They keep you updated on how the repair on your vehicle is going. They do the job right. They also do a excellent and great job. Your vehicle looks great.

They were supposed to do some body work after another driver hit me. Fix my door replace my running board ect..took 3 weeks get my vehicle back just for my driver side speakers to no longer work and my driver door paneling to be pretty much be falling off..i got stuck in my car and had to climb out the other door just to get out one night bc it got stuck and would not open which led to the panelling having to be removed completely just so i can have use of my door only to find all of the clamps/clips are broken...

If I could leave a negative star I wound. Brittany at this location is incompetent, rude and classless. They had my car for 6 months following a collision. The day I picked up my car, I noticed they had somehow cut the material on my sunroof cover. Brought it back. Later that same week, all 6 of my cars engine failure lights came on, along with the other dashboard lights. Brought it back. Brittany said it just needed the oil changed. My car was 3 weeks old at the time of the collision, and how they didn t know to changed in the 6 months they had it is a mystery. Picked it back up, same recurring problem. Now the car dealership has it. The problem is that THEY DID NOT INSTALL O-RINGS AT ALL when they removed the gaskets while fixing my car, so it s leaking oil and air, causing this problem. Called up Brittany again. She not only refused to take responsibility for her obvious incompetence, but she proceeded to speak/yell to me in the most disrespectful, rude, tasteless and offensive manner anyone has ever spoken to me before. How this woman has a job in customer service, or even a job period, is amazing to me.Now that this Business is being sold to Gerber, so hopefully they will remove this person from their company so that no one else will ever have to endure the abuse, the incompetence, and the utter classless customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Do not use this company until they revive and revamp their staff and competence in auto repair. You will only lose valuable time, money and peace of mind when dealing with Brittany or this business as long as they allow her to work there.

Had a fender bender, and they stuck true to thier word. Fast, friendly service, that goes that little bit extra mile. Nice communication between everyone, too!

We got our truck fixed here, it was some minor body work to the passenger side fender and a decent dent to the back door frame work. The whole thing only took a few days and my husband was very glad to have his baby back Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We went to Gerber because the insurance company said to do so. I cannot honestly recommend them as I did not have a good experience. Deadlines were pushed back multiple times, and they were not easy to get a hold of, also had a lot of issues with returning calls. I was not happy with the service.

I've had a couple vehicles repaired at Car Craft Auto Body. I highly recommend that if you need any work done on your vehicle; take it to Car Craft. They are very thorough. They walked me through the process of getting my vehicle repaired, let me know what to expect, kept me informed via text (my choice) throughout the process, called me to let me know when they found more damage than could be seen on the outside, gave me an estimate of time to repair, got the car back to me looking brand new under the estimated time, listened to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, treated me like as if I were their sister or friend. They are highly efficient and friendly. They now have Enterprise Rental Car in their facility, which made it so much easier than having to go across town to pick up a rental car. Great idea guys! I highly recommend Car Craft Auto Body for all your vehicle body repair needs.

Car craft kept me up to date with my vehicle and informed me of every step of the process they took. Had my door fixed and freshly painted on my 2015 frs in a matter of 2 days. I highly recommended this place for repairs. Friendly atmosphere and great customer service. The shop detailed my car the day I picked it. The front desk rep. Brittany is always helpful and if she doesn't know an answer to a question; she will find someone that does. I'm in the military and for sm looking for a shop this is your place.

Did a good job fixing my car after I got rear ended. On my first attempt to pick up the car they realized that the tail light still wasn't working which required me to get a rental for another 5 days. Not the end of the world but I would have appreciated a but more attention to detail and timeliness

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE..We took our car in for hail damage was given a 5500 estimate plus the 500 co pay (all this is through Geico, "Geico recommended company"). Cool no problem, so we set everything up and drop the car off. They told us it would take 5 days to fix, bare in mind we have a rental car that we only got for those 5 days. So 5 days comes and goes and no car, we call because they put info in with the insurance company that they have been communicating with us... very untrue!! They never called us once, not even to let us know it was going to take longer. Soooo 15 days later after calling over and over just to get the run around, the car is ready for pick up...We picked up the car today, they didnt fix the cracked windshield like they said they would from the hail damage (they tried to use filler and that didnt work so they're claiming it's from a "rock" now), the whole inside of the car around the doors and trunk have huge DEEP scratches/chunks down to the metal, the trunk doesn't open right now just makes a bunch of noise when you open and close it, the whole inside has tons of dirt and grime all over the ceiling, dash has huge scuffs, trim literally fell off the passenger side back door on the way home. They claim to "guarantee" there work but we showed them before we left only to get another BS story. So they dont guarantee anything!!! We're refilling a claim against the company as the customer service is not acceptable and there "guarantee is VOID", literally zero communication throughout this process, they plug BS in for the insurance company. They're more concerned about a payment than customer service. NEVER again, my 6500 check for my other vehicle will NOT be going to these thiefs/liars. I work hard for what I have! These people just take advantage of others by luring in customers with promises they dont hold up to. Take your own chance with this company if you want, I'm just trying to let other people know what this company is all about.

They not only fixed my car in record timing, but they detailed my car for me inside and out! Wow! Was totally not expecting that, it was a nice surprise. I highly recommend this place everyone I interacted with were wonderful, even the Enterprise employees.

Great place! The staff is friendly and will take the time to talk to you and not make you feel stupid for asking a question. Work on the car is excellent and they gave it a bath before we picked it up. Car was ready a day ahead of estimated time. Stopped over and told the painter thank you before we left, it was so hot outside and houtsidewas very friendly friendl.Thank you Car Craft!JuLee Foster

This is the 2nd time a vehicle needed repairs. I love the way this business operates. The professionalism, customer service, quality, GRACE of the staff is well above board. I am extremely grateful for each member of this team.

This place is absolutely awe full! Will never bring a vehicle here again nor will I refer anyone. Horrible customer service!! Didn t finish on time, pushed back the due date three times causing even more money out of pocket! Never again. They don t even deserve one star! If there was a button for Stinks..... that s what they would be!!

Decent place, They did my repairs to my Sonata and as i was driving a piece of the trim flew off. Luckily I was able to get it before it was ran over.

They done an amazing job on my Jeep they always called and kept me updated on what all they were doing and when it would be ready and the day to come pick it up the only problem i had that made me and my hubby so angry is someone smoked in it and it has never been smoked in before now it stinks we could smell it right when we opened the door i had detailed it before i dropped it off so disrespectful!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
