They must be busy are slow as can be. I left two Stihl chainsaws here that only needed minor work. I was told to check on them in 4 weeks I thought to myself dang this is a long time. I went to pick up my saws, and nothing had been done to them. So I picked one up and fixed it myself it took me a total of 15 minutes to do what needed to be done to the saw . I put in a spark plug and a new chain and adjusted the Carburator.The cost of the parts where reasonable , the parts department didn't make me wait they where friendly and fast, had a great selection of all kinds of Stihl products. I left the other saw with them and they said check with them next week. I'll update this when I go back for my other saw . Maybe they have found the time to check it out.

After the dealerships in Texarkana refused to return my phone calls (for what reasons I don't know), I decided to drive out to Idabel to try out Smith Eq. Glad I did. They hooked me right up with my first tractor. Never imagined they would be so nice either. And also when it was delivered to me, very nice people! Like America used to be in the 1970s. . . :)
