Nice rooms friendly staff. Good breakfast close food places to eat sonic and golden chick Phillip 66 all with in walking distance. Railroad tracks 100 feet from motel. I always lived where hear trains not that big of deal for me. Some may not care for it. Parking lot is little small but parking behind motel. Showers only no tubs in room I was In. For most part it easy a plesent stay

We had to stay due to storm damage, and all I could say was that everyone that we ran into who worked there was supper polite, nice, and very helpful . The room was freshly updated. Sorry, no pictures. If we stay again, I'll post some of the breakfast that is offered. It was very good and fresh . We will be staying again just for kicks it's so nice there.Rooms: The room was very clean, and the bathroom was well stocked with all the basics one would need .Safety: We felt very safe here while we stayed . The hotel is well lite and need cards to enter thru the side doors, which is reassuring that no one that shouldn't be there isn't

A good place to stay! Wifi works great. Breakfasts are ok. Rooms are in good condition (one can switch water from warm to cold for a contrast shower, something we can t do in Houston). And! They don t bother you before the check-out time which is at noon. No those siiiir? knocking at the door at 9am. :) Overall, highly recommended for that area.

This was a great little spot. I was driving across Oklahoma on the 51 and stopped in late for a room. I was afraid I needed to detour to OKC to get a decent place, but no. This was very affordable, clean, had great wifi for work video calls (50-100 MBps) and the staff was extra kind. It is on the train track but everything on the 51 is on the track track.

The front desk gave a man the key to my room. If I did not have it locked, he would have gotten in. He was able to put his hand through the crack so that he could turn the light off and on.The next morning, the maid service tried to come in my room without knocking. If you are a single female, don't stay in this hotel. It is not safe.Yes I complained to management.

Enjoyed our stay here. The staff was fantastic, especially Monica at the front desk! She was a huge help! Only complaint is I would add a tv channel guide to the rooms and see about getting the channels that are messed up fixed.

Just a heads up. There is a train about 30 feet from the hotel that you hear randomly throughout the night. They gave me a room with a refrigerator that didn't close and a chair that was broken. On top of that I had some random guys walk in my room while I was there because they had checked them into my room. Definitely a hotel in need of new management. I have never posted a review of any place before but my experience was so bad I had to. Spend your money elsewhere

The king-size suite was really nice. It was clean and the air conditioner was on when we got there (which was nice because it was ridiculously hot that day). The furniture was comfortable and sturdy. The television was modern. The water pressure was great. I liked the decor. And the complimentary breakfast the next day was pretty good. I think my only complaint is that there was no caffeinated coffee in the room, but we just went down to breakfast and got some so it wasn't a big deal.

Very clean, pretty nice with friendly and helpful staff! The train horns were a little distracting, but the "hot bar" breakfast was a pleasant surprise. No, not necessarily restaurant quality, but it's good and complimentary, along with being a wide variety of options. Will definitely visit again!

I traveled to Henessey for work and my client suggested I stay here. The room was really clean and the AC worked great - mid summer and was super hot. The girl up front moved us to a room with a bath tub instead of shower because my son said he wished he could take a bath. Very sweet girl! Our bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was really good and a lot of choices. Only downfall is they do not have a pool. Other than that, very good stay for the price!

Such a great place to stay, they worked with us so well- they didn t have the rooms available that we needed for our 3 night stay (which didn t surprise me, seeing as this is the only nice hotel in Hennessey) so we bounced from room to room.We did not mind though, the staff was amazing and always willing to help with our every need. The rooms are also very clean; they definitely take care of the Hotel. The beds are extremely comfy, the sheets always felt clean.Wish we could have stayed longer..Overall Sleep Inn & Suites provided us with a great experience. We will definitely be back!!

This place is horrible! The train tracks are 20 feet away from the building. The train ran roughly every 1-3 hours, blasting their horn as they fly past the hotel. The hotel shakes as the train passes. When asking the front desk staff about the train, she said she didn't know anything. The toilet was a rocking chair, and pinched my 3 year old daughter's toe when she was trying to get on it to goto the bathroom. When telling front desk about this, they did not care at all. Asked to speak with management, and was told that she had no way to get ahold of anyone, and that they worked m-f. The entire hotel floor is covered in red dirt, and my daughter slipped and fell due to the lack of staff doing proper cleaning. My wife called management, and never received a call back. Instead, they sent her an email asking for us to give them another chance.

Reserved a handicapped room for my mother-in-law and when we checked in at a few minutes after 3:00 (check in is at 3:00) they had given away her walk in shower room. How is an 84 year old supposed to bathe? When my husband went down to talk to the clerk he told us that there is no manager on site on the weekends and wouldn't be until Monday. When my husband asked for a corporate number, he told him he didn't know what it was. He finally gave him a number, but it seems fishy. Very disappointed in such crapy customer relations! I would understand if we had checked in at 9pm and all the rooms were booked, but 10 minutes after 3:00? Room is clean and seems decent, but the front desk was absolutely no help, so it spoiled our trip. Furthermore, I don't think they should have charged my mother in law for a room when they didn't give her the room we had booked!

When we checked in the desk clerk did not speak u til the end of my transaction. She did not the k me for being a Diamond Member of offer the required property gift. When we arrived In the room it was stocked with used paper plates and condiments. I felt right at home when I found a half empty bottle of shampoo in the shower, a used bar of soap in the shower and a towel on the floor. They wanted me to sleep good. Be a use when I opened the refrigerator I found a half gallon. Of milk and a half bottle of liquor

This was the only hotel in town. It is less than 100 ft from a very active railroad track that has train traffic day and night. When we cheched in, we asked the lady behind the desk which way the room was once we got off the elevator. She said "I don't know,. I rarely go up there. I usually just sit behind this desk for 8 hours." The person when we reserved the room was hard to understand and the line was crackling. The water pressure in the shower fluctuated. The shower/bathtub floor was smooth, which when wet was extremely slick. The bed was so close to the air conditioner that I could barely get it to bed and could put my foot on top of the unit while laying in bed. Have paid less money at other hotels snd gotten a much better room. If I ever have to go back to Hennessy for business, i will stay in Enid and drive in.

I forgot my pillow, called the next day they said it would be shipped to me even offered to pay. It's been 7 weeks (I have called every week) and still have not received it. Called again today and left a message for the manager again. It is not a inexpensive pillow case or pillow, they could at least ship it for a measly 7.95. Other than that the stay was fine.

So this was the other Choice Hotel near Enid. I drove 20 mIles out of my way to stay here. No remote for the TV in the room, WIFI is almost non existing and my shower had not even been cleaned. I paid double what I would have if I would have stayed in Enid. Was supposed to stay 2 nights, but I went and ahead and checked out and will just choose another hotel.

Without any notification or my authorization, they removed my belongings from my room and tell me (when I return) that I no longer would stay in that room (1st floor). And they gladly would give me a different room (on the 3rd floor.) As a paying customer, I don't appreciate my personal belingings being bothered, touched, thrown together or moved. Very unprofessional and lack of courtesy from a business. Don't bother with this SH****LE!!

Working nights in the middle of summer. The room doesn't get cooler than 67 during the day. One side of the hotel is by the train tracks the other is beside the road a lot of noise hard to sleep during the day

My room was not ready upon arrival even though it was reserved. Took them hours to find me a room. Other than that the roof are very clean and presentable.
