I had been searching for a f-150 lightning for a month, I d had gone to 3 dealerships and tried to work a deal online for another one in the DFW metroplex. After much frustration and the dealerships in DFW digging their heels in and not even trying to help me, I found a lightning at wild west ford in Guymon, Oklahoma. Priscila (sales) and Abel (finance manager) worked the entire deal over the phone for me, valued my trade spot on with what I expected and made the whole process extremely easy. I have never bought a vehicle online or out of state and I was quite nervous about the process, but the team was very quick with information, answering my questions and putting the deal together. Literally called them on Tuesday to inquire, they made the deal on Wednesday, I left and drove half way wed evening, and arrived on Thursday morning just after they opened. I was in and out of the door in an hour and that was only because they were cleaning the truck. I have to say besides the long drive, this was the easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. If you need a new ford, I d suggest calling Priscila and Abel and they ll take good care of you. Thanks for all your help!

Bought a 2021 F150! I was treated kindly by Priscilla. She was so respectful and polite. She even delivered the vehicle that I wanted to me. Didn t have the key code but if you research it you can find the code very easily. I did anyways so it wasn t needed. Thanks for the excellent customer service. if I ever buy another vehicle, I definitely will be looking here. This dealership has one of the most respectable, polite staff that I have ever worked with.

first time buyer and they tried to swindle me out of ten grand. the 2022 ford bronco used is worth 25,000 don t let them sell it to u for more. better yet don t even go here. go out of town or look online.

Drove 2 hours to get a car after not having one for a month and a half. Priscilla and Abel were so helpful during the buying process, it just made it so enjoyable. I will definitely be going back to buy again!

We had previously looked at the vehicle but didn t think they could make us a deal like big city dealers. We were wrong. I called JJ at 9:00 am and signed the papers about 3:30 pm the same day. They provided great customer service.

Bought a Jeep had a few things needed attended to on it. Took it back no hassle got them fixed. Great people. To buy from. The dealership is lucky to have the young man in the service department Very courteous and professional

Everyone at Great American Ford was very professional and even more friendly!! I worked directly with Lee, Bryson, Tanner, Sutton and Abel. I would recommend doing business with any of these guys to anyone. They know the true meaning of customer service.

Salesman showed lots of patience as we test drove several cars. No high pressure sales pitch, just helpful info and eagerness to help out. A much better experience than the big city dealerships that ruin the experience with pressure sales tactics.

TOP NOTCH customer service! Lee, Abel, Colton and all of the service staff went FAR above the level of customer service when my husband and I were broke down on vacation! If I could give them 10 stars...I would!!! I ll drive from Claremore to Guymon anytime to buy a new vehicle from Wild West Ford!

I had a very good experience at GREAT AMERICA FORD. Was greeted politely and treated with respect whileExperiencing NO high pressure sales pitch. Everything was done as promised and on time. Price wasAs offered with nothing added later, other than sales tax, which is always a bit of a shock, but unavoidable.Over all, I would give GREAT AMERICA FORD a very high rating.

Bought a 2018 F150! We we're treated like royalty! Were given a loaner, at no charge, til our new truck was prepped. Great American Ford let us take that loaner on a necessary 700+ mile trip. My husband needed to get to his new job in Wyoming, our salesman Colton, the Service Dept. Manager Lalo and 1 other service tech stayed way past hours to get our baby ready to travel! Wherever we are, should we need another vehicle, we will see Great American Ford in Guymon!

Do not buy from them. Bought Mercedes AMG GLS 63 with an agreed price of $94,000 out the door which included delivery and Taxes/licensing. They didn't pay all the taxes to my local tax office. I called and talked with Steven (guy in charge of taxing), Sale mgr, and even owner (Lee) about the issue. They informed me that their computer "miscalculate the amount of taxes" , and Lee tried to explain to me that different state/county have different tax code.... Well as a buyer am I supposed to know them? The out of door pricing included all that already, it is the job to the dealership to figure all that TTL out when they give the final price on the sheet. Because of their "computer" error there is a remaining tax balance of $1,595.27 that must be paid to my local Tax Assessor... Owner refuse to pay the remain balance and sale mgr threaten to take back car if I wanted (hmm didn't he not know that I pay him the full amount already?) Bad way to do business at this dealership. Disappointed that there is no principle and honesty here. BEWARE. will definitely not buy or recommend them again!The only thing that was good at the dealership was Abel (the sale rep)...he was professional and had great communication with him.

Had the exact vehicle I had been searching for. Called the very friendly sales team late on Thursday night, they answered, gave me details and sent photos, had the vehicle purchased buy Friday afternoon. Would highly recommend!

Where do I start? Ok, I ll start at the top with Lee Rogers. I ve known Lee for 20+ years. And when he worked in Plainview, TX years ago, I bought at least 3 cars from him at the then Jack Morris Ford. Dealing with Lee has always been a great experience. This time was no different. Well, except I would rate this one exceptional! I don t think I have ever had a vehicle deal done and delivered to Plainview in one day! I am so happy with my new 2018 Ford F-150 FX4 SuperCrew!! Wife wanted a Magma Red F-250 ,The guys at Great America went above and beyond to find what she wanted . Took them a little while but they found it for her and it was ready for her Birthday as promised ! Couldn't ask for a better buying experience .

I was presented a contract that was $900 worse for me than I agreed to. They didn't have my door keypad code and told me to go to another dealer to get it. Salesman dropped several F- bombs. Sent me away with an empty tank.

I've contacted this dealership in hopes of finding my new pickup afew hours later they was able to locate me one I've been to other dealerships were the salesman are pushing you to buy something you really don't want But not here the folks are friendly and passionate about finding you exactly what you want I would encourage you to give them a try my rating is based on many years of buying experience!!!

Great customer service! It was fast and easy! I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes! New or used you must give these guys a chance to earn the business!!!!
