Good clean store. I walked in and grabbed what I needed. Even though an employee was on the phone, he signaled for another staff member to check me out. Great customer service.

I have bought several parts from here some were ordered online and some I called in and picked up in store. I can't recall how many times they told me over the phone that they had the part in stock so I drove from Finley Oklahoma to Hugo to pick up my parts and go all the way back home to find that they had given me the wrong part.

We broke down on a Saturday while driving through Hugo, OK on our way to Broken Bow. No mechanics on weekends anywhere. We called Auto Zone to see if they knew of anyone who could help. Daniel, a very courteous, kind, and sympathetic Auto Zone employee answered the phone. He offered to assist. He came to us. He tested our battery, jumped our truck and helped us get a new battery. We were able to get on the road again.Above and Beyond!!!Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

I don't know if I was just this night I was there, but it seemed like the staff could care less if I was helped or not. Then when I tried to explain what I needed, I was looked at like I was a dummy and needed my head examined. So, I walked out, leaving my son to finish my business!!!...

I enjoyed wonderful service today at the AutoZone store in Hugo. Every clerk seemed to pitch in to help get my truck on the road again. I am very thankful.

A friend needed wiper blades while we were visiting hugo, and they had the ones for her vehicle in stock. They also had a variety of things to help clean the inside of your vehicle and a good selection of seat covers. Fast friendly service from people that care not just about you as a customer, but they care about your car too.

Aug. 17th My son was taking Drivers Test. Our right blinker decided to go out. Lori a clerk at this store is Awesome!!! She helped me, even installed a new bulb right there. We were able to get back to do the driving test... I so badly wanted to tip this great lady. She refused because it was policy. She really saved the day for us... Thank Lori and Auto Zone!!!!!

Auto Zone usually has in stock the parts that we need & are always at a cheaper price than other automotive stores & yes others does price matches but why would I want to go to another store to get the lesser price that Auto Zone already has. The employees there are super nice & even at the time I was there to get a water pump & antifreeze as I was checking out the guy checking me out told me it was the last day of a sale & gave me the discount & of course I greatly appreciated that & will certainly return if need other parts in the future.

Dont ever buy an alternator from autozone. Paid $250 for an alternator and that is price with old alternator returned, which I didn't do since it was better than one I purchased. At time of purchase it cost me $350 plus another $100 to get it put on. It was no good. Now pay to have new one taken off and old one put back on so I can return it and start process all over again.

They didnt have exactly what i need but they went above and beyond to try to help me find something else that would also work and then when i didnt find it, they ordered it online for me and had it in the next day. They are awesome

One of the best here in town good staff and most of the time have what you need wouldn't recommend for aftermarket parts to a certain extent though better looking online

Went to Autozone about my batteries in truck. They tested the batteries and they showed bad. Got replacement batteries at no charge because they were under warranty. Tjank you Hugo. Ok Autozone.

"There is no reason in an automotive application for you toneed a pressure gauge....." We were looking for a gauge to measure oil pressure for an engine rebuild. Doesn't matter how many certificates your manager has on the wall, you can't fix that kind of stupid.....

High prices...$31 for 1.25 gallon of synthetic blend, $25 if you also buy there STP filter with the oil....Walmart has same brand full synthetic 1.25 gallon for 19.99
