My sister's windshield wiper broke while we were heading to OKC when it was pouring. The two guys working that night were very helpful and showed me how to install a windshield wipers as they were putting the new one on. Saved the night that night!

It's pretty typical for a discount auto parts store. Even if you were to give every detail asked for, even a VIN to look up correct part there's always a decent chance that you will have the wrong part. The good news is they always make it right, and the give a military discount.

The store is clean and organized. You are greeted by an employee as soon as you walk in with a willingness to help. Most of them are quite knowledgeable and able to lead you in the right direction if you're unsure of exactly what you're looking for.Parts pricing can be outrageous between brands and types so be sure to shop around. I found that online pricing (particularly Amazon) is 60-80% cheaper than in store. This applies to most stores nowadays and isn't exclusive to O'Reilly or this particular store.

I like the place, however, it seems most people there are not knowledgeable about vehicles and some will even argue with you at times acting like experts when they re clearly on the wrong and in denial. However, I tend to just pick up orders now unless it s something simple then I ll just grab it myself. I ll go there only if I need to. (Online is where I get most of my car parts now.)This isn t a new review; this was one of my first reviews but I edited this one due to a spelling error therefore it renewed. This review is almost 4 years old, I don t know how the service is now nor do I know if they have the same employees or not.

I called and told them I was on my way and that I would get there right before they closed to return a rental tool. I made it there 4 minutes until closing and all of the employees are in their cars and the doors locked to the store. One employee was still behind the counter but refused to open the door saying that they were closed. However they did stand there talking to each other until 9:15. Now I have to drive an hour each way to return this tool tomorrow.

The guys that have helped me when I went here didnt know what they were talking about. They just read the labels out loud to me after I just read it. My 12 yr old son is more help than them. They're nice, but dont go here expecting them to help you figure anything out.

Pretty helpful people. Got my electric system checked for free. They said my battery was OK and starter was bad. I replaced the battery because it was a lot cheaper. So far. So good.

Friendly atmosphere employees are pretty helpful. Wish they had parts in stock more often usually have to order parts in taking 2 or 3 days to arrive
