Ending was horrible,. I came in because my fuel sensor or floater needed changed and I asked for $99 oil change. Which includes wiper blades and battery check. I get home, couldn't go to work cause car won't start and rubber hanging off right wiper blade. So no insp done,Yet my total was $1395.00I. On phone the man I talk to said they would replace fuel pump when changing floater. That was with that price quote,. It was not done. So main issue I had of sensor fume smells,. Not knowing how much gas is in car case guage don't work was never even done. So now after being off all day today I got to take it back in morning. Oh and when I asked two guys there they knew nothing about anything nor did they try to address it. Just said well it wasn't them problem is how am I suppose to get it up there? $1400 and I'm broke down. Really??

Bryan did a great job of getting me a tire before I returned home to Texas. I frequent the Lawton area so was happy to get my tire changed without a huge wait and at same price I paid in Texas (had a tire get changed 2 months ago).Waiting room is open and spaced out. Was not to busy on Saturday AM.

Had a leaking tire called them they were very kind and accommodating. They were closing at 7 my gps told me I would get there after 7 by a few minutes they were happy to wait and took excellent care of me upon arrival even after hours amazing guys!!

This is the second time it happened to us. The first time, I took our truck to do oil change and alignment at the Goodyear on 5380 NW Cache Rd, Lawton OK. The guy came back and told me that there s a nail in one of the tire. I argued back because we just had all four tires changed out 3 months prior to the oil changed. All four tires are new. After that day I told my husband that we are not going back to this Goodyear cause I have suspicions that they put that nail there. We started going to a different Goodyear the one on 103 SW 11st, Lawton OK. We drove the truck for almost a year before we decide to change the tire because it was closer to winter season. Now all four tires are good again. Until today, I am 39 weeks pregnant and my husband wants to take the truck in to service, change oil, change windshield wipers and do alignments. And guess what happened again. They told my husband that there s a screw on one of the tire. The new tire is $330. All I m trying to say is that I m not crazy to think that they have something to do with it. But thank you so much to whoever did this. Cause you just took the money we saved up for our baby s diapers, wipes and formula. So I hope you sleep good at night knowing that you just took money from a family that is about to have a baby.

Highly recommended! They fixed the tricky leaking problem of my car, which I couldn t find and bothered me for a long time. The store and workshop are very clean, people are nice and professional. Lots of appreciation!

1st time customer. Husband was asked to come 30 minutes before his appointment. He did. No problem. Tried to check in. Was told he was early and had to wait till his appointment time to check in or fill out paperwork. The employee then intentionally ignored him and was rude. Husband eventually walked out. Employee followed him outside to ask if he still wanted the appointment. Husband obviously said no.

My Model 3 Tesla experienced undercarriage damage while driving from Norman to Lawton. It was making a funny noise and needed to be checked out quickly.I pulled in the Goodyear shop and made an appointment to have it looked at.I was told that the young mechanic who was familiar with driving Teslas would be back from lunch soon.Within a few minutes he was back from lunch and they decided to look at my car immediately.Pretty soon it was up on the rack and the portion of the undercarriage was tucked back up underneath the rest of the undercarriage and the rest of the car was looked at.Before I could finish my complementary bottle of water, the car was down off the rack and I was in my way. The bill was as close to a complementary inspection as you could get.Later we drove the car around Lawton and back to Norman with no problem.Very grateful!

My orders were to replace the two (2) back tires with the rotations from the front, and purchase two new tires for the front. Salesman told lies to get me to purchase a full set.LIES: "I'll give you a discount to bring the price of four (4) tires to almost the same as the two (2) you're asking for.""We don't charge you to get rid of the old tires. You can take them with you. We just punch a hole in them and toss them out.""I will have one of your usable tires used as a spare.""The alignment is $150 but I'll, secretly, do it for free. First, we will check to see if you even need an alignment, print out the results and show it to you first. Then we'll do the alignment for free."REALITY: Began working on my car without my agreement first. Mounted four new tires without showing me the alignment info as agreed upon. Charged me to mount 3 or less tires to eliminate the full set discount. The price online included the alignment for free. When I asked why the price is cheaper online than what he's charging me, salesman said that I need to go online to make rhe puchase then. And lastly, the mechanic didn't even check the spare tire.Would I return: Absolutely not.I feel like what I asked for was ignored and that the salesman did what he wanted to do for commission reasons. I got cheated out of two perfectly good tires, a spare, and my hard-earned money. The funny part is, if he had simply charged me for what's online without the finagled pricing, then I might have agreed and been happy. But now I feel cheated.

