Online said they had stock of rice Kristin's but they were out in store. Had great deal on green beans! Friendly staff at pharmacy.

It's a good Walmart. I just hate that it's always packed! I know it's good for them though. I like to just order what I need from there online! That's the way to go for me!

Overall, the store is great for this community location. Ideally, it would be better if there was more fresh food, options.

I was going to give one star which I have never done before, All due to the absence of any employees that have any knowledge of where items are located. Trying to find an employee throughout the store is like trying to find a ghost, very rare if not impossible. If you do find an employee and ask them where an item is, the most common response every single time is that they do not know because they don't work in that department. They also never seem to know what area the item is in which seems odd because they immediately know it is not in their department that they work in. The bottom line is that they just don't want to take the effort to not only tell you but assist you in finding it. As I checked out there was a gaggle of employees in the front of the store standing around talking to one another and speaking loud enough that everyone checking out or entering the store could absolutely hear them primarily complaining about having to help customers find items, their paychecks that they evidently had just received, complaining about their hours being cut, complaining about management only promoting friends rather than merit or hard work, complaining about not being able to move up within the store unless you are part of a local gambling clique that is only for management and supervisors of that store. 2 female employees at the main cash and return desk were discussing out loud about their opinions of employees at that store and using their names where all customers could hear the unpleasantness being discussed. I don't know any employees at that location but there are a lot of local people in that small town who shop their daily that almost assuredly know people's names. It was a very bad experience and I will only go to that location in Holdenville Oklahoma 74848 if I absolutely have to do so. It is worth driving 30 mi one way to a larger store in Seminole Oklahoma than have to go through such a horrible atmosphere and disappointing customer service from employees that definitely know better!

I made a rare visit to Walmart. As usual, no registers, except self checkout, open. Had to wait in line as only about half self checkouts were operational. They have no one to help you but several associates idly standing around self checkout. It's definitely not the associates' fault. They are just working people trying to make a living. Upper management and leadership at WM stinks

The price on the shelf is always different than the price during checking out how many billions are enough for the Walton family!

It is a small store not a super Walmart. I do sell some food there though. There is no deli or bakery or tire center. They have been working on redoing some things like repainting and repairing the driveway parking lot etc. So not bad for a small town.

The hunting apparel was a mess. It took me an hour to go through the racks to locate the four pieces I was looking for.

It's a smaller Walmart but most of the time I don't have an issue finding what I need. Just don't go there for full-on grocery shopping. They have a decent variety of snacks and very basic essentials. Just not huge varieties that you would expect from a normal or super Walmart. But as mentioned above, they have the essentials and a few extras if your in a pinch or in a snacking mood.

Well, I really don't have too much to say about this place other than the mechanics in the back. RJ is very nice and knowledgeable and I will go to them anytime of the year. Day or month week. They'll take care of you

I use the Customer Pick-Up Service and it is great at Store 0123 in Oklahoma!! Due to my health, I'm completely limited to short distance walking only, so the pick-up service is truly wonderful!!

This is a small store, so selection is limited. Things are getting better for this store. Parking lot is a mess due to construction getting a new parking lot. And having lots of clearance lately but watch it and scan it cause some are still regular price even with clearance stickers.

They had everything I needed. Ran into friends. The gentleman who checked me out was friendly, funny, helpful. He made me comfortable and made me laugh. It's time to give him a raise! Walmart can afford it so just do it already!

The store manager Russell is not only an amazing manager but an amazing person. Nancy, an associate, is also an amazing employee and person. They both went above and beyond to help me get Nutramigen (baby formula). With the formula shortages right now it s so scary for parents and I had searched many Wal-Marts for it. These two took it upon themselves to help me get the formula for my baby. The whole story of what they did is just so special. It s so good to know there are still good people in this crazy world. And this Thanksgiving I am thankful for these two and I pray they are blessed. Wal-Mart is lucky to have these two as employees. Thank you!

On each of the snow days this year Walmart Holdenville is one of the few business' that doesn't go out of the way for the disabled. The snow was built up with ice to make the transition from the car in the designated handicapped parking to the curb to get access to the store not accessable without high risk of injury. When it doesn't snow they leave the stocking carts empty so those that cannot use the option of walking around does not have access to blocked items or isles. No way are they ADA compliment or act like they even care to be.NOW THE LADIES IN PHARMACY ACTUALLY CAME TO THE VEHICLE IN THE HANDICAPPED PARKING OUTSIDE AND PICKED UP MY ID AND BANK CARD TO TAKE IT INSIDE TO TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS AS THOUGH I WAS AT THEIR WINDOW, AND THEN THEY DELIVERED IT BACK OUTSIDE TO MY VEHICLE SO I WOULD NOT GET INJURED.Let's just say... You can learn something there Mr. Todd Sontang (manager) about emphatic treatment of disabled customer's who yet still patronize your store.

To be honest i didn't have a very good visit to the Holdenville store. It was no fault of the people who work there. It's a very small and old store. The people who work there are trying to do their best, there's no room for them to do anything. I recently moved to Holdenville I wish i knew that there wasn't a decent Walmart here and the nearest super center is a long way from here. The other thing is the selection of products is poor. If your sales are down i can see why. Why don't you make it a neighborhood market or a small supercenter it would be better than it is. Thanks for listening. Ruth

I've overall had great/good service. Lots of employees are SUPER helpful. BUT that cashier person that calls me hon, honey!! STOP IT! It's condescending to most of us older ppl. ESPECIALLY ME! BUT I must say she DIDN'T TONIGHT cuz I told her I'm not your Hon! TY for remembering not to call me that tonight.

Wouldn't recommend unless you don't mind employees being rude when you try to return something and they say no and you ask why and they literally say "because I don't want to" then refuse to service and call other employees over to say she wasn't gonna service me bc she didnt want to and everyone else was agreeing with the employee saying " if she dont want to she dont have too" she needs to either A- Go through thorough training AGAIN or B- Get Replaced! Why work some place that requires helping customers if they're gonna do the EXACT OPPOSITE. Got my word ill be talking to corporate soon enough.

Staff is kinda helpful. One lady was standing around, I asked for dryer vent tubes, she had no idea if they carried them. I let her know they have 5 choices to choose from on isle 13. My own self help was better than her customer service and knowledge of her own work place

It's a somewhat small Walmart. But it has most things you need. And the staff are very friendly and nice.

They never have enough registers open and more often than not you get a rude cashier. The overnight crew is always friendly though. The managers and floor staff are almost always friendly, just not the cashiers. They stand around doing nothing and act like you are bothering them by making them do their job.

I love the atmosphere. Has that hometown people still talk and laugh with each other and friends see each other and talk. Has warmth. The service counter has competent and personable workers.
