs.

I am usually very picky and like to do a lot of research before buying a vehicle, but found myself in a position where I needed a knew ride and had very little time to look for a new one. A coworker recommended the Dodge dealership in town and said that I could find what I was after, at a good price, and the sales staff would be very helpful. My coworker was absolutely correct. The sales staff was very personable and not pushy like some places I ve been in the past. They were patient as I looked at and test drove several different trucks. The staff was understanding of and worked with my financial situation helping me find the truck I wanted at a price I could afford. The overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend anyone wanting a new vehicle to stop by and check them out!!!!!

They charged me $127.00 to tell me all its problems I already knew. I was told they upgraded the modules for free. Driving home it actually had a new a new zapping squeak coming from the center console. It was after service hours. Now it has a new problem thanks to the update. Thanks for charging me to give me another problem. The service department told me it could take 3 days to 2 weeks but offered no loaners or anything. My insurance covers a vehicle. The sales department was more helpful in giving me a loaner. I put 3/4 tank a loaner for no reason.Still left with every problem and a new one that I paid money for, am I satisfied, hell no. Would I tell anyone to go there no.

The managers here handled a not so great situation we had with our car and the techs in a very professional manner. I enjoyed interacting with them but I wish it took far less time to fix my car and they actually were able to find the problem so our warranty would cover the issue. It was in a bulletin on the car however they didn't take the time to read through to know. So we ended up taking it to another shop which fixed the issue in less then 24 hours for $200. Just wish we didn't have to pay that and the warranty would've covered it had the techs read the bulletin in the first place. Lesson learned. Don't get your car fixed here unless you have to

I give 3 stars, simply because the services needed for my wife s Jeep was addressed and fixed, which was great. Although, how does it take 2 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. I could of done that in 30-45 minutes by myself, but I do not currently have tools or a lift to perform services on my vehicles. They just need to work on expediting their service.

I would like to thank the team at LCJDR for the opportunity to get my wife her new anniversary present. I especially want to personally thank a gentleman by the name of Greg Turrieta for treating my wife and me not just as customers, but like family. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle for my wife. Its because of people like this, I feel like I was more like family not just a quick sale. I also want to thank Eric our finance manager who also went and crunched the numbers to help get the payments we wanted financially. I am highly satisfied with the service and personal caring of this team. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience.

The last two times I ve taken my vehicle in I ve made my appointment online. Both times the service department did not have my appointment on record. Both times I received an email confirmation of my appointment. Thankfully the service department was able to get me in that same day however no one from the service department called me to let me know my vehicle was ready (both times)!The service dept closes at noon on Saturday but I didn t realize this and at 2 pm I showed up after having dropped my car off for a 10:30 appointment. The showroom people had to take care of me and no one went over my ticket. I asked for specific things since I am taking a trip soon and will have to call later to get my questions answered. Ugh!! Also, the same info about a hole from a nail in the left front tire was on my current ticket as was my last ticket. Did I really puncture the same tire twice in 3000 miles? I don t know because no one from the service department was available. They have my number.

I live an hour and a half from this dealer. Saw a used car on their website - wanted it, contacted the dealer, filled out the online financing forms, had an email dialogue, was assured that the car would still be there, but they would not guarantee that, nor would they place the vehicle under pending sale. Completely different experience than what I had at the last dealer I traveled to to buy a used car, 3 hours away in Ft. Worth. Made arrangements to drive down to see the vehicle, but on the morning of that trip, I got an email telling me the car had been sold. I believe this likely speaks to the integrity of the dealership as a whole, and it is certainly the opposite of good customer service. Patronize this business at your own risk.

AVOID. I am shocked by the positive reviews. Perhaps there has been a staff change. My every moment interacting with the staff of their repair center was a lesson in poor customer service, office management, and and in the end I am driving around with the SAME issue I trusted them to fix. These people are rude. They are inept. They are lazy. They justified not having answers about the status of my vehicle by rudely remarking "It IS Saturday." They are open on Saturdays. They are getting paid to do the same job like it's Thursday. Unbelievable disrespect for customer's time and property. I would recommend a third party shop for repairs. They may know how to service Chrysler vehicles properly.

Had a key made for my Jeep Wrangler. Was told it would take 45 minutes to program and they were right on time. Everyone was helpful and friendly, only reason for 3 stars, the quoted me a lower price on the phone that what it actually ended up being. The advisor did tell me that lady on the phone did not include the cost of labor but will make sure and correct that with the employee. Would have expected them to honor price that quoted but other than that, they were very helpful and courteous!