I got my oil changed and tires replaced here this week, and the guys there did an amazing job as always! Go see my man Bryan, everyone! Every time I go here and see him, he knows more and more about cars, this evolving knowledge being a must with how cars change over the years, so you know he's the real deal! John does a great job managing the store and is also very knowledgeable about the services cars need these days. Carl and Brandon also were of great help to me, as Carl, John, and Bryan all suggested the Goodyear credit card to pay for my tires, and it's a pretty sweet deal. Bryan and Brandon worked on changing my tires and aligning the toe on the back tires that was badly off, but is so much better now. I can't wait to do some driving! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

A/C Fan went out last night I use my vehicle for work Only establishment that would take me in immediately Walked in at 10am, did an entire systems check, ordered fan from parts store, even did a quick oil change during the wait Other Establishments were quoting me anywhere from 500-750 .For system check, replacement of AC motor, and oil change it was a total of $422.John and Bryan did amazing I appreciate y all.

The staff at the store seem very knowledgeable. They listen to your problems, they ask questions, and they provide you the information that you need to make the choice on your automobile problem. There is one employee there named Brian, he seems very knowledgeable and takes time to explain to you what you need to do now and what you need to do in the future. I appreciate the store and use it for all my tire needs.

I'm giving a 5 star in reference to my last visit. I called and they were able to get me in the same day for a tire with a nail in it. They got right to it and I was out of the shop quickly. I'm hoping this is the new trend because the past 2 times I have been there, they would have received NO stars as the service was horrible and the wait times was ridiculous. I did notice they had new people in the front, so hopefully they fired the others who acted as if they were offended that you walked in the front door. I will give them one more try as they are much closer to where I live. Hoping the service continues to be good.

Absolute best customer service I have recieved. Came from out of town for a family reunion and along the way we had some issues. Came in with 30 min notice got me in and out with in an hour.

I had a 8 am appt. arrived at 8 exactly Goodyear on 11th on Lawton Ok they just opened up. Noone was at the counter. But saw what looks like a manager in a little office doing paper. Wasn't greeted at all by him so I dropped my keys on the counter to let him know I was there and he didnt even looked up. He got up and came to the counter and still nothing didnt even looked at me. I'm like wow and videotaping him. But he look at a another customer walk and says, "hey what's up" what professionalism he has. Two tech walk through still no acknowlegement. It's ok they are tech. I worked for Goodyear I was train greet the customer a tech and advisor. Finally an advisor ask me How may I help you. No good morning like I was an inconvenience to help. Its ok he got my info , vehicle or flats were looked at. He comes out one cant be repaired its weather beated. Ok. They are done. Took the tire that was not repaired to another Goodyear Cache Rd. Advisor or manager saw bringing the tire he greeted me outside I think his name is Cody very polite. Advise me about the tire its might be repaired no problem but he say leave let's see what we can do. 45 minutes later your tire is done, it was patch and valve stem replaced. I arrive to pick it up Shawn greets me with a happy smile like always. Than I said to myself why did I go to 11th street Goodyear. Sometimes you have to experience the bad too to recognize the good things that are available to us. Yes I will call report this store to their corporate. Did not show hostility or anger. The other customer and I carry beautiful conversation why I am here instead back home.Thank you Cache Rd Goodyear props for yall. I will buying two sets of tires from Cache Rd Goodyear. It's about great customer service.

