I purchased my car during one of LUV Ford's sales events. David immediately gotten in contact with me twice before the event and greeted me as soon as I arrived. David and the rest of the team were amazing and funny! They worked diligently to get me into an awesome vehicle for my family and I at an affordable rate for me. They kept on great communication along the way and did their very best to make sure everything from the process to the car was running smoothly. In any experience I've had at a car lot, this has been the best one yet! I really appreciate the above and beyond customer service that they have all provided. I thank the LUV Ford team for getting me and my family into a great and safe vehicle and the work that was put in to help me along the way! I would most definitely recommend anyone shopping for vehicles to head over to LUV Ford and seeing what magic they can make happen for you!Thank you all, again!And please remember, when car shopping, patience is a virtue! I am so HAPPY with Davin and his great crew. They are so nice to deal with. In today s world it s unheard of to get your truck in for a repair the same month as you call. First vehicle we took we were 2-3 days to get in and this truck was next day. In and out on both same day. Very happy with jobs. Fair prices and great service. I also have toMention free pick up and return within 30 miles I believe it is. Picked upMy truck about 8:15 this morning and returned it repaired about 3:15 this afternoon. I will forever think fondly of Oklahoma thanks to Gavin and the team at Luv Ford, who were there for me when I really needed it. I was traveling cross country on I-40 when my tire went flat. I had it towed to Luv Ford in Henryetta, arriving just as they were getting ready to close. I thought I would have to get a motel and there was also a huge storm due to hit the area. But Gavin was very kind and helpful, took my truck in right away, changed the tire for me and had me safely back on the road in 15 minutes.I can t express how grateful I am to the folks at Luv Ford.

Pleasantly surprised that they were able to not only get my vehicle worked in a few days early but got it repaired a week earlier than quoted! They also noticed another problem that needed fixed I wasn t even aware of. They definitely went above and beyond in my opinion. Great experience all the way around.

Love how you were able to help my Uncle Joe to buy the truck, and to rebuild his credits up again and for mine as well. We hope that this will help Joe's and my credit even more when making any other orders from luv Ford. My uncle Joe still has lots to learn about his new truck and I'm so happy for him to get a brand-new 2024 , for the very first time in his life. Thank you so much, God bless you all.

Got my Ram 3500 in for a oil change and double fuel filter change without appointment at 4 pm. They managed to squeeze me in and were done within 1-1/2 hours for a much lower price than my previous one in New Mexico. Great service!

I have always been given excellent service . I trust them completely in the up keep of my car. I enjoy working with them. Devon has always went out of his way with me in explaining whatever needs to be done to my car. I will only have Luv Ford work on my car.

2013 F150, I ve used the service department twice and they have gone above and beyond both times. Cheaper cost and the work was completed faster than quoted. Battled a third party warranty on by behalf as well. I will not go anywhere else for my service needs. Thank you all.

Had a last minute cross country trip come up. The Luv team picked up my F 450 Ford truck and squeezed it into their schedule for a fast and affordable systems check and fluids change We also had issues with an older F 350 with major repairs and the Luv team did not disappoint thanks you team Luv

I was RVing through the area and suddenly received several warning lights on my 2021 F150. I called LUV Ford and explained the problems. They were able to get me in immediately. They fixed the issue and put me back on the road in a couple of hours. Great people! Great service! Can not recommend them enough. Thank you!!!

Hassle free experience makes truck buying what it should be again. Sales to service these are the best at what they do ! I drove from Sulphur to make my deal and it was worth the trip. Found my Ford dealership for sure !

We purchased an F450 here recently. I must say we have purchased numerous commercial vehicles over the years and this was the best sales experience we have ever had! No hassles, no run around, just service as it should be! Diane and Ryan, sales manager, were very friendly and helpful, informative. They spent quite a bit of time going through all the features of our vehicle. We were contacted after the sale to be sure all was good with our new vehicle. They made the entire process simple and easy!We would definitely recommend Luv Ford to everyone we know and return here for another purchase!

The service manager here at LUV Ford is friendly and very polite. He gets you in and out of there as quick as possible and he really goes above and beyond for his customers. I live in Oklahoma City and I will always make the drive here for service if it s possible. They have earned my business and you should give them a chance to earn yours. Great people.

I recently encountered some issues with my brand-new 2016 Chevy Cruze, but thanks to Bryan at LUVFORD, they not only assisted me in getting the necessary parts but also provided a loaner vehicle until my car was fixed, which only took a couple of days. I was searching for my first new automobile. I decided to buy a Ford Ranger 4x4. There were no Ford Rangers for sale within 100 miles so I extended my search. To my dismay Luv Ford had three new Rangers for sale. I called and told Cameron I would be there in a couple of hours. He told me he would be waiting for me. When I got there I was very surprised at the extensive truck inventory available. I bought a 2023 Ford Ranger Tremor.Cameron has stayed in touch and has been a great help with any questions.

Greeted by a friendly face shortly after pulling up. I arrived right at opening and it did not take long for them to be busy and full of shoppers. It didnt stop everyone there from having a friendly smile though! Worked with me to create a deal I could afford!

Went there for a drawing and waited 2 hours only to be ignored and by passed by couples and older people who showed up after me. I felt like that wasn't fair and a big waste of my time so I left the drawing thing I got in the mail on the table and left.

Luv Ford got me in right away, diagnosed the issues, contacted the warranty company and got things ordered and fixed in just a few days! Plus new tires. And they had excellent communication keeping me updated.I recently moved here from out of state and had contacted several other Ford dealers in the area (didn t get any where), before contacting Luv Ford.Definitely recommend Luv Ford!