The work done on our vehicle was fine, but they made my wife wait for almost 3 hours for what was supposed to be just an oil change. They only informed her of additional work that needed to be done after I made a phone call angry at how she was being treated. So if you want your wife to be disrespected and left in the dark on the status of her vehicle for half a day while she wanders the dealership uninformed this is the place to go.

This review is not about the car buying experience but the type of customer service that follows after that. The vehicle was totaled out, and by direction of the lender, I was told to contact the dealership to cancel any warranty to the refund could be processed. Not only have I gone in, which I was left standing in the middle of the lobby, but the finance manager, who I had asked to speak with, would not come out and speak with me nor invite me into the office to discuss it. A gopher was sent back and forth to relay messages. I was told they don t have my contract but was given no number to call anyone else. So round and round, I ve been told to contact the dealer again. I called, was sent to a voicemail, and never received a callback all three times I ve called.

This place is amazing. They helped me and my wife get into exactly what we wanted, after our car was totaled by a falling tree. The service department is great, I have no complaints at all. They are friendly, and very helpful. 5 stars, they deserve more!

They NEVER answer the phone in the Service Dept. Like, ever. We took our vehicles in for some work Aug. 2018 and had the same issues getting through to the service department. I repeatedly call, get put on hold several times, and still can't get through. I've left messages and they also don't return calls. If they are actually that busy, they can afford to pay a person to sit there and answer the phone. In my recent experience this last week I was told my truck would be done on a certain day, day comes and goes and I don't hear a peep from them. When I can finally get ahold of them the next day, I'm told the parts didn't come in, it will still be another day. Never called to tell me this. They then decide they didn't have the correct parts to fix everything, charge me $1,000 and I still have the exact same issue I brought it in for. They've worked on it for an entire day (had it for two), but they haven't done anything to fix the problem yet.Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to service your vehicle. I hear the Jeep/Dodge dealership in Duncan is worth the drive.

They kept me up to date on their progress and finished repairs in a timely manner. Service advisor had a non chalont attitude when I tried to discuss the issues with my vehicle. in my opinion . Any helpful information from the vehicle owner would be helpful in the diagnosis process & relayed to the mechanics attending to ones vehicle. Even if no info is needed from owner. It would be reassuring just to know That!

I went in on July first with my mother and father and was amazed at how nicely they were treated and respected at Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Eric Burris helped them out and gave them an amazing deal on a vehicle... 3 days later I came back in and purchased a car with Eric. My credit is not the best to say the least and the people here went above and beyond to get me an awesome car.. (no more duct tape and zip ties holding my car together!) I thank them so much for giving me the chance to straighten out my credit! The staff and selection there are by far the best I've seen in a long time!

Sean, the service rep I delt with is always willing to assist and get you in fast. The floor crew seemed knowledgeable and very courteous. The bay space could use a little updating, but that s just the mechanic in me. Prices are a bit high but all dealers are so I don t mind paying a little extra to ensure the correct parts are used and the job is done right the first time. Overall I would recommend this shop to all Chystler, Jeep and Ram customers.

This is one of those situations where I wish zero stars was an option. This dealership may do well in sales, but their service department is complete garbage. I learned from friends that they are notoriously awful when it comes to service but unfortunately I learned this AFTER wasting my time and money here. My wife's van's AC went out and was only blowing hot air. Considering it is a Dodge caravan I figured the best place to take it would be a Dodge dealership. I made an appointment for Friday at 0930 and my wife dropped it off on time. I was told I would receive a phone call after a couple hours with an update on what was wrong or if they needed to order parts. At four thirty in the afternoon I called them and was told that they were looking at it and I would get a call in 20 minutes but never did. After I called them again I was put on hold and sent to voicemail, and after the third call I was told the technician was putting a price sheet together. I decided to just pick up the van and take it somewhere else, and although they had found no issues and did zero diagnosing, they still charged me the 127 dollar diagnostic fee. They did tell me that they could have put in dye and I would have had to drive around for a week before bringing it back, which is completely bogus because they didn't know how hard to find the issue might be without actually looking at it. I called Midas the same day, got an appointment for Saturday, and they had it fixed in an hour and a half. It was just two simple valves and it took them 20 minutes to find it. They laughed when I told them about my experience at the dealership. They replaced the valves as part of their diagnostic fee, and charged me labor and for the refrigerant. I wish I had gone to Midas first and not been robbed by Dodge. Stay away from this dealership!

By the time my car was pulled into a stall, I d already been waiting for an hour. I was told that my oil change would only take 45 minutes and it took 1.5 hours. I understand that things happen and cause delays, but this happens every single time I go in for service.Eric and Shaun are always nice and generally go out of their way for customers, but don t schedule service and expect to be in and out in a timely fashion.
