Russ is awesome. He's very friendly and honest, both rare qualities these days. He will tell you exactly what's wrong with your vehicle and is fair with the cost. I will tell anyone I know who needs their vehicle repaired, to go to Ray's.

They have done several maintenance and repair jobs for me. They are friendly, quick, and half the cost of a dealer. Very fair and good service. I would definitely recommend them.

Very honest. If they can't fix what's wrong with your vehicle they will tell you. Prices are also reasonable.

Ray auto is awesome. Worked on my mom's car she was very happy with them so when I needed work done on my truck I called them they got me in found the problem fixed it and I had my truck back the next day. I would highly recommend this shop they are honest and do quality work.

I had them repair two vehicles within a few days of each other and they did excellent work. Very quick diagnosis and repair. Prices were very reasonable.Also, friendly people. As another reviewer said, this kind of customer service is to hard find nowadays!

I just want to take a minute to show some appreciation for these folks. I broke down on the Turnpike in below-freezing temps in my work vehicle. I was an hour from home and in a bind. I needed to find a shop nearby to work on my truck quickly so I could continue to work the rest of the week since that vehicle is my only means of making a living. I found Ray's using a google search, but had no idea if they were competent or honest. When I called in and explained the situation, they listened and were willing to help. I was able to find a wrecker to get the vehicle to them but it didnt get to their shop until after 3:00. I couldnt be there because I had to get to my jobsite via a friend. By 5:00 they had already confirmed the problem (fuel pump), gotten the parts, replaced it, and had the truck ready to go. I was an hour away working. Ray was willing to wait for me to get a ride back to his shop to pick up my truck so that I could make it back home to my family that night. And the charges were very reasonable. I am a former mechanic from a family of mechanics, so I have a lot of appreciation for their skill and willingness to knock out my repair so quickly, on short notice, without taking advantage of me financially. It is so rare to find this kind of "old school" customer service anymore. Their location is not that far from Edmond or downtown OKC but WELL worth the drive for the level of service you get in return. Glad I stumbled across this business!
