I'm new to the area and went to Express oil change for a oil change and new tires. I have a dodge Durango RT and now it's smoking and my oil cap is missing. I spoke with the manager Martin and he said he would have someone come out to look at my vehicle from a closer location in Moore then turn around called me back and said that they would have to get a tow truck to come pick up my vehicle and take it to the shop. At this point I don't trust these people and I want to be around my vehicle to see what they are doing to it. I'm in Oklahoma City at the ICU with my husband and you are wanting to leave me stranded here. My vehicle was perfectly fine. I have every receipt cause I keep up with my maintenance on my vehicles. Martin started yelling at me on the phone so I'm like hold on sir I paid you'll I'm a customer this how you treat your paying customers!? It's really sad and I wish I would have checked the reviews before I went to this shop. They are horrible and very very rude. Something needs to be done about this place of business. I will never go back to them ever again. And you will be hearing from my attorney if you'll don't do something about messing up my vehicle.

Took too long for an oil change... 2 hours of waiting with 1 vehicle ahead of me... generally nice people. Might have gone on a out of the norm experience. Normally I go to another location and I'm in and out within 15 minutes . Would give them another chance in the future.

Truck was having trouble starting so I came in as a walk-in for a simple inspection to find the problem . 2 1/2 hours of waiting and beginning to feel worried the mechanic came back and said my air intake was the issue and he went ahead and already fixed the problem. I paid 92 bucks for that labor including the small parts he had used to fix the intake leak and loose throttle control and I couldn t feel more lucky. My truck is much better on gas and starts a whole better now. Any other shop and they probably would ve charged me an arm and leg for that labor and the small parts. These guys are cool.

Stellar service, fair price.I am a regular customer of Express Oil in Lawton. Just had an awesome experience there yesterday; Michael helped me with the brake pads on my Mustang, he worked with my budget and solved the problem in a jiffy. I ll be back again and again. Five stars.

Y all these boys are Godsends. I really thought my car had something seriously wrong with it but as it turns out, if you don t change your oil when you re supposed to these newer cars will automatically give you a loss of power to protect the engine.. I was thinking the worst and not only did they fix the problem (and a few others as well) but they took time out of their day to test drive my car around to make sure they took care of the problem. My oil was changed in 10 minutes and they fixed my windshield wiper fluid thingy. They reassured me that everything would be fine and they were right. It s driving like a dream. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Techs are helpful. I have used this location two times but this time they charged me double for wipers blade. I don t know if the person charging me just thought (he has an expensive car, I am just gonna ramp up the price of the blade). The price in AutoZone is $34.95. Other locations (Amazon) has it for $28. But the Express Oil Change in Lawton OK charged me $59.99 per! I gave 2 stars for the price.Recommendation: Just do it yourself. I came to the location and pay to keep the economy going. And if you are going to use this establishment, ensure you check parts prices before you do business with them.Update: Express Oil called me today to discuss the issue I encountered with the price. They explained what happened and I am happy with that. Since I gave them 2 stars for the price, this time I am changing it to 5 stars since the staff always been good the three times I have used their services.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The guys here are absolutely phenomenal! They made it comfortable and checked under the hood for me, to see if I had any other issues with my vehicle. White guy with a pony tail even gave me a discount I HIGHLY recommend this place for an oil change. 10 stars if I could.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The techs that work for The Express lube were great, very courteous ! They were also very knowledgeable on the different area's of the car that they worked on . I recommend it, I actually enjoyed spending my $ , and I'll be a repeat customer!

My daughter came in to get brakes checked paid $19.95 they told her she needed all 4 brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced it would be $400.00 total . My husband is a mechanic she drove to our house 1 1/2 hours away my husband said they brakes are fine. And rotors don t need resurfaced . Don t recommend this business.

Stop to get a wheele alignment and the rude guy said I needed a tire and oil change and no thing what else he was going to try and add on. Very rude so I had to go some places else to get my wheels alignment. This places is a joke. Oh there was just one rude guy doing my car.the other guys just looked as he was bring rude. Maybe because I was a lady coming in for work done. How many other people does this guy do this too. Will not ever go back to this company ever.

Very pleasantly surprised that they were ready to go when I got there at 8:02am. Excellent, friendly and attentive service. Had my oil changed on Friday. Techs mentioned my air filter needed cleaned. Walked me though the products and steps need to do it by myself. Did what they told me to do and my performance on my Camaro greatly improved. Thank you so much!

Very quick and efficient at reasonable price. I know some people are hesitant to have their vehicle serviced at WalMart, but when it comes to tires &/or battery replacement, their prices and warranties are hard to beat.

Caveat: There is a reason why some shops in town are cheaper than others.I took my car into Express Oil Change in Lawton, Oklahoma this morning and was not at all impressed. This place is a typical southern cowboy "Joe's Garage". It's comparable with choke-n-puke truck stops in regards to level of customer-service-oriented quality or lack thereof.I sent this following message to their corporate website via form field fill.The service writer/manager was named Martin. Customers are treated rudely here. Store employees have bad manners. This store in Lawton lacks a regular service counter inside the customer waiting lobby with a service writer there to greet customers as most people would expect. The store workers are not well-groomed and well-dressed. The shop looked cluttered and dirty. I drove my car in this morning and looked for a place to park. One of the grungy-looking service techs came out and told me to park my car in front of one of the service bays. He impatiently demanded the car key from me right there and then without any formal work order or estimate being written up first. I asked for the service manager and Martin came. He wanted me to fill out my name and information standing outside in the chilly wind.Beware of "quick-lube" types of joints like this. They are just not ideal for more sophisticated automotive work. People go to these joints because they are the cheapest in town but I learned one cannot expect service with a smile at these outfits. This is dusty Oklahoma and folks in business are often shoddy here anyway. The Goodyear store here in town was much nicer. They have a clean customer lobby with a formal service desk right inside with well-mannered service writers greeting customers when they walk in the door.This Martin guy was pushy and his only "service desk computer" is in one of the service bays in the shop in back of the place. Customers should not have to be dealt with standing outside or in dirty and hazardous work areas. There is no ordinary service counter here inside the building where paperwork can be done. I could have gone to Goodyear in town for that same work and paid about $40 more to have a nicer, more customer-friendly facility with nice folks to greet me when I walk inside the door. Goodyear in Lawton out on west Cache Road was nice enough to have replaced my two bad tire valves a year ago FREE of charge! Normally a $37 service.With these fast-oil type joints, if cheap is what you buy, cheap is what you get. It's the sad 21st century truth. Doing more elaborate car work was an afterthought with this company.At this particular "Joe's Garage", It was $91.56 for a brake fluid flush, torque lug nuts to 76 ft./lb and dispose of my old ATF with my $5 veteran/militray discount. It was nice of them to have flushed my rear brakes twice due to "dirty wheel cylinders" according to the invoice. They might be OK for a drive-in LOF, but....

Great team of guys! Recommend getting your oil changed here. They did a all point inspection, cleaned my windows and showed me the oil leave before I left. I will definitely be going back here!

Staff was super friendly and informative! Although they couldn't help us with everything we needed, they told us where we could go to get the rest of our needs taken care of. I can't get over how nice everyone was. And the total cost was about a hundred dollars less than I expected. Been here twice. Both times had a wonderful experience. Ladies day is tuesday. Arrived and was in placed in line. Quickly my turn came. Pulled in and started my oil change. Gave me an overall inspection. My man was very professional and was happy to take time to explain with out manplaining.lol. very glad I choose this place!
