Bought a skid steer at one of their online auctions. I bought the machine as a gift for my wife because she is not comfortable on our tractor. Saved money for 2 years to make this purchase. Watched it on a live video feed running and moving. It was the model I wanted and had decent hours (1,996.5) at time of sale. Received machine 1 week later to find it now had 1,998 hours on it. Would not start when Received, had no oil left in it and engine was seized. Called Bradley at Brinkleys the following Monday to explain the issue. At first he acted as if he would offer some remedy to the problem. I explained from my perspective it was as if I had bought a pickup, they ran it over with a bulldozer after the auction and sent it to me anyway hiding behind "as is where is". As is in my case was running and operating on a live video feed. It may have had other issues, but it had an engine that ran. I am now $4,250 dollars into a lawyer to fight them and they can only say the referred it to their lawyer who has never been in touch with mine one time. 4 months down the road and machine is still setting in the same spot as the day I lifted it off the truck. Buyer beware.

purchased items that were not there when I came to pick up. James has been dodging calls and never calls back. They loaded my stuff on someone else and are now claiming that person isn't answering. Not a good experience and the owner never checks reviews so this is just a venting process. Buyer be ware.*****Adding to this. 3 weeks down the road. Still not refunding. Still not returning calls. This is a joke! They owe over 2500.00 and apparently don't have the money or are just crooked and think I will go away. Next is a judgement against this outfit. THAT will get their attention!

Do not bid in their auctions !!!!!!Their "auctions" are an attempt to sale their inventory or local inventory at increased prices. Watch their sales or attend them live and you will see how the bidding is ramped up to hopefully draw in the unsuspecting bidder. You will see the inhouse personnel bidding and as you can watch online , it appears the item is selling and SOLD !!!!The item appears week after week in their auctions because it was never sold, just a trending pattern of marketing.Being in the auction industry for a while... if you wish to illustrate sales, you need to be more creative when you keep posting the same inventory time and time againTo Brinkley....try to create more of a description because as a rental group, we will never bid on a one line description of a machine:?? hours , operating condition, etc.We purchase 500+ per year and although intriguing... we will never play this game.I have sent buyers to these auctions to ensure that we are not missing any opportunities but yes, it's as simple as it appears....old men swapping iron or actually not. The game you are participating in is 15 years late and is completely the stereotipical auction scenario. Rant over after wasting time trying to buy from a robotical auction...boooo

I am from Kentucky and I auction all over the United States. I have found Brinkley's to be one of the nicest out of any I've been to, from the people, down to the extremely clean bath rooms. They also have some of the best rates for buyers. This is added 2/21/23, had tractor listed as normal, not as salvage, no notations like they do on tractors with issues, I paid over $3700. The new owner said you bought it, you own it, without recourse. I ask them to recon sign it with a reserve. I also ask them to list it the same way if they hadn't done anything wrong the 1st time. They listed it as salvage in February action and high bid was $750.

Super friendly staff. Well organized loading and unloading. As an over the road trucker, I speak for all of us when I say "Thank you" for a quick in and out loading process. Yall are great! Keep up the good work!

I have done business with tractor auctions from north to south and east to west and many places in between. I have participated on-line and in person. Brinkley's is great! From the top down, the entire crew is knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and helpful. Every time I attend, they make me feel like family. It doesn't matter if You are a poor man like me that is there to buy a Ford 8n Or, someone there to buy a John Deere 6125R, You will be treated the same. Fair and Honest!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Bought an excavator from their auction. Emailed that I would wire money by Monday following the auction. Once I tried to get quotes for shipping, they needed to know if it ran and operates to be put on their trailers. I emailed 3 times asking for confirmation about the hours and that the unit runs and operates. Sean told me that he would not help me until I paid. I received a threatening email from Brinkley because they haven t received payment. I haven t received a replay from my 3 emails since 12/27/19. HUGE SCAM.

I love Brinkley auction!! Everyone is so nice and has been so good to me an my family, I appreciate everybody there. I have made a good living out of their sale, I go almost every sale and try not to miss any

The staff is some of the friendliest people Ive ever met. Theres a huge variety of tractor & other farming equipment. The building was very clean, the food awsome & they have some of the best auctioners that Ive ever seen.

I have done business and worked at Brinkley Auctions for over 3 years. the people and atmosphere are truly one of a kind. If you get the chance I recommend you take a trip to Brinkley's.

What a scam!! Advertise as no reserve - do not accept or acknowledge internet buyers, instead have someone in audience that bids and if no one else does then they pass it up if they don't feel like they are getting what they want (plant). They are not beneath selling junk that you are expected to pay for then take to the scrap yard for them. I will never participate in another one of their auctions. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

No answer on any phone, no response to posts they made about tractors. Voicemail box full so clearly not responsive and don't even check messages. Nobody answer the phone over there, one place I could leave a voicemail no callback. WASTE of my time.

Our company has done business with "Brinkley Auction" for years. Great group of guys, Larry is as highly respected in this industry as it gets.FYI - River Mooreland your incorrect, it's not an "No reserve auction" Never been advertised that way - Show me one salebill where it says that. Also there's good and common tractors in any major auction you go too, it's all iron that holds value to some extent. My advise to you is to stop hitting "Bid" on your CPU on go analysis a large investment you idiot. Sounds like you need to play your sons Nintendo - Stay outta the big boy world, you can't handle it.Great guys, love to see y'all and keep up the good work
