Jst priced some brake pads..the employee who answered my call was rude..he did a lot of deep breathes like he was irritated when I asked a question..when I said thank you..he jst hung the phone up..he lacks customer service..I didn't get his name or I would have posted it..hopefully the rest of the employees there are more friendly and appreciate their customers...

The best customer service!!Battery light came on while driving thru to Longview on a Saturday night. Stopped here and hoped for a miracle. Austin helped us out and put us in touch with a local guy who could replace the alternator! Again on a Saturday night! Thank you so much to Austin and Kat s Wrecker Service. Utmost respect and appreciation for these guys.

My car broke down n need a few different parts/fluids to get running again n I got all these parts/fluids from o'reilly's. The staff are great help n very friendy. The prices are good n useing the app sometimes gives u decent deals too.

Its nice to have a parts store where they know what parts fit what and they have actual car parts not just wash/wax and shiney stuff.

First time I ever had a bad experience with them.. asked a couple questions and the guy was kind of rude and sarcastic like..which really surprised me because they have always been very helpful and accommodating... Maybe he was having a bad day

Always good ppl never going to give you something that you don't need when you go in there always really nice ppl always able to get your part pulled up give it to you if not order it and it's in that day at 4pm not bad place get your truck or car parts at these ppl gets you back on the road if needed
