If you want lied to and ripped off, this is the place to go. If you want stranded, yep, these guys are all about leaving you stranded cause they lie to you about your car hoping it'll break and they can get more money for the repair.If you're a woman with 2 kids leaving on an 8 hour round trip and you ask them to check your car first, they will be happy to say it's OK, even though it isn't.If you ask them to check your fluids, they'll be happy to lie about it. If you happen to mention that lie in public, their friends and family and fans will rail road you with hateful messages telling you to get the F out of town cause they hate you. No kidding. This was my experience. A very hostile bunch when you catch them in a lie. I'm afraid they know where i live and will get even with me for telling the truth. But that won't stop me from telling the truth.Do not take your car here, they look you in the eye and LIE... or maybe they are just STUPID, but either way, you drive off thinking your car is OK when it is not. I looked him in the eye and asked, "Did you check my transmission fluid? " He looked me back and said Yes.He did not. It was milky and rusty. Either he lied, or he's too stupid to know that is not OK.I've had their lie checked by 2 other different mechanics, who both said I am right. It was NOT OK. You decide, is he stupid or a liar?Small towns - big liars. Hostility and threats. It's a new business in town, I gave them a go, and got ripped off my first trip there. Did he really think I was too stupid to know the difference? Yes! he did! He will think you are stupid too as he takes your money and his cronies threaten you on FB if you dare to suggest you've been cheated.Go to Cool Rays. This place sucks.

The guys at Moore's always do great work. They're honest and aren't just out to make an extra buck. They have always done right by me and I will continue to do business with them. Save yourself the drive to Tulsa and support local business.

Poor customer service. No longer a small town feel to this place. Used to bring my vehicles here to Jerry, but I didn't relate to these new guys at all. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on, where I don't receive the old-school mechanics' negative attitude towards women.

I don't give many 5 star reviews, but here I will, and I'll take a moment to explain. This is a local shop, I don't know anyone here, I just work nearby. I'd ordered two tires for my car online. I've got a manual tire machine, and normally change my own tires, but my back has been out. I was a bit early for work, and dipped into town to see if I could get my tires thrown on real quick. They got me in immediately. Opened the roll up and I drove right in. When I got out of my car in the shop I immediately noticed the floor was clean. The floor has been coated in garage floor coating, but it has been well taken care of since. Shiny, looks mopped often. The shop tools were clean and hanging near the equipment they went to. If you don't wrench, you might not understand the importance of this. Cleaning a tool of grease and grime protects it from corrosion, it also gives you a chance to examine it for damage. Finally, if you've been wrenching on something an hour or two, the last thing you honestly want to do is clean the tools one at a time and put them where they go. It's tedious, and you're tired. That means it takes discipline to do. When I walked into the office, it was equally clean. There was coffee on, and a little history book of the town of Inola. Being a history buff, I flipped through it and found it interesting. Between flipping through the book, and watching the work on my car, I noticed they were pealing the stickers off the tires. When the, I assume owner, came in the office I asked why they pealed the stickers. He said, the sticker and glue only weigh in the point grams, but its weight at the very outside of the tire. I've learned it can through balance off by as much as a half ounce. I honestly was a bit stunned because I didn't know that/had never thought of that. 41 dollars and change to mount and balance. That is less than 20 a tire before tax and is a deal as far as I am aware. Most places upcharge if you don't buy tires from them. Note: Oklahoma doesn't allow tax on labor, I'm speculating tax on expendable items, wheel weights/tire lube/etc. My only complaint, and I didn't verbalize it, was the lug studs weren't torqued with a torque wrench to final torque. This is a pain in the arse, and few places do it. I checked the torque once I got to work, one stud turned a quarter and clicked, the rest clicked immediately. I broke two lose and retorqued to check for over torque and rotation to click was equal to loosing. I'd say they were good, but I'd preferred to have seen it done. Second note; I say lug studs as it's a European car that uses a bolt instead of a lug nut. Torque is 88 to 109 files, again because it's European and that would equate to numbers that make more sense in NM.

I took my car for an oil change a young man met me at my car door took my keys and got me right in they were quick and very friendly I would definitely recommend them.

I don t care how fast and friendly you are. 90 bucks for an oil change and tire rotation is robbery! I will not be back and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
