I was recommended by my Toyota dealer to come to Joe Hudson s for my bumper repair. All I can say is wow! I called the gentleman on the phone said to bring it in and they can at-least get it drivable. Greg was waiting outside and got me in and out in 10 min!!! Thank you thank you!

Exceptional friendly service from start to finish after hitting a deer. Thoroughly communicative throughout the repair and even finished earlier than anticipated by about a week. This was our second time at this shop an we will always recommend Joe Hudson's to anyone in the area.

Depends on who you are. If you're with GEICO Express and have rental coverage, you're golden. We had an excellent experience that way. Later, when I had to choose my own body shop, I went with them again. I was told three times that the car would be "ready tomorrow", and it took them a total of 3 weeks to get it ready, which was over 2 weeks from the first time I was told that the car would be ready tomorrow.

We had our back top brake light panel fall off our Chevrolet company van. We took it to the Chevy dealer locally and they wanted $700 to fix/repair it. So, I had thought to take it to Pamplin Body Shop where my wife's car was repaired. (and they did a great job). We were amazed when they took it to the garage for 20 minutes. When they came back it was fixed and said it was FREE OF CHARGE. They said it just clipped back on. Two companies; one might get your business once, but the other will get my business for a lifetime!

Mil stationed in Ft Sill. Came in following an accident. They quickly evaluated my car and helped me through the process leading up to the insurance claim. Later they helped me get into the collapsed trunk to retrieve my belongings. Every time I had to go in the staff were helpful, polite, and quick in their work. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area.

They fixed up my car really well! The turn around time was not the fastest in the world, but it wasn't unreasonable, but what really got me, and why I am giving them a full 5/5 is the paint matching was on point! I have a weird color car, and after my first accident in it the bumper was just slightly the wrong color, that issue has been completely rectified by pamplin body shop, The car looks better now than before someone backed into me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had recently went with Pamplin Auto Body for hail damage on my Silverado. There was quite a bit of damages done to the vehicle, but nonetheless, the vehicle was restored as if I just bought it brand new. They really took care of me and my needs. Jerry was fantastic with providing excellent customer service and updates regarding what was going on with my vehicle and ready for pick up. I highly recommend this body shop!!

Originally saw good work. Then realized the door did not open smoothly that was replaced. Cracks and creaks. There was a lot of dust in my car as if they left it open with other debris in the shop. The trim was not replaced. At least they got they paint correct and the dents out. Had some minor damage to the drivers side of my car, now it looks like it never happened! Quoted me a week when I dropped off my car on Monday (8/8) at noon, was ready by Friday (8/12) morning. Great job! Highly recommended. Cash or insurance provided payment only, no credit or debit cards accepted.

I went here to get my Jaguar fixed up after and accident that made it look like crap. They did a wonderful job and were very polite and business oriented. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

The staff was very professional and even made reasonable accommodations. There was a high volume of work due to the hail storm. Nevertheless, they still communicated very well with me on the status of my car.

Came by here to get a quote on some auto damage the other week, and even after realizing he had no availability to do the repair in the timeframe I needed, the manager proceeded with an inspection and built a claim for me to take elsewhere, anyways. Top notch professionalism, wish I was able to give these guys my business.

The body work is second to none, I mean it really looks great, and the body was done in the time estimated for the repairs. However, I would not bring another vehicle to this shop and if the need arises, I will find somewhere else.First off, the lady in the office is rude, today and the last time I came in when the adjuster asked me to come look at it. Our vehicle was left unlocked in their parking lot, and she turns to the owner with us standing there and says "they're upset it's unlocked" - Well, excuse me but it is your job to secure it since you've had it the last 20 days! We had parked next to it and opened the door before we even went in the office, hence how we knew it wasn't locked - if we can do that, anyone could have. We only have 1 key to the truck and Pamplin had it in the office - so not like we used the extra.They explain that the door won't lock and their diagnostics say it's our key fob (those stupid things Dodge calls a key nowadays). You have to manually lock it now...still no excuse for why it was not locked since it has a regular key to unlock the door. They tell us we can take it to the dealership and have them look at it and if it's accident related they'll leave the claim open...whatever, I thought that was their job since I use Geico and it's an Xpress location - I shouldn't have to take it down for further diagnostics related to a collision after the fact. The door lock worked fine before it went there and that entire door was replaced while there.Paid my deductible and we went to leave. Start the truck and ALL the dash lights are lit up like a Christmas tree - ABS, service 4x4, skid control, EBS. Mention it to the shop owner, who is very nice, unlike the lady in the office, and he knew about it and says we have to take it down to the dealership for that. Except upon reading their diagnostics, this was new upon coming in the shop according to the odometer reading the ECU stored and the adjuster documented. Also, the adjuster who works out of the Pamplin office took pictures of the dash upon arrival for our claim and none of these are lit up in it - but Pamplin will not admit it is their problem.All in all, I"m out my $500 deductible and I still don't have my truck because it's sitting at the Dodge dealership being worked on for all the problems Pamplin neglected to fix/created. Pamplin released it to us that way, after we let them know what we had issues with. I guess they couldn't be bothered to haul it the whole 0.9 miles down to Dodge themselves to have it done correctly.Update 9/6/2017: The paint they put on to make the LKQ door match is flaking off. We have to bring our truck back to a shop to be repaired correctly. I initially gave them 2 stars because the body looked great, but now 4 months later the paint is coming off.To me, it's not worth it to deal with the snotty front desk lady and the shoddy paint job. I'll be finding somewhere else to fix the messed up paint, that my insurance is paying for.
