This place is always pretty busy but that s because it s so awesome. Peak times might have you waiting if you re a walking, but the prices and service are worthwhile. Everyone at this location is friendly and hard working. Discount always does me right on tires, prices, warranty, and repairs. They ll keep you safe and save you money. Highly recommend

I needed to get some tires and rims mounted and swapped out with another set on my work car. I explained what I needed and was amazed at the reasonable price for the service. By the time they had my information typed in the computer and my receipt in hand, the amazing staff was almost done with my car. Excellent service, very friendly and professional employees. Definitely will return when I need more tire services done.

Employess acted like they would rather be anywhere else but there. I asked about the tire warranty because I had bought my current tires here and was nowhere near the mileage at 2 years. I was told the warranty would not apply due to uneven wear. This was before they ever went outside and looked at the tires! Final bill seemed high but thought well with installation etc it would go up. I looked at receipt when I left and they charged $36 more per tire then the online price. When I called them they said the price I saw was for one size down from what they installed. I feel I was cheated. I have purchased 4 sets of tires from Discount but I guess its back to Sam's. You lost a customer today!

I am disappointed in your employee, Landon. I found Landon to be a rude and unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for years, spending thousands of dollars on tires. However after this negative experience with Landon, I will not do any future business with this company.

Arrived at closing time.Had a tire with a slow leak caused by a nail. I have their tire coverage and the had it fixed in a few minutes. Great service! I highly recommend!

The team in Lawton are all about customer service. I make my appointments on line and I'm created at the door every time. They do not try to hard sell you. They are very matter of fact, giving you several options to choose from with pros and considered with every product. I don't even consider taking my elsewhere. Thank you guys!!!!

Only place around here that ll rotate 35 or oversized tires without a complaint.Went in for a simple rotate/ balance However, when I wanted the spare tire (Jeep Wrangler) rotated in I reminded the Tech, and he still didn t do it. Then the Tech got mouthy about how they got talked to by a manager and drove about 3 miles down the road before the weights fell off. No prep work or cleaning the surface prior to was done to ensure the weights would stick. Went back in and was met by a bunch of disgruntle employees, have no idea who or if anyone was in charge there.This place need to hire responsible / competent adults to run the show, not just a bunch of high schoolers who don t care. Especially when dealing with people s vehicles

Came here to buy some tires . I made an appointment. I was there a little early. They got me in and out very quickly .decent prices on tires . Very friendly and professional. Every thing went as planned. No problems here . I will be back soon . Here at discount tires. They are still friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience with them. Ordered what I wanted, shipped fast, installed professionally. Do recommend especially for aftermarket tires and rims in Lawton.

Have been using Discount Tire for years on around 6 vehicles. Good price but you can t get taken care of unless you have an appointment. Made an appointment today and was told because one guy did not show up for work that it would be an 1 1/2 hour wait.

This place has went down tremendously! 6 people out in gargage with one vehicle only one person checking people in. Not to mention had appointment still waited forever to get my car in. Just over this place period will not come back! Came because it's close to my house but will just go to Walmart next time this place is Not a place I want to spend my hard earned money at.

I have been waiting since 11:30am, it is now 2pm and my car is still in the parking lot. I asked if I should come another day and the man told me I was next that way 20 minutes ago. I have to pick up my kids from school soon and my own homework to do, however, I ve waisted hours waiting on tires I ve already paid for and will have to come back for.

Came in for my tire installation and was told two of the tires I ordered were the wrong tires with the right sticker and to come the next day. Came in the next day, and they told me that it happened again and that they were sorry and to come back the next day, and my vehicle would be front-loaded into the bay which was a lie. DON'T BE SORRY, BE BETTER!

I called and spoke to Trent. He assured me that my size was in sock. I arrived 20 minutes later. He came out to great me. Checked me in and even opened my car door so I could get things out. I came in and he told me the cost (no frills and way less than good year and fire stone - I called them first). I paid. He told me I was next. Then came back 10 min. Later to say my tires were off and the new once s was bring out on. 30 minutes later another worker called my name. Told me I was done. gave me my info and explained the warranty. He opened my door and told me thank you. Great place! Clean, respectful and quick. I was out in less than an hour.

Had a brand new set of tires put on my truck. Damage was done to three out of four of my rims. Very disappointed with the way it was handled. Will be buy tires from somewhere else in the future.

Your Employee, Landon, is not a very good customer service professional, especially when it comes to servingretired military service members AND their Family members. He was EXTREMELY argumentative, and refused to listen to the customer! Not to mention he flat out refused to give me a copy of my invoice after I made my payment. I've never had any problems before as a customer, which is why I've always been a loyal customer with this company. However, his poor handling of the situation was degrading not just to myself but also to my father who is retired military veteran.

Went in yesterday for a tire replacement on my front, driver's side tire. That went fine, paid what I expected. When I came outside to leave, my rear driver's side tire was at 18psi(half of what it's supposed to be). It wasn't like that when I pulled up, wasn't like that during my trip back from Tulsa the day before. So something happened AT THEIR LOCATION. I went home, put air in it and came back this morning. When I pulled in, it was 21psi. Tech told me that they couldn't find an issue so they just replaced the valve stem, free of charge. I get in and the rear tire was still 21psi! The reason they couldn't find an issue is because they looked at the wrong damn tire!! I left and went somewhere else. I'll pay off my Discount Tire credit card and never go back. I've always used them, all over the country, but this level of incompetence is insane!

Absolutely amazing service each and every time I go. They are honest with you and don't try to sell you on over priced things you don't need. Wait time can get a little iffy due to the volume of customers they always have, but they have a comfortable seating area, things to drink, and even offer you updates over text if you don't want to wait at the shop.

Change pressure sensors for my car. I made 0845 appointment that was second appointment they told me, after an hour my car still waiting until I asked then clerk just insouciant told me that next will be my car. My car on service line at 1010, 1045 find damage on front lift, purchased one tire on 1046, completed by 1059. Total 2 hours 14 minutes. I will not come to this store any more.

First I would like to say that Dominique is amazing! 2nd if you make an appointment be prepared to still sit and wait over an hour! Not sure what the point is of making an appointment but it s definitely pointless! The text system they use is terrible. I got a text from them Saying my car is ready when I was clearly looking at it from inside the store (it wasn t even in the bay yet.) I will still come back but don t expect your vehicle to ready when they say.

Discount Tires has some of the friendliest associates and technicians. And, after the initial tire purchase, replacement is free as well as other services. I experienced severe steering wheel shaking on the highway, realized it had to be a tire issue, had the tires balanced at no charge within 30 minutes.
