Bought 4 new tires less than a month ago. Less than 1000 miles. Already need replacement. Did all the recommendations. Tire alignment, new ball joints, and tirod ends. 4 lugnuts missing. Manager refused to make any of it right

After the way I was treated here I'll never recommend them to anyone again. I took a couple tires there to be fixed, one had been there 2 days, the other I took in this morning and told them I'll be back after 3pm. I called to see if they were done and they told me they couldn't be fixed. I asked them why they told my mother they would be done at 2:30pm and why they just didnt send them with her. Justin proceeded to tell me I had an attitude and hung up on me. I go to get my tires and I find them thrown in the woods beside the shop. I do have pictures. Took my stuff to Main Tire and got better service and they were able to fix my tires.

After getting a flat, these guys stayed open late and got us on the road fast. Very friendly,knowledgeable staff. First class equipment and staff. Highly recommend

Fantastic folks!!! A fine experience for me. Low tire pressure and they checked it and patched it. My wife and I live 70 miles away. Thank you for the time you took for us to get back home in Texas. She has a Dr up here. Thanks Again.

Had a bad tire and little money. They were polite and had an affordable tire on hand. Was able to get two. Searched reviews for the tires sold, pretty decent. Should be sufficient for my short commute.

I went there today to get a tire. The tire had a patch in it that was painted over to hide it. Then they proceeded to tell me rudely that it didn't have a patch. Their tires are overpriced, and poor quality! They have refused to give me my money back.

Passing through a few weeks ago my "B" size motor home van needed front wheel bearings... The guys ordered the parts which arrived the next day and were installed as I watched.. They had me back on the road in less than 24 hours... Friendly, efficient, quality service at a fair price. You people in Hugo have a gem with these guys, so support them!- (and to the workers~ don't worry about the stock market crash..keep saving for your retirement..it will pay off! Thanks for your help!)

I had a low tire that had been checked by someone else the day before I was told it was fine. However, when I took it to Superior I was told my tire was ruined and I didn't need to be driving on it. They put my spare on, ordered my new tire and had it in the next day! They are awesome and very professional. If you need tires these are the guys to see!

My husband and I got a flat tire while driving through Hugo. I googled tire shops and found Superior Wheel and Tire. We showed up, they immediately went to work on our tire and quickly got us repaired with the exact tire we needed.They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible service. I have bought 2 sets of tires here and they were slow getting the work done. Today, I dropped my car off for a rotate and balance and a front end alignment. I called first and was told it could be done and it was left with them at 10:30 AM. When left, they confirmed it would be done by 4 PM, with the manager saying they should have it done 2 PM. When I returned at four my car was still in the same spot I left it in. When I asked if it was ready I was fed a line of they had been busy, ignoring the fact my car was there 6 and a half hours. I was told they could finally get to it, even though I needed it done by four and they had said the work would be done. The manager then told me to just get my keys and go, if I didn't like it. I took my keys and headed out only to be followed, to here more whining and excuses from the manager. As I told him to his face, excuses were not why I was there, and that he personally told me the work would be done. The old saying is "A man is as good as his word", and apparently there word means nothing.

Eventhough they accidently sold the tires my husband bought me before I could get over there, I could tell he was genuinely sorry for what happened. That was Friday. He reordered and are suppose to be there Monday. My number of stars may change if they are not there.

Don't treat all customers the same. Every time I go all their stalls are full. Because of mechanic work. Can never get a simple tire rotation or balance. Go to Paris Tx. It's better!!!

Iv have NEVER! Been treated w/ such DISRESPECT! this Justin told me to shutUp ! While he was YELLING @ ME..! I couldn't get out of there FAST Enough! The little skinny kid in the bk..I should have Watched Him the whole time, those Alloy rims are soft aluminum & EXPENSIVE, He scared ALL 4 Of my Rims. Letting the Impact fall & hit the rims. There ARE spin marks & a couple of UNREASONABLE GOUGES, Yeah! I SHOULD OF TOOK Pictures prior. UNFORTUNATELY.A person shouldn't have to go thru ALL THAT!MINUS Xs. ---2--. ---

Had them replace a ball joint in my 3/4 ton Chevy gave me a front end alignment to was very pleased with the service I will definitely continue to do business there
