Under the circumstances this place is by far the best place in town to get the Intoxalock installed! They are kind and helpful! Great customer service! Another customer came in while was in and they took care of him with no problem and it didn t delay the time they spent on me!

Terrible customer service!!!We have been waiting on services for over 3 weeks!!!Practically having to beg them to come do what they said they would. Not to mention bad attitudes. They have been leading us on saying they would get it done and never show. Don t recommend

Went in with a plan and they made it happen at a great price. Katrina was great throughout the process and kept me informed at all times of what was going on with the build. Overall very professional and would recommend to others!

They helped with what fuse I needed! There's not much to shop for inside store. Although their knowledge base is quite extensive.

This place is amazing for alarms and remote start. Not only for initial installation but for any questions or issues you have later, they have your back. Professional trustworthy service. There is no better place in Lawton!!! They did an amazing job on my 1968 Mustang.

Needed some computer cabling done and two flat screen televisions mounted to walls.Two techs showed up, asked what and where their work was to be done and then proceeded to do an outstanding job.They determined where to mount those television brackets and triple checked they were level. Then, making it look easy....up went televisions my wife and I could not have handled. Again, they made sure of level and placement.After a short break, they put a switch into the garage and hooked up five CAT5 cables to it. Then, they installed CAT5 outlets - something our builder's electrician claimed he was not qualified to do - replacing phone outlets, which made sense to install by the builder's electrician. Next was to activate and check the CAT5 lines were "hot".These guys not only knew what and how to do what we asked, but they were friendly and professional.Not done yet, they made sure everything worked. They made sure to answer any questions we had. We couldn't have hoped for better service and customer satisfaction than these guys gave.Later in the day, we stopped by to pay the bill and again, everyone was so friendly. I met the manager and the way he treats people only shows his employees are the same way.I very much recommend Audio Tech and have already referred a friend.Thank you!

Stopped in today, 12-30-2022, due to a stereo system that they installed several years ago that quit working. I asked if there might be a fuse I could replace. It was checked in the parking and was then taken around to the back. There was a blown fuse on the stereo, which they replaced. The stereo was well out of any warranty. The problem was corrected at no charge. The staff has always been great over the many years I have been a customer. Thank you!

Been coming here for all of my car audio needs for just over 4 years now. They have never tried to over sell to me and are very straight forward with pricing. Also got a remote start installed in my wife s car and they had it installed pretty quickly. Great staff, very relatable and ready to help. Chris has been my go to guy and I feel like he s helped me out a lot more than some other places would have.

I have bought equipment from them for over 20 years. Over the past two years I've had them install a home security camera system and just recently a new radio/backup camera for my RV. The equipment is fairly priced: what this means is, you get what you pay for. They are not in the business of selling cheap stuff, so what you get will last a long time and be high quality. When I had a problem with one camera on the home system go bad, Chris and the team had it fixed right away. The RV system I had installed yesterday is far superior than what I was expecting. Chris and his team again gave me great value for the price. I asked a different dealer in a different city for his price to install the system, and he wanted several hundred more, and that was in spite of adding a speaker that wasn't part of the original request! These guys are awesome!

Mediocre at best Eastside location got the steak fajitas an a margarita barely tasted the tequila steak was good but veggies you could tell were old or not cooked properly didn't have a sear on them

I brought my truck into to have my system diagnosed, as I was having issues. Katrina and Beau were top notch in their customer service. Beau spent the time helping me figure things out. I look forward to doing business with them in the near future!

I just recently had a Starlink dish/system installed at my residence by Audio Tech of Lawton, Ok. I couldn't be more happy as to how it all turned out from start to completion. I want to give a special thanks to the 3 individuals who made it happen. Soly Rodriquez started the ball rolling by doing a site inspection to determine it it was a doable project and setting me up with an install date. That entailed going up in the attic, walking around the house and speaking with my wife and I as to location of router. She is a very professional young lady with a friendly disposition and easy to work with.Also very knowledgeable in her job.Next up comes the two installers Michael and Travis. These two guys hit the ground running and didn't stop until mission complete. And yes they did face some challenges but worked through them. Crawling around in the attic and working on the roof to install a Dish on the side of the house was not an easy task even though they made it look easier than it was with their " Can Do" attitude. They to were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable in all aspects of their job.Thankyou Soly, Michael, and Travis. Very responsive and professional team. I had a minor issue and was invited to bring my truck up there for a quick solution. I was greeted immediately and had the opportunity chat it up with a few of the team members. Now I think know where to go when it s time to install my speakers!

