Good afternoon My name is Edward, I d like to say that Mr. Josh has been nothing but a blessing,& a hardworking mechanic that stands his work!I was having my vehicle serviced at another shop that sat there over a year. Josh at Hypnotic customs identified all the problems that still existed though I spent 3k initially and got my car up and running the way it should be and can actually start my car with my key! I m felt Very comfortable knowing that he is experienced & licensed !!and Was very patient thorough honest and communicated properly every time! Anyone looking for a new mechanic I highly recommend hypnotic customs! I appreciate all the hard work and blessing and wish nothing but progress and positivity for the company!!

Broke down, called a few people and one of them was eager and willing to help.. .assured me someone would be there to assist ASAP...In my head I'm like asap yeah whatever ...shut my mouth A gentleman I use that word STRONGLY because that's exactly what the young man was arrived within 15 minutes of the START of my phone call with Hypnotic...after a brief chat about the symptoms this guy (name on shirt said Josh) tells me oh its blah blah oh look squirrel ...he said I needed xyz part and I had 2 choices ...I could stay at thr break down site or I could ride with him to grab the part 3 minutes away. I chose to stay with my car and this man brings me back a water a coffee and a soda saying he didn't know which one I would choose becuase he seen an empty water bottle in my back seat a cup of coffee in my front seat and a to go cup in the passenger arm rest .no folks he was only gone maybe 7 to 10 minutes and arrived back with beverages and the part for my car . I hope to break down again just so I can use this establishment and it's services because the OWNER Josh has one hell of a customer service award and one hellva quick service award waiting on him in his future ...

Mr. Josh Cook the owner came out to my house on a Sunday and fixed our vehicle. He was quick and very thorough at a reasonable price. This was such a blessing and a God send. I would recommend him to anyone.

We had our air conditioner go out and it was going to cost an arm and a leg to replace. Hypnotic Customs saved the day and at almost 1/3 the rate. He came to our home and did a wonderful job. The AC is blowing cold as ever.

They were fast and efficient! Thankful for their service . Exceptional communication and told me all the issues my vehicle had. Showed me all the work they had done and how they fixed it. Josh is extremely friendly and professional. He does amazing work. Performed excellent under pressure when we had a very tough situation with our vehicle !

They did fix our vehicle, however, they will charge you an additional 9% to pay with a credit card. It, really, would've been good to know when we asked if they took credit cards before having them come out. Needless to say, the additional $40ish we were charged was not expected

Hands down this is the best place my Dodge truck was reading 99 psi and I was scared to drive it called them they came out on a Sunday fixed this issue now I m up and running the guy he sent to help me was Seth and he was awesome he has mechanics that also work for him that are top notch I will never take my truck anywhere else from now on so thankful I googled mobile mechanics and picked this one out of all the ones I looked through my gut feeling said choose this place and I m so glad I did thank you both from the bottom of my heart I have never felt so comfortable and so at ease watching work being done on my truck please use these guys you won t regret itService: Auto engine diagnostic
