I m so excited about staying here long term. They have a fishing pond, WiFi and I ll.just be down the road from my son. Sister and nieces. I can t say enough good things about the staff and owner! They are so professional, kind and helpful. I m looking forward to tomorrow. Okmulgee County The Gypsy Rose Holiday Rambler will be heading your way way tomorrow or Monday at the latest, we have a spot reserved and it s going to be a surprise because I asked if she (the manager) would pick it out for me. I love my vintage motorhome, and I think she ll fit it very nicely with the newer models. Oh and they even have free laundry, showers, are updating continuously since it s a newer park. And the biggest bonus of all is that they have a fully operational garage for upgrades, tune ups etc, I don t have allot to be done. But it s going to be nice once. my son paints her, we remodel the inside and have the garage make sure she s good as a brand new one.Gosh what a dream come true for me! Plus I can start going to church instead of having to watch it online. Thank you lord for your blessings.

I will give them a couple things. Nice little view and great water pressure. Really appreciate the refund with all that's going on. Just not great for big rigs, especially with a toad. Entrance and exit very difficult. Only worth it if you have passport, otherwise over priced. It's just a grassy hill with very little gravel on sites, sites are very tight. I think we have about 4-5 feet between our rig and the neighbor.

Great place to rent from. Office staff is extremely helpful and polite. Any issues were fixed in a timely manner. Park is quiet and never had anything messed with. Love the dog run for my boys and the laundry and wifi included in the amenities is a super plus. Also park is always very well kept and so is the common lounge area.Highly recommend staying here !

When we stay at an RV spot I do always need wifi for my work. NOT here wifi was terrible could not connect to my laptop, upon check in the wifi password was not posted anywhere! Had to ask one of the guest for it. Wifi password should be posted for after hours guest. Oh and by the way we arrived at 4:45 pm on a Thursday, they were already gone. Hours said 9-5. Anyways at the end of the day. l would like to relax and watch a little TV, but couldn't even do that because wifi is not good enough to stream. We did tell the owner about it after the first night, he said he would contact the provider. Didn't seem too concerned about it. Itjust got worst the rest of the time. All I am saying Do not advertise free wifi if you can't get it.!!! Also water pressure was not great and one night i woke up and had no water at all. If you call them they do not ever answer the phone. Won't be back!!!

We stayed here one night. Quite a ways off the highway. There was a complete listing of rules listing the normal pet rules. We have 3 small dogs. Each time we tried to take our small dogs outside, there were two pit bulls running loose. I was really scared of yhis.

Nice place. Easy to get to from 40. Check in process needs to streamlined and map updated to show where the fishing pond, dog run and dumpsters are. Great for an overnight stop. Good WIFI and picked up 30 channels on Antenna. Would go back.

Strange place. Showed up little after 6 PM; no one around and no self register. Was ready to leave in am before they opened at 9 am. Office area with laundry was open with, again, no one around. Left $30 on counter with a note that we stayed the night before. No trees. No paved sites, but the mud rock was fine. Not sure how it would be in rain. Edit 2/5/20: glad to see that you now have an after hours registration box.

You will not find a place with a more caring and accommodating staff. Water pressure is great. Electric has never failed even in storms. Sewage works as it should. I'm sure if I hunted I could find something to complain about, but as nice as everyone here has been, I wouldn't dare. And between onsite management, maintenance, and the few full time rvs here, you would be hard pressed to find a more secure park as well.

Darlene Dotson and I rent a storage unit here. Over two months ago we discovered that our storage unit was flooded, due to something that was wrong on the property itself that allowed the water to go in and floodUpdate.....This issue has been resolved. Thank you Dan for getting in touch and helping to get things taken care of in a satisfactory manner.

It's new and really popular.Don't know what lot rent is. I've been to the food Barn or what you would call it where you can buy vegetables and food for your animals and they had a lot to pick from really nice people there to help you load stuff up and they had a variety stuff for gardens to plant vegetable wise

This is a first come first served site. I thought I was making a reservation with "Ben" but instead we were lucky to get the last site.. Sites are small. Toilets and laundry are locked down until 9am.

Finally got some laundry done! Friendly folks here in Troy Aikman's hometown. Easy access off US 40. MIGHT could use a tree or three, but sites are spacious and 50 amp service available.

When it rains it's a complete mud hole.If you have a nice truck and a nice RV it's going to be covered in mud when it rains. The entry ways are full of potholes. At $50/$45 (with discount) a night way overpriced for dirt pads and muddy roads.

Floods when in rainy season , over night is ok but not for longer then that. Better off staying in Shawnee , more restaurants, stores and antique shops if staying more then over night.

The people were nice and the place is clean. I only dumped my tanks and filled propane. The propane was over priced.