This is the second home theater system I've had Audio Tech install. Their customer service, professionalism, workmanship and prices are second to none. The Audio Tech Team is extremely honest and stand behind their work. They came to my home, conducted a site survey, and put together a superb home theater package. The proposed system exceeded my expectations while not trying to sell me items I didn't want or need and all at a very reasonable price. Just like to say thanks to audio tech came in right when they open at 10 o'clock I didn't have an appointment. The stuff was very professional They were straightforward on everything give me a few different options to choose from. Set me up with a keyless entry, alarm & a remote start at a great price about $200 cheaper than what I was expecting. I also work in the automotive field so I know this isn't like A fast food joint when it comes to cars or trucks it takes time to do the job little unexpected things may come up and you get backed up on your appointments so like myself I drop it off and move on with my day and wait for the phone call !! thank you Austin for doing the install and Marcus for setting me up with the package deal

Went in to talk about installing a dual dash cam in my vehicle. They said they'd not get it in for five days and wanted $250 to install @ $75/hour. I gasped and said see ya! I went to another audio shop who completed the job professionally the next day for only $100 and was more courteous and professional. I will not be patronizing Audio Tech ever!

The folks at Audio-Tech are top notch. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a friendly, smiling face. The staff know their stuff and recommended a sound system that fit my needs. They worked with me and got me a better deal than I could've got from the other guys in town. I love Audio-Tech and recommend them to anyone with home or car audio needs. Thanks Mark

Jimmy and Tim came and mounted our television today and they were phenomenal. They were quick, efficient, and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend these men and plan to request them in the future. Great job Audio Tech!

Incredibly knowledgeable, and up on all the cutting edge equipment. Hands down the best shop in the area. These guys live and breathe car and home electronics, try to get that out of a big box store. These guys have worked on my stuff for over 15 years, and even though I relocated, no one else will touch my cars.

Great service and competitive pricing! I have shopped here for over 10 years and always have a pleasant experience. I've had audio installed in 3 different rides, and all of them look and sound terrific! You can't go wrong here!!

I have worked with Audio Tech from a commercial property aspect as well as my vehicles. I really like them. They are expanding so of course there can be hiccups along the way but they are very professional and helpful. All of them are awesome! Big thank you to Tim, Shawn, Marcus, Stu, and of course Brad! Chris, Thank you for meeting with me in a very polite and professional manner. You surpassed my needs with comfort that i was in the right stop for my computer repair needs. Thankx to you Todd for taking at my mess that i call a computer. You fixed it way earlier than i thought i would need it. No crashes or memory dumps. We would highly recommend Audio Tech! Back in March 2014, Shawn Evans and his staff fixed our cruise control problems that we had from a unit originally installed at Car Toys. We drove 2 hours to a Car Toys in Denton, TX, to find out they had hooked up a high current wire to the new brain box, and fried it. We tried several times to call the manufacturer of the cruise control company, where our unit was still under warranty. For months, the company blew us off. Shawn personally made sure they honored their warranty by calling the manufacturer, and pressuring them. Thanks to Shawn going the extra mile, Rostra sent a new unit to Audio Tech, where we had it installed. Audio Tech fixed our cruise control, and we were very satisfied with their professional expertise and friendly service. Shawn and the tech experts at Audio Tech gave us #1 Customer Service, and we will be going back there for their service! We highly recommend their service for your future needs also!

went here cause i had a issue with another company's instal. they actually fixed it for free. because of the great customer service i decided to have then build me a box it came out perfect. would recommend then to any one.
