Owner was very friendly initially. Multiple widows had to be replaced. The technician did not order enough windows. Glass Doctor did not order the remaining window and is now refusing g to complete the job. The Wife, (co-owner)is rude and refused to allow me to speak with Chris the owner. I would never recommend or use Glass Doctor.

I've used them a couple of times to replace a windshield and look at a window. Totally plan on using them again. They're friendly and honest with their customers. Also, always willing to help figure out a solution to any glass issue. Highly recommend!!

Working with Glass Doctor is always a pleasure! The team works hard and is dedicated to the needs of the customers. Every experience I have had with Glass Doctor is always pleasant. They are an extremely hard-working team going above and beyond for their customers and clients on the daily. Even with the back up from the hail storm orders, windows are being put in at our properties in a timely manner! I would recommend Glass Doctor for all your window needs! :-)

I recently had to replace the back window of my car and they came through with flying colors. Not only did they respond promptly to my inquiry, but their service was incredibly speedy and efficient. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly experts at what they do.

Here s the thing about Lawton businesses, when they are doing well, they don t care about customer service. Due to the recent hail storm, I guess the money must be rolling in to not even give customers a call back for quotes, (this goes to roofing companies too). I hope they keep that in mind when business is not doing so well. Glass Doctor was one of the couple of companies that even returned my call about a quote. They are busy too but even when they couldn t give me a quote right away, they actually cared to get back to me. They responded via text as well which was nice. As soon as I made a down payment and booked the job two very friendly techs came out to take measurements. When I asked them if they could wear shoe covers since our family doesn t wear shoes in the house, they offered to take their shoes off in a very friendly way that didn t make me feel like I was asking for too much, or receive an I haven t heard of shoe covers since Covid comment I got from someone that was showing a house for some buyers for us, like people not wearing shoes in the house should be normal, we did that even before Covid, and we have a crawling baby. When you re selling a house you have SO many strangers and people walking through the house, I can t understand why that s ok but I digress, back to Glass Doctor lol.The lady and gentleman that answered phones and did quotes back in the office, I never met in person but they were so pleasant and professional. This is one of the better companies in Lawton. Keep it up!

The wait time was long, but not their fault. They arrived on time and the work was done in short order with everything cleaned up before they left. I am totally satisfied with the work done by Glass Doctor.

I actually had two separate services. Prior to the storms and hail damage, I had an estimate for our house windows. Then we had to get the vehicle windshield replaced. The service and quality we received from both surpassed our expectations. Everything was clearly explained and the tech on the job was very professional. I would rate them 10 stars if possible.

Even after a serious hail storm that damaged glass all over the city Glass Doctor of Lawton was fast to respond and provide estimated. Once the estimate was confirmed they ordered the glass needed promptly and as soon as it was in they scheduled me in. Once they arrived at my home it took less than an hour to complete the job. The window looks great and I'd recommend Glass Doctor of Lawton every time.

To be fair. Lawton recently experienced a devastating hail storm. Every glass company in town is busting-it to provide service to homeowners and business'. I also work in the glass industry. I come to Glass Doctor for its competitive pricing for the materials I install for my customers. I can only share my experience with material cost. For the materials I need which are available at Glass Doctor, the pricing is reasonable.

They re friendly and professional and do outstanding work! They took time to squeeze me in even though they were deluged with work due to the recent storms. This is the third time I have used them to get my windshield replaced and I haven t been disappointed one time. I highly recommend them to any one who needs work done on their glass.

I showed up out of nowhere without a appointment after a chip in my windshield. They got me in and out supper fast in about 20 minutes. Can t even tell there ever was a chip at all. All the employees seem kind quick and hard working. Talked to the owner who really appreciates military. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else to get work done in Lawton.

We selected Glass Doctor of Lawton to replace all the windows on our home last spring because we wanted to hire a local company. Our daughter had hired a big-name company to replace her windows and while the product was good and the work quickly rendered, the follow-up for some problems and minor damage was a challenge since her only contact was through an 800 number.The folks at the Lawton Glass Doctor were amazing. They provided a great window product that has done wonders for insulating and equalizing the temperature throughout our home. Our master bedroom no longer is 3-4 degrees hotter in the summer than the rest of the house. The temperature set on the thermostat is actually the temperature in the bedroom. Yay!The new windows have greatly reduced the level of sound we hear from outside (think weed whackers, lawn mowers, buzz saws). The new, clear view out is a lovely bonus since some of our old double paned windows had failed and moisture collecting between the panes made it look like we had frosted glass.They worked quickly to install the windows and the follow up for touchups and cleanup was painless. I had been concerned because one window did not seem to close and lock as easily as the others. Their response was immediate and the window was removed, reset, and now works perfectly.I really liked that I could just open the door to the Glass Doctor office on Lee Blvd. and walk in and talk to a real person. Everyone I encountered in person or by phone was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Scott was particularly good about responding to my questions by phone and email.Lawton Glass Doctor gets an A+ rating from us on our home window replacement project.

Very pricey for just glass on drivers side and had to set an appointment to get fixed and could not replace side mirror,so went to OKC and they replaced both for $114.00 cheaper than glass doctor,and it was walk-in,while I waited,back in Lawton by 3:30,half a tank of gas,no appointments. Lawton is not ready for disasters every glass place here is backed up until August and September.

Scott gave the best price in town for my vehicle, even gave me a great price on another vehicle I have! Very friendly, honest, and professional. The staff were quick to return phone calls and worked with me to arrange an appointment that worked with my schedule. While waiting, they kept me informed on the progress of the replacement of the windshield. All the staff members were friendly, polite, and extremely professional. The new windshield looks great for a fraction of what I was expecting to pay! Will recommend Glass Doctor of Lawton to everyone.

Cant evn get past the robot guard to speak with a human about scheduling two weeks out....figured it wlould take a day or two to get glass for an antique 2019 Chevy pickup, pandemic and all...the new excuse, cheqes in the mail, computer caused it....now.... due to the pandemic and back orders...... That bucket dont hold shiite in medicine....lose a license trying that tall tale..... welcome to the IMF World, sheeple.

I highly recommend Glass Doctor. I needed my windshield replaced so I called and talked to Scott. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. He even called me back on a Saturday when they were closed just because he saw that I had called them and he wanted to help. When I went in, I was able to meet Scott & Cory, who was also very kind & personable. They kept me well informed during the entire process. I was in and out quickly, with a new windshield, at a great price! Cory and Corey were a great team (can't remember which spelling was working the counter and who was doing the install, but both were pro's!) If I ever have a glass problem again (knock on wood). I know where I'll be taking my vehicle.
