The atmosphere was great, which made me feel super comfortable. Greg Turrieta, the sales person who help me, was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He and the finance department helped a lot in finding me the best bank for my loan. Greg did whatever he could to get us the best deal on my Equinox. I'm glad that i didn't feel pressured into anything I couldn't afford, or want, just so he can make a sale. 10/10 best car buying experience I've ever had. For sure I will be recommending my friends and family to him for an awesome sales experience.

The experience and atmosphere is great, Mr Gregg did alot for me and was phenomenal all the way through. Edit: I was supposed to get a wash and detail as part of the car sale. I bring it up today 10/26/23 and they do the most poor "wash and detail" ive ever seen. 1: it was barely a spray down, 2: the inside so called detailing was atrocious I mean barely a wipe down and half a vacuuming then to top it all off I took off the sticky advertisment from the dealership off the back but had left the stars, they had the audacity to take off the stars and leave the sticky residue and put another dealer advertisement on my vehicle without asking or saying a word. You would think a dealership who needs good repitation would do better. This is horrible. I included a picture of the audacity they decided to do. So if you buy a car from here and one of these salesmen say hey we will wash it for you, dont even bother because youll end up doing it over again yourself.

Greg Turrieta at Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM went above and beyond. With the hail storm totaling out my car, buying a car was very stressful. Greg was very patient and made sure we left the lot more than satisfied with the car we were purchasing. The excellent service we received from Greg will be the reason why we'll recommend Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to family and friends!Edit:After having issues with the Z, the manager helped me trade the Z for the Honda Civic I drive now. I was scheduled for an oil change on Monday 02/26 and realized that they forgot to screw back the cover panel. Even though it s a simple fix, I know nothing about cars and it s an inconvenience driving and hearing the panel scraping.

Let me tell you something. These Ladies and gentlemen went above and beyond and taking care of me. They even covered a discrepancy in the pay off at no expense to me on my old vehicle. They have always been good to me. The next time you're in need to get a new or used vehicle come down to Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and leave happy.

Maurice was very nice but there seems to be pretty shady work going on here. We were told the car was ours and we were ready to purchase after mechanic fixed axel issue but salesman left town and another salesman (Ray or Reinaldo) sold the car. Eric (top salesman at this location) said the car would be fixed for us and ready to purchase but they sold it the day before we were told to pick up. He never kept his word and called about the car with updates. Poor communication and we really didn t receive great service outside of Maurice trying to keep us in the loop when it seems he barely knew what was actually going on (so it seemed). Also, the car was priced great but the ride was rough and loud. Test drive the cars before you leave here and be sure to have a lengthy warranty when & if purchased!Luckily, we found a better option elsewhere and good luck to whomever purchased the car we looked at because it did have quite a few issues. Thanks anyways!

Ray is the man. Helped me out within 2 minutes being on the lot. Test drove the truck, with no pressure of buying anything. Bought my new truck. Would recommend this place. Guys in financing was great and worked with me. There was no pressure on anything.

I had excellent help from Greg Turrieta up at the dealership. I live somewhat far and they were able to make accommodations and do pretty much everything seamlessly online. Took excellent care of my new car bringing it to me too. Highly recommend Greg he s an earnest hard worker.

They were very patient and willing to help with our needs and got us a lower rate than our own bank! Very clean establishment. Welcoming front desk. Someone was able to assist us right away while they were busy. Truly great experience. Best I've ever had at a dealership.

Very disappointed in how our case was treated to say the least. This location displayed the textbook behaviors that make the general population wary of working with dealerships. We brought our vehicle in for service due to an error message indicating a problem with the DEF system (an issue that we had less than a year ago). Several parts of the emissions equipment were replaced last May by this dealership including the DEF pump and the DEF injector.Some extremely questionable suggestions were offered up as solutions to our problem including trading our truck in, purchasing a new vehicle from them, moving away from diesels completely, or paying upwards of $4000 for replacement of an ECU. WHICH a member of their sales team openly admitted "might not even solve the problem" (this was mentioned during a phone conversation as they were trying to low ball us on our truck's supposed trade in value).Thankfully, my husband took the vehicle home - after paying this dealership $180 for what ended up being an egregious misdiagnosis. A replacement DEF injector was installed for $60 elsewhere within the week. The problem immediately resolved. Also worth mentioning, we inquired about ordering a replacement through the dealership first and were quoted almost $400 for the part alone.Misunderstandings do happen so giving the dealership the benefit of the doubt, my husband contacted them to update them on the situation. The DEF injector is a part that should still be covered by the dealership as it was a part replaced by them within the last year and it failed. Not only did they refuse to take accountability, they dismissed my husband and are also holding on to the $180 they charged to give us entirely false and incorrect information. We will be taking our business elsewhere and if a Dodge dealership is required, it will be one out of town. Two big thumbs down Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Very disgusted and disappointed in how this was handled. We will be following up with corporate in the hopes that this can be investigated and corrected.Edit: Acknowledgment that the dealership did refund us the $180 after some back and forth.

