I really like my used 4Runner but was disappointed when the rear hatch handle was loose one day after I got it home. I took the door panel off myself and found two nuts completely off and one loose and one tight. The most surprising part was when I investigated why my hood was not properly aligned and found zip ties holding my grill on. Next vehicle blue certified .i ll pass. I ve got pics but can t include them in the review.

Salesperson Willie and Finance Manager Bonnie were Outstanding on helping me Finance my new vehicle they really went above and beyond to make sure I got a vehicle. I am beyond grateful to Billingsley Ford and am a Forever customer with them.

I give them one star as they have lost a customer forever. I am not sure who to blame for this but my salesman was great. I have no issue with Josh as he worked his butt off for me. What happened was, we had agreed on a trade-in price with the dealership knowing my truck was in getting hail damage taken care of. In the middle of it, on a Friday evening (the day before leaving on a ski trip) a manager came over and did a dirty deal on me. He told me they would no longer do a trade and would give me 22k for a trade (not 26k like we agreed). I needed the truck so I agreed because I forgot about the tax issue. Later, I realize I would now have to pay all of the taxes on the new vehicle due to there not being a trade-in. When I went back with the other truck, I was told the manager wanted his salesman to come ask me to change my rating on google. I refused of course because the manager there gave zero cares about me and this sale. I will never go back to Billingsley to buy a vehicle. OKC/Norman will get my business from this point on.

We recently bought a Bronco from here and it was one of the best car shopping experiences we have ever had. Our salesman s name was Franko and he was straightforward and not in our face pushy. The finance department was very informative and quick thanks to Ricky. This was the first time we only spent like 2 hours at a car dealership and that s including us shopping around and getting a run through of all our car s features. Great experience and will continue to shop at Ford from here on out.

So here we go again. Not only did they screw me when I purchased the truck, I am now getting it again. I was supposed to have a 90 day no payment. When I signed the papers, my hard copy said that. I signed the computer documents, which I couldn't see, and apparently they changed the date. I got a letter in the mail from ford which said I had a payment due at the end of January instead of 15 March. Brought it to their attention and apparently ford said it was to late to change. Not sure how that works since it is all done by computers. I am truly finished with this clown act. I will never buy Ford again nor will I ever purchase from this terrible business. I want to say other things on here but will keep it clean. The funny thing is, the owner has not reached out to me or even taken the time to respond to these posts. Show what type of organization this is.

Joe the sales manager was very fair on our trade in and our purchase of a used vehicle. Anthony was our salesman and he was very helpful and courteous. Bonnie in finance was not pushy about getting extended warranty even though we got one. All in all it was a great experience. Thank you!

Everything about my experience at Billingsley Ford Lincoln was top notch. My salesman, Chris, went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating from the moment I talked with him on the phone until I drove the car off the lot and even afterwards after I got home to make sure I was happy with my service. The other staff members at the dealership were also very nice and helpful. I couldn t have asked for better service from start to finish. I highly recommend Billingsley Ford of Lawton.

I'd like to thank the service departments of Billingsley Ford Lawton and Altus!! I had a dentist appointment this morning with my girls in Lawton. We had a carload and I panicked when my car stranded us in the parking lot by the entrance!! Thankfully I got the help I needed by calling Altus and they got in touch with Lawton. I was up and running within an hour. The service I got was so much appreciated!! I highly recommend both service departments if you're having vehicle issues.

We recommend Josh as your go to salesman. Josh is very honest and helpful. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Josh and the relationship doesn't stop after the purchase. Josh is still concerned about you and your experience and goes over and beyond to ensure you're taking care of as long as you own your vehicle. We don't consider Josh as another salesman, we consider him family now. David the sales manager, Bonnie and Ricky in finance are all great people whom you can trust. Great experience at Billingsley. Very easy to get in and out. Waiting lounge is clean and comfortable. There is a little kid corner for kids with their own tv. Coffee station. Charging station for phones. There is also a business center to get on a computer. The rest rooms are very nice and clean. The only thing I didn t like is that they don t offer a military discount on services. That was disappointing. Everyone was nice and friendly.

From beginning to end Billingsley Ford made the process of purchasing my gorgeous vehicle a smooth efficient and confident process. If you get a chance to work with Joshua you re in great hands. He treated me and my partner with respect and was very clear about the whole process. Joshua is Very easy to talk too and accommodating. We definitely text him about 8 Different time and he was Gracious to respond almost immediately. The financial advisor and insurance support department was also very friendly and non-pushy. We purchased the additional products we felt were important to us without any pressure at all from the financial institution. If anybody s in the Oklahoma area or even out of state don t hesitate to get the support and service you need with the purchase of your new vehicle. I love my 2022 Bronco Sport, her name is Pepper And it gives me great joy to drive her every day.

Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance for service to my vehicle. Dropped off my vehicle in the morning and heard nothing up until about 4:30pm of which I called to follow up. Found that nothing was done to my vehicle for the 8 hours it was there. Up until I called nothing was done. Major let down as I live out of town and had this planned out.

Went in to the QUICK oil change shop and was told that 6 people were ahead of me and it would be 3 hours and 45 minutes. So had to bring it back another day and drop it off. While getting oil changed, Ford called and asked if they could work on the 2 recalls ? This was at around 11am. I never heard back so at 5 pm I call and find out it had been done since 230. So unorganized that they didn t care about the customer. If it was not for the warranty, I would take truck somewhere else.

We have purchased several vehicles from Billingsley Ford of LAWTON. Franco Gonzales has been our salesman for at least three or four of these. He is very attentive to what the client wants and not pushing his desires on the person. I will continue to use Franco to purchase my vehicles.

I would highly recommend Franko and the Bonni. They were both terrific. I live in Houston but they help me order and take delivery on my new Bronco Badlands! Great customer service and fast process. 10 out of 10!

Agreed on a price and made it to the out of state payment portion of the deal and I got no response until I reached out to see what was going on and they sold the car from underneath me with no warning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Sales staff-were very friendly and accommodating when I inquired about a one ton truck that was listed on Billingsley Ford s website. All my questions were answered honestly and sincerely by sales associate Ricky High. I flew in ,he meet me at the airport and in a hour and a bit paperwork and financing completed. I was driving back to Minnesota in my new F-350 as a very satisfied customer!

I came into Billingsley expecting nothing. I felt defeated after spending two weeks shopping through multiple dealerships even driving to Dallas in hopes to find my new vehicle.. and discouraged with the treatment and games I got from all of the other dealerships. I walked into Billingsley and was patiently greeted by Anthony. He was attentive, could sense the frustration in my voice as I explained the essentials of what I was looking for. He excused himself while he went through their inventory and came back with what, unbeknownst to me, would be my next baby. Anthony was so attentive to my requests that he even picked up on the one feature I forgot to mention. The truck even had great alignment, which I was surprised to find was not the case with most of the other dealerships. He guided me through our test drive and began to show me all the fun things the truck could do. I was now looking at getting truck that far exceeded anything I could ve imagined buying and most importantly, I didn t feel like I was getting ripped off. Anthony was patient and sincere and not pushy. I do not respond when to hard sellers. Anthony and Joe went above and beyond to get me more than I want it in my vehicle or a reasonable price. I even spent some time outside with other reps as they showed me everything my new truck and do. It s the first truck I got to pick out myself. And then I learned, that this was Anthony s first official sale. I could not be happier to know that I could do something intern for him. I love my new truck! And I m happy that the staff at Billingsley were able to make this happen. Thank you, Anthony!
