AMAZING help and service!!! We were driving through, carpooling from TX, when both our vans had trouble! Tried to get service next door at Car Care but they weren t at all helpful. Went next door out of desperation to figure out what we could do and Jaime came out and helped us figure out what we needed, in the rain no less, and wouldn t even take any money for all his trouble. Recommended another place for us to go for the one van that needed further service. Totally turned our bad day around by going above and beyond. Thanks SO much Jaime, and Advance Auto Parts!!

They where not very helpful. It seamed to me they just wanted to get rid of me. Now I'm not saying all there store's are like that they have some pretty good deals.

Today I went in for a oil filter and learned about the disposal station! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and told me about the eco friendly option for the oil disposal. It s completely free and easy to do. Just bring your old oil in and dump it! No filters or containers can be left behind so you must take them home or dispose of them yourself. When looking for my parts, they were very helpful in locating exactly what I needed quickly. Prices for parts and tools are fair and the establishment even offers a lend a tool set service to make a quick change out in the parking lot, as well as free alternator and starter testing and a 10% military discount! The guys were super helpful. I came in looking for a specific part and they took the time to search their whole store to make sure that they may not have had it hidden somewhere. Even when they found out they did not have it, they gave me all the information I needed to find it other places as well. Very ethical business, and I will definitely be back!

Definitely the worst experience trying to return something that I have EVER had.I needed to return an item that I had purchased online & I found info on the website stating that I could make a return to any Advance Auto Parts store. I brought it to the store in the same packaging & with my order confirmation as the online instructions required. I went into the Advanced Auto Parts store on Sheridan & Cache road on November 5 round 6pm.I brought in & asked the lady at the counter verbatim Hi, I was wondering if I could return this? The lady said No I m sorry were only a pickup and a drop-off. (Later come to find out that she was referencing them being a ups package pickup/dropoff point.)So I was a little confused and asked Are you sure because online it said I could return it here.She replied No you ll have to return it where you got it. After asking the manager to assist because I thought maybe the cashier was unsure of the return policy, I was met with alot of push back & reassurance that they were unable to return online items. Then I spotted the return policy taped to the divider in front of me It LITERALLY says that I can return the item within 45 days & so I pointed this out to them. At this point they rudely resisted. I said I understood but ya ll should remove the sign, it s false advertisement , to which I was met with, No, no, no ma am we re not going to do that. We re not going to do that ma am no! ok .Went to Advanced Auto Parts on LEE BLVD & they processed the return easy. They had me in & out in less than 5. (Cache rd AAP can do it, they just don t know their own policies)

jaime is a pretty decent dude. good hire. was super helpful with me today even tho i had to come back twice to get the correct belt. that part wasn't advanced autos fault tho. regret not leaving the lee store to work on cache. miss my time closing. oh well, live and let live. great service from jaime tho. ill for sure be back to buy more parts from the cache rd location.

The store at Cache Rd Lawton has great people.Felisha, and John went out their way to help me get going again. Best customer service ever.I can now go to work to tomorrow. Jamie the Mgr even checked on me. That crew should be rewarded for great customer service. They are a great asset to your company. I will be a customer for life because of excellent service

Quick stop in for a tire plug repair kit. The cashier was helping someone who had a few issues going on that they were addressing. The politely positioned herself to check me out without ignoring customer she was helping with a few time intensive issues. Would shop here again.

Really helpful, honest and knowledgeable, if you listen they will tell you everything they know and you could meet to know about what you are doing. Came in looking to get two new batteries for my pickup and was going to get the most expensive ones they had, the guy advised not to and as he stated they really weren't worth it, and the ones 100 bucks cheaper a piece from everything he knows comes back less for warranty and always lasts him longer in his personal vehicle, and unless i spent a lot of time off road it wouldn't really be better. Not a lot of places would do that. Even not this experience I've had nothing but good from them.

I needed a battery check and engine light check and the young lady was very willing to help, friendly and made me feel comfortable considering I have no clue about cars. She was out there almost 20 minutes making sure to check all that she could. So refreshing to see young women thrive in these types of jobs. Very grateful to her and her services..kudos!!

Great staff! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a simple break light and signal light to change but they helped me check it. I also needed a check engine light tested and beat tested. The tech told me to change my crankshaft sensor soon but all else was in good shape. I just bought my xterra used and he pointed out to me that the engine was a salvage one. Good information to have.

Clean store, friendly and helpful staff and decent location. It's a little smaller than some, but evenly distributed inventory considering.The parking lot is limited on space if you need to work there on something and it is on the south side just past a busy intersection, so if you're heading west you'll have to make a U turn to get to it.
