No pressure at all. They did not mind is coming back on Monday to allow us time to think things through. David is quick to fix any issue we have had so far! Will purchase our next vehicle here!

I just have to say THANK YOU!!! Everyone at the Lawton Carmart is absolutely wonderful. The first day I didn't show up until almost closing and yet I was greeted and listened to and everyone works together so well. They seem like a little family and truly care about their customers. If you need a vehicle and have to go cheap or bad credit they will do anything possible to get you in a vehicle. Please give them a chance to show you the service they showed me.

By far best experience I ve had getting a car. They made the process simple and easy !. Every one in the office is super sweet. And I ve spoke to almost every one that was working that day cause they value their customer s. They were happy to see people coming in and making their payment and even knew them by name when they walked through the door ! I walked away with a beautiful, in very good condition car that still had that new car smell! Thank you guys so much

I purchased a new to me car from them and I had an awesome experience! All of the staff were super nice. I kinda felt like we were all buddies. Everything was explained to me and they answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend Car-Mart of Lawton if you re looking for a vehicle!

Great customer service! I went in to look at cars and was not really expecting to leave with anything because as a server you know the struggle with pay stubs lol. But they found me the perfect car and got me a great deal. I m excited to be driving my car and to have it from them.

Always friendly and willing to work with you! If there's ever an issue with your vehicle they work hard to fix it and keep you updated! Would absolutely purchase another vehicle with them!

Went to Car-Mart with low hopes of actually getting into a car. I had a low downpayment, not the best credit, but Stephen worked for me and with me to get me into a great car. A really great guy , and great worker, and highly recommended!

The staff at Lawton Car-mart is amazing they have helped me out so much. They are always willing to help find way to make things easier on the customer when it comes to needing anything for the car. Very fast at getting your vehicle into the shop and figuring out what is wrong and getting the car fixed. I love the service contract they offer it has helped me out so much since getting my car from them. I would def recommend them to somebody in the future.

I want to thank Mr Nick and Mr Dave for doing such an amazing Job! And most importantly not saying " I dropped the ball" and keeping it on the floor. These gentleman said they would fix my car and got it done ASAP! I wasn't without my car. I hope that just like you can leave a bad review out of facts and emotions I hope that people leave good reviews for those workers that do their job and go above it. Thank you so much!!

Everyone was real great and helpful with all my needs. Very friendly. Very thoughtful. I had no credit and they got me in a car that's affordable and in great shape. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good dependable vehicle at affordable rates

I am a true believer in awesome customer service in any situation. That brings me to say I am impressed with CarMart s customer service. David and Mr. Sistos helped me get my SUV fixed with minimum issues and not an over priced charge. David called a keep me updated on my vehicle everyday. He also stayed late so I could come pick up my SUV. Thanks CarMart! For that you get 5 stars.Yolanda Allen

I went down to look for a vehicle, didn t really like any truck they had and really didn t like their pricing or payment idea. I don t have the best credit but it s better than I ve had in the past, I didn t disrespect the salesman but left. Went to a dealership and bought a newer vehicle for a lot less and a easier payment plan. Don t settle for questionable deals.

can't choose zero stars or that would have been my choice. I got a little behind not much considering I paid them 400 dollars one week ago and the repoed my car today 7 days after I paid them. said their was no communication but their aware I work night shift and sleep days. now if I can even manage to come up with the money in order to get my car back I have to pay a 350 dollar repo fee on top of the 175 a week that is insane. and again I paid the 7 days ago. the manager is a coward and I was not speaking rude or denying I was late but refused to get on the phone with me. how are you gonna be a manager and not even be able to take a phone call? she said it had been 9 days since communication and 7 days since a payment.. 7 freaking days and they took the car, this is not how you do business with people that go to work for their money. was my 400 dollar payment not enough communication... their money hungry thief's that just take and take from the working class. have never in my life came done business with such a shady company that was hell bent and set on ripping off the very people that pay their salary .... I advise everyone to go anywhere but americas car mart they will take you for all they can then a little more

Worst car lot we have ever dealt with. They really repossessed our car the day before Thanksgiving over $63.00 that we do not owe. We have had the car for 1 month and it went into Limp mode. You all broke our contract when you changed our payment amount after we left and didn't notify us about it. At least we see how you treat your veterans in a military community.

Most of the people lie and are crooks. They work with you for a few but then if you are down and out they take your only mode of transportation. Then think you are ok with there so called corporate dission. Also being so close to Christmas I will never darken there door way ever.

My husband and I were in need of a 2nd car and only had limited down payment. We live on SS so we had to budget carefully. They set us up with a gorgeous 2010 Acura MDX. Payments were affordable, and they've been great helping me out when times were rough, and helping me now with repairs. They've even asked if I was ready to trade up. This car was the last car my husband bought for me. He passed away 6 weeks later.I'd like to thank everyone at Lawton Car Mart for everything they have done for me since the beginning. I don't think I could have found a better deal, car, and people to stand behind me. Thanks to Nick, Earl, Lonnie for his smiles, David for repair help, Becky for working with me when I needed help, Mr. Stephen and new manager Joann, for helping and understanding my situations.5 stars for you all!

They were professional and helpful. Listen to my needs and concern. They were not pushy. I am very pleased with the complete process.I was disappointed after paying off the vehicle I purchased (reference above review), and the extremely low trade in offer when purchasing another vehicle. I ve learned a lesson. Nevertheless, the personnel are still professional and friendly. Also the process was easy and efficient, I remain a satisfied customer.

I had to get a car that very day. I picked the one i wanted and was worked with and placed in it. My salesman i believe was conner im so terrible with names but he was funny and so sweet.. nick who closed me out also good jokes and kind as well. Really great experience. Thanks guys
