Overall, gave me a great price for a F150 windshield. And Mr Burke and his staff were friendly and respectful along this journey.Issues I had: the first windshield that was put into my truck was defective, meaning it stuck out of the body about 4-6 inches and it was still installed. Second was that the rear view mirror wasn t tightened back into place and it rattled off when I drove away.Remedies: I spoke to Mr Burke directly when I returned and he was very helpful and professional ensuring me that it would all be redone the correct way (another new windshield ordered and installed and mirror was secured)Overall, I m happy with the product, the process and the service. Only thing I d recommend is someone in the shop does a Quality Control check on all vehicles once complete

I needed a windshield replaced, and these guys were able to get me fixed in 1 week! They even called my insurance for me to work out some confusion, and made the whole process so easy. Staff was polite and swiftly got me checked in and out. Would highly recommend!

They did not vacuum out all the broken glass when they replaced the back window in my Jeep. This caused the latch to get stuck very often to the point that I just took it to the Jeep dealership so they can vacuum out all the glass; after that the latch worked just fine.

After the hail storm, they were able to get my back glass replaced quickly. They did a great job, and the glass looks great. There were a lot of people affected by the storm, and as such, the line was pretty long. They were able to address everyone's concerns, and they worked all weekend. I will use them again.

Very fast service! They told me it would take 45 minutes to repair the chip in my windshield and it took exactly 45 minutes! Everyone was so friendly and kind!

Never call ths place again.... robbie the robot stands portal guard...... called the old glass shop; no problem...glass ordered and waiting for me to have a slower day....Wht I get for trying to do business local....professionalism in Oklahomas gone to the dogs.....3star reviews best they can "earn"....tht's from their mommas and mistresses. Im dun.

Fast, courteous service. Been a customer off and on since the mid 1990 s . Living in Oklahoma , sooner or later you will need auto glass. Put their number in your phone contacts.

Need to have more workers, backed up because of hail storm. Lady at desk couldn't tell me approximate cost of the window or how long it would take just come back next week and check on them to see if I can get in then.

Super fast service, great prices. Only a couple small things I wish were different. They didn't replace the moulding on the sides of the windshield but did replace the top. They forgot to reattach the vacuum line for the vacuum reservoir and didn't plug in the hose for the washer fluid. On a good note they vacuumed out the front seat and cleaned the dashService: Auto windshield replacement

We had some work done here and we had some issues and were not especially satisfied. Mike, the owner, has been great in dealing with the situation. He offered to refund the payment for the work. Throughout the whole process the whole team has been polite and helpful.

They were totally professional and completed the glass replacement quicker than stated. After researching the cost of this side glass and possible windshield in the future, they offered a substantial savings. I highly recommend them over the competition. Job well done.

Unfortunately I have had to use Gene Burk Auto Glass for not only chip repair but a whole new windshield earlier this month thanks to a thrown rock from a semi truck. They are fast and I feel very fairly priced. There is a reason they have been in business so long. I highly recommend them.

I just got done having my windshield replaced. The entire crew was professional. The girls up front were cordial. The schedule was exactly on point. I was not overcharged. It was even the best price in town on my 20 year old vehicle. Great work.

The experience at Gene Burk Auto Glass was fantastic. I called gave them the make and model of my car for the replacement of my windshield. They ordered it I made an appointment two days later it was installed and they did a fantastic job at a great price! Looks just like it rolled off the assembly line!

I have used Gene Burke Glass on 3 cars and a window. They have done exactly what I needed without leaks. They are professional and courteous while working. Don't take a chance when paying hard earned money to someone for the glass.
