Kasey and his staff were notably knowledgeable and friendly, which contributed to a pleasant customer service experience. However, I found the tire prices to be slightly overpriced compared to other options in the area. Despite this, the vehicle alignment deal offered by Kasey's Tire stood out as particularly worthwhile. Overall, if you prioritize excellent customer service and value-added services like vehicle alignment, Kasey's Tire may be worth considering despite the slightly higher prices for tires.

I first met Kasey when he and I worked for the same tire store. His reputation for outstanding customer service is well known. I trust Kasey with my vehicles and he works hard to get what you need. One phone call is all it takes.

Hands down the most professional place I've been. There service and work is A1 they are up front with you an most importantly they fix your car and it doesn't break or have issues again. I highly recommend this business.

Would give zero stars if I could. Took my car in, in January 2022 as I was told the tie rods were bad on my car. He told me I only needed to replace one. It was replaced. I took my car back in January of 2023 with a noise and was told it was my lower control arms. Replaced still had the sound. Took back a few weeks later with another noise, was told I need struts and sway bar links. Replaced them and still have the two noises. Took it back very upset because nothing was fixed. He looked at my car again and told me my car was safe to drive. Took it to another shop where I found all four tie rods needed to be replaced. Found out they cut my clamps off the tie rod they replaced and replaced with zip ties. I was never told this happened. The picture attached is the tie rod that should have been replaced over a year ago. There was no grease in either tie rod. I went and talk to him about this he told me they do not have to tell you what they do to your car, as I could have kept zip ties on my tie rod and made it last longer. I ask if he had a warranty on the tie rod he said yes if you would have brought it to me I would have fixed it. I cannot believe they can do whatever they want to your car without telling you. You pay for it but they can do whatever.

Excellent service nice staff went to do a alignment on my scatpack they told me about bad parts i had to fix first for no charge then and finnaly got the alignment

Went in to get a belt checked, the professional and prompt service was awesome as was not finding a problem that did not exist. Will go back - appreciated the integrity and quickness.

I needed an alignment for my Honda Element. I made an appointment, took my car in, and was there less than an hour. They drove my vehicle to check for issues, did the alignment, and then did another test drive. When I paid for the work, they showed me the before and after printout of what changes were made, explaining to me the difference. This is the only place that I've ever gone to that has been so thorough as to explain things. (I'm 59, so it's not exactly my first alignment.) I was very impressed with their customer service, thoroughness, and quality of work. I highly recommend Kasey's Tire & Auto to anyone needing an alignment. Their pricing is great, and a great value. My vehicle now drives great!Service: Wheel alignment

When there to have all my tie rods put on and a front end aliment done. They pulled the car in and up in the air then dropped it back down and came and told me the boots on them where bad. They said they didn't want to do the job until I got the boots. They could have done it anyway and not told me. These are good people that's what makes me trust them.

Kaseys came highly recommended from a friend who has exclusively used them for 10 years. We took our van in for brakes and a check engine light issue. They were very professional and reasonably priced. Im going to Kaseys from now on. They set the standard for mechanics in my book.

My new go to place for tires and any care they offer. Guys were super responsive and helpful. Business was clean and everyone had great attitudes and awesome customer service. We used to live in Lawton, moved to Oklahoma City but I still use Kasey's Tire and Auto for oil changes and tire needs. Recently they replaced the right rear bearing on the car in a short period of time at a very fair price and all is good. I bought tires for the car from Kasey's, about 10 months later I had a tire issue which was my fault. Kasey s will forever get my business from now on.My brakes have been making some squeaky noises, and I was worried that they were going out. I had called kasey s around 11am and asked if they could squeeze me in last minute to check my brakes. They told me to drop it off, and they d take a look at it. I dropped my car off at 12 and got a call from them around 2. They were completely honest with me, and told me that I probably still had about a year left on my brakes. They told me that they could change my brakes now if I wanted, or would leave it to me to decide if I wanted to wait or not. They were so honest, upfront, and very reasonable about pricing. I had a few errands to run and didn t get to the shop to pick my car up until about 10 minutes after they closed. When my husband and I pulled up to kasey s, they had my car running for me and ready to go. They went above and beyond and checked my oil level for me as well. I m in the army, and I came from Texas where they would run all over me with pricing and dishonest business. It could have been too easy for them to lie to me and charge me for new breaks, but they didn t. I m so impressed with this shop and their employees, and will be returning!

Kasey Kinder is a business owner of the highest integrity.I ve taken my vehicles to him for 16 years before he set up shop for himself and he s never over sold me or tried to rip me off.Better still, if your vehicle needs something his shop doesn t regularly do, Kasey will send you to someone else he trusts.Bottom line: If you need tires, rims or an alignment this is the place. Also, there s an ASE certified mechanic, Ronnie, on site who is top notch and honest as well.Example: a local mechanic, who shall remain nameless, told me my car needed an $800 repair. Kasey s agreed with the diagnosis, but doesn t do that type of work. However, I was referred to an honest mechanic who did the repair for just under $300.

He's always done right by me with every vehicle I've brought in for any kind of work and has been upfront and honest, which is something you don't find in a lot of shops these days. He doesn't sugar coat anything and tells you like it is, I highly recommend this place, even if you're just getting an alignment done. It's well worth the money.
