So we broke down in heavener, ok. We had this amazing stranger Robert help us to a hotel and was so kind to pay for it. The next day we drove to this place O Reillys and the staff working on July 4th was so amazing helpful and went above and beyond to help us. I want to thank the staff for such kindness. You don t find such great helpful people anymore but we did in heavener. Thank you for such amazing service.

I had a great experience when going in for wiper blades. The gentlemen that helped me was very pleasant. In fact I had left some of my paper work at the desk and before I had traveled no more than 2 miles I received a text message letting me know about it.

The staff is really helpful and they know their stuff. Would recommend you stop here. Never had a problem with them. If I did I know they would be polite and quick to fix whatever it would be.

I have left a trail of locking gas caps across six states. Thank goodness they had a locking gas cap. An o'Reilly in Texas had a window wiper motor. Oh, i lost a couple sewer hose attachments. Im going to be lucky to remember where home is. Oh well, I'm retired. Eventually, I'll ask directions. My wife is rolling her eyes.

It's not hard to find a real jerk in a parts store, but so far none in the Heavener store. Everyone always nice and helpful. Considering the minor items I usually buy, and my embarrassing lack of knowledge about everything vehicle related, one of them might be a little condescending. But they're not.

I personally know all the staff here so I may be jaded with this. I will say that this particular store will help you all they can. If that means calling a competitor to get your particular problem solved then that's what they'll do.

I'm partial to the store always helpful and guess what there are women working behind the register. And they know their business and they know parts which is a good thing not many places auto parts hire women...

10% off military discount with I'D. They will PRICE MATCH other parts stores.I'm paralyzed and use a wheelchair so the only issue for me is they won't let me call and order my parts and pay for them over the phone and either have someone pick them up or bring em out to me. The other part stores do.

Had two lug nut studs sheer off. They had the parts and let me borrow tools to fix it in the parking lot. 10% off military discount and great guys.

7 times out of ten it's the wrong part... IDK.. maybe computer got a cold... BUT they DO loan ANY tool you can carry... AND price match