There was a lot of back and forth, and still haven't fixed my daughter's issue after 3 months.Update: I was pleasantly surprised that the service manager responded to my review. I do want to add that they have since fixed the issue and provided a rental this second go around. That department did communicate well with my daughter and tried to ensure she was satisfied.

Went this past Monday hoping to buy a truck for my husband. The sales person who assisted us walked up to me with a huge white cloud of vape smoke coming out of his mouth, mind you I met him inside the building. (The building literally has a sticker claiming to be smoke free) We let that slide because after that he was only vaping while we were outside although I was ready to ask for a different sales person due to us having our one year old with us. He reeked of the vape smell the whole time we were there as well as his cubicle. Which we spent most of the time in the cubicle. We really just wanted to know the prices and look a different trucks.When we finally got to see and test drive a truck he wouldn t tell us the price. Which we asked for due to it being the biggest factor in us getting a truck. After another 30ish minutes in his cubicle he finally told us the price of the truck we drove which was 10k over our budget. Btw we told him our budget, and how much we were willing to spend the first 10 minutes we were there. He completely wasted our time.

Took truck into lcjdr to have my truck fixed2 days later I try all afternoon to see if it was fixed no one would answer phones and left message in service department and no one returned my call I went down there at 4.30 pm to see if it s fixed after standing in the service department for 30 minutes she would not even acknowledge me told her I wanted to pick up my truck she finally sends my ticket to the check out and they tell me nothing is fixed and they don t know what is wrong and I owe 300 for the estimate but they don t know for what. Stay away from this place.

He went above and beyond to help us. We were clarified on everything we didn t know had to be known as well. Imagine walking in this place wanting to trade in your car, and no one bothers to greet you. Whole lot different environment compared to a couple of years ago. It's a ghost town there.

Got approved for the car. And was supposed to be contacted for delivery. So I called twice no one called back then found out they sold the car online,then called again. An no one called back. Terrible communication on their behalf. Don t even waste your time with this place. Too many other dealerships around

Our experience at Lawton CJDR was exceptional! Our sales rep Stephen Love greeted us at the front door with a smile and from that point until we drove off the lot with our Dodge Ram was top notch customer service! We gave him our budget and he respected that throughout our entire process! Between him and the management team (Justin Gearhart and Jorge Castro) we not only got such an amazing vehicle but the experience was the best we ever had!! The entire team was accommodating and made us feel comfortable every step of the way! Christoper Hendricks in finance was honest and treated us like family! He educated us on the warranty options and was not pushy. We felt confident with his opinions and advice. We are a military family and buy vehicles in many different states and this was by far our best experience yet! Thanks again for everything you did. We highly recommend this dealership for your next new or used vehicle!

This is my 3rd time and one of the best experiences I have had at dealership. I had 2012 ram big horn my first visit, 2019 ram rebel my second, and 2022 TRX my third which was the best overall experience by far. The sales team Alex H., Tanner and Troy was very good knowing the products and all our questions answered and they understood the budget my wife and I set forth. The financial part of the experience went well although Eric Spake was on his third day he did very well and was helpful on the extended warranties. The GM Anthony Santiago was really understanding and help us achieve my dream truck, so thank you everyone that helped make that happened. I strongly recommend this dealership.

My older Ram1500 Broke down and become unreliable so I went online picked a really nice used 2022 Ram 1500. I got preapproved for financing, with the problem of not having a way to get there. Josh drove to my house which is to say out of town by over 20 miles and picked me up. They put me in the truck I picked in the same day. I don't think it gets better than that.

Originally, this was a one star review.The price online was not honored on my first trip. The GM called me and did his best to make it right. I ended up buying the car. They made it work and made the process quick and easy.

I ve been going here for almost 7 years. A couple times a bit shady issues but it was corrected. This time I took my car in a few months ago to get checked. Charger.. and the device they use to hook up to your car to get the information from has an issue. It did something to my car. My dash light and device went out, headlights, break lights and blinkers went out. Radio would even go out. So, I took it back and they corrected it and said that the device causes issues certain things to malfunction in the car but it s only doing it to the dodge chargers. Ok.. well a month and half ago I took my car back in to have pics taken for a warranty check for my paint stripping off (brand new car.. never been hot or wrecked) and they hooked my car back up to that thing just to take pictures. Them knowing and aware of the issues it causes in chargers after using that device and I never was warned or made aware of what may happen or let known that there was a high chance of certain issues accruing with my car after they used the device. So, went home and my car started doing all the previous things again. This time it went completely dead while driving, check engine light came on, check transmission light came on. Took it back and talked to the garage manager and let him know that I was not made aware of these issues before hand with them all knowing the issues that was a high possibility of happening after hooking it up to that device. They said they fixed it again. Got home and it started again and so now they have it my car and been having it since Monday. No one will take my call concerning my car. I just get voicemails. No loaner was offered to me even when they caused the problems in my car and didn t even notify me of the high possibility of malfunctions to my car after they hooked it up. That was sketchy and just bad business. I do not recommend.And please check their YELP reviews as well. Really wish I had before doing anymore business with them.