Went in for an oil change special (Labor Day). They were able to accommodate right away even at end of the day. Furthermore, they took me out to the car spotted wear the leaf spring was rusted through. They gave me solid advice to try to wire it up and recommended not driving on it too much. Lastly, they professionally answered and went to great lengths even to calling family regarding registering vehicles in different states. Truly great group of guys and helped me out tremendously.

Just cost me $899 to fix my air conditioner in my car, but this Goodyear location was still a little over $600 cheaper than Firestone. I am pleased with my ac as it works so well now. I just wish the prices were not so high. Rex was really nice and walked me through everything he did.

I went to the Goodyear tire & service on cache road at 8:00 am when it opened to get my tire fixed and was told it would be after 9:00am before they could get to it so I left and cam back after 10:00am and they still hadn t gotten to it so I then took my truck and left not happy and went to the Goodyear tire & service on 11th st and when I went in I spoke with Carl about my tire and he got my truck in and fixed my tire this makes the second time that the Goodyear tire & service on 11th was very helpful and Courteous . I Recommend using the store on 11th st

They do great work. Once again with mechanic shops their biggest problem is pricing and rediculous fees (labor and equipmemt fee). I shouldn't have to pay you extra so you can use your equipment to work on my vehicle. I pretty sure if I came in there and said let me us my tools and work on the vehicle myself. They wouldn't like that. Another thing is when you buy a tire they have this warranty that you have a option of getting. It covers if anything happens to the tire your covered. Sorry what. Thats the whole reason I come to you is to make sure that when I buy tires its covered by the store. You mean I have to pay for that.

We were met with a knowledgable tech who took his time listening to what I felt I needed. They weren't pushy with sales but tires I considered were very high and not in stock. Still looking before I decide.

All the manager did is whine that he did not make any money off online purchases and that his techs made little money off the installation. Did not get the free alignment check done because he said his machine would not hold my pick up and he complained that he had been on to Goodyear for over a year for a new alignment machine. Told me I could take my truck to the store across town to get the free check done but would have to make an appointment. I like my tires though and got them installed in less than an hour. But maybe that's because he couldn't do a alignment check. Maybe the manager was just having a bad Monday I don't know. I don't think I'll go back to this store though.

Second vehicle I have put tires on in the last 6 months! Carl was extremely helpful for me the best tires at a good price! Very professional! Love this store!

Took my 2004 Silverado in to have just the rear tires balanced at 9:15am. There was only one customer ahead of me. At 9:30pm I looked out in the shop and my vehicle was not even up yet. 9:40 am I was about to cancel and take elsewhere but they just put it up to start. There was at least 4 guys in the shop from what I could see and none of them seemed to have a care or since of ergency. It's now 10:00am and my vehicle is still not done. What a joke! Service so slow I will never come back.

Takes a while for a simple oil change, anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. The diagnosis are false. I took my vehicle to get a second and third opinion and they both did not find anything. Also very careless when handling your vehicle.

I'm so grateful for them taken my truck last minute to replace a water pump. We were out of town and moving back Texas with a broke down truck.Again thank you for your dedication and excellent service.!

If you're a Solider, retiree, DOD employee, etc. in a rush to get some auto work done this place is better than taking it off post.That said if you don't have a Department of Defense ID Card you can't get to this place easily because one is required to enter Fort Sill.If you're mechanically inclined or even if you aren't but you're on Fort Sill just visit the auto repair facility.Their prices are much cheaper and you can do the work yourself or the staff can do it for you.

Tuesday late afternoon I had a flat and my spare also ended up being flat. Rolled into the service center and told Bryan what happened and that the original tire was back on my car with some fix a flat in it and air from someone s air compressor but I could hear the air coming out. It was 10 minutes before they close and he immediately went into action and got my car into a bay. Found out my tire wasn t fixable but got my spare taken care of and on my car so I could at least get home to finish getting new tires the next day.

Scheduled an appointment at two and it's two hours later for a oil change.. I've been coming here three years and I wont be disrespected of the fault if there own. They were very rude about the situation.
