I am not at all happy with this store. I had them check my battery and they said it was bad. I did not buy it from there but it was only 3 months old. So I bought a new battery, took the old one to where I bought it. It needed to be charged. My alternator was the problem, so not only did I but am unnecessary battery, I had to get an alternator too. Not good business

The staff here is great. They are in a nice and new building but that wouldn t have mattered if they were like the staff at the previous place I went to. They make the difference.

UpdateI contacted corporate about the mistake. They got all the details and looked into it. About a week or so later I was contacted and told that I would be reimbursed. I then was contacted by a manager at this location who said he had a check for me to pick up. I was only anticipating the reimbursement for the parts I bought from them. They not only reimbursed me for that but paid for the cost of the professional break job I had done because of the mistake. I am very impressed with the customer service and going well beyond what I was asking or expecting.Bought rotors and pads for a brake job on my truck. (I have stock brakes) They started to squeak after a few weeks and the squeak got worse with time. Took it to a shop to find out the rotors O Reilys had sold me were the wrong size and too small. The brake pad was not making full contact and wore down unevenly. Had them replaced at they shop because I didn t want to mess with it again. O Reillys refused to refund my money without the old parts. (Parts got scrapped by the shop before I had time to go to O Riellys). Wasted my time and money because a clerk didn t take the time to clarify which rotors were needed for my truck.

It s always easy to jump in and give a bad review when things aren t going well but why does it seem so time constraining to leave a simple thank you when things are working in our favor? I bring this up because For SIX YEARS I ve been meaning to say thank you for the above and beyond helpful service I received as I was having car trouble while trying to take my kids camping for spring break. As you can imagine, for a single mom on a limited income, this was a very stressful time when all I was trying to do was create a fun and memorable time for my kids. So here I am 6 years later still thinking about how wonderful these young men were to stay after the doors closed to help me get my car running and off to the river for a fun family week (it snowed, by the way, yes, during spring break lol but I wasn t going to be the first to pack it in, we indeed had a memorable weekend ). This was my oldest sons last family trip with us before graduation and your team made it possible. I know these young men have probably moved on or up but I want to let them know how grateful I still am for them. Thank you, Zachary, Shelby, Skyler, and Robert! May God bring you an abundance of blessings during your life time and don t forget that the blessings are many times waiting behind the trials.

Awesome experience, the best I've ever had from an O'Reilly. Brandon was extremely helpful, even in the hot weather. He went totally above and beyond to make sure we were squared away. Give the man a raise!

I always have great service at Jenks location. The employees are super nice and go out of there way to help. I've had two cars with batteries die on me and they have offered to change them out for me. The online order pickup works great too!

I want to thank George Ferguson and this location for helping my family in our time of need. My daughters and myself were traveling from Texas to Kansas on 7/26/2021 when we blew a head gasket in 100 degree heat on I-44. George came to us and delivered the correct coolant, helped to advise what could be wrong with the vehicle and safely guided us to a service center for repair. He took the time to explain things to me and talk to my husband on the phone to help assure him we were OK. George went above and beyond to help us in our time of need and we will forever be grateful for his support and O'Reilly.

I had to get some brakes for my car and the young man who waited on me was nice enough to carry them to the car for me. I bought the pads and rotors but when my brother put them on he said I didn't need the rotors. So I took them back for a refund and didn't have any problem getting it they were very nice.

Friendliest and most helpful parts specialist I've ever dealt with if you have any questions that will do anything that can to find you an answer even finding and printing a diagram to show you how to install the parts absolutely the best I always going to them first

This store wouldn't know costumer service if it slapped them in the face. I bought a bottle of EMPTY! threadlocker took it back and handed to them and they promptly walked off got on the phone and ignored me. Just lost me as a costumer

After three trips it turns out my owner's manual was correct about the wiper blade type and sizes I needed for my vehicle despite staff statements to the contrary.

This is the best place to go to get supplies for your car maintenance. I have a Japanese car and my supplies is always in stock. Besides having everything you need, the people at the jenks location are very kind and knowledgeable on how and what you need to do for a variety of situations.I highly recommend stopping in and discussing your car if you have any concerns.

I visit this location as it is close to my house and convenient. My wife also uses this store. Everytime we have visited the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Often times they will suggest a better solution or part for a particular problem or issue. They also will come out to your vehicle to help install, fit, or measure a part.Very good customer service and I highly recommend the store.

On line buy beware... I purchased a battery for $200.00 online as the local store (Jenks) did not show it available. Well the online search could not match my phone number to my rewards account, but I purchased anyway. For convenience, I live a mile away from the Jenks store, took my used battery core to them, and was told I need to ship it back since they couldn't pull the purchase up, using the exact same phone number I purchased with.I have always bought from O'Reilly's due to the convenience, but WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THEM, and will be more than happy to drive an additional mile to purchase at AutoZone.The store employees sat their in front of me (3 of them) trying to decide if they should just give me the $18.00 back in cash, or, the other was saying a gift card, and then they were discussing the fact that the store only gets reimbursed $10.00 if they ship it back. I could care a less, please learn from this and provide customer service. Shame on you O'Reilly's and the Jenks store!I really learned my lesson from paying an $18.00 stupid tax!

The crew here are always willing to help me out. I'm a mechanic by hobby and I go to this store a lot. I know some of the questions are ridiculous but they always shine. I have a very old classic car to which replacement parts are hard to find. When the time calls for it they go above and beyond to find parts that will cross-fit my car. My car would surely be dead without them.

My wife's car need wipers replaced, this place is great you buy wipers they do install them for free. Great and nice at this store.

Identified my auto issue for free and within minutes in the parking lot and changed out the part on the spot. No appointment but was assisted immediately with plenty on staff.Thanks Chris!

Always helpful staff, and always have what I need at the Jenks location. Some items like the Prestone ice melt spray cost twice as much as it does at Walmart.
