I dealt with a young woman this morning at the Guymon DMV and she was extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. She had a difficult customer ahead of me and she was very respectful and professional with both of us.

The Service Oklahoma office provides an outstanding service. Facility is spotless clean. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Kevin and Vanessa are making a difference when providing Customer Services and Care.I ve always been treated with respect. Been in different offices throughout the states and Guymon is by far the best one.All of Larrys employees are the best also. They will treat you right, are friendly and they know what they are doing.Great team in both offices.Ruby, you are the best.Please, be patient with them, they are people also dealing with their own problems and trying their best to provide the best service they can.

If I could put no stars on here I would. I have came to this place on multiple occasions to get a drivers license and every single time I have not been able to get one. We called to get information on how to get a real ID and was told what to bring. They didn t tell me everything I needed so when I drove 1 hour one way to get it I didn t have what I needed. The ladies in there have horrible service and are very disrespectful. Don t waste your time here, go to Beaver.

The lady who was helping me was very nice but the fat white lady had to stick her nose into our business. She was very rude and condescending telling me she had worked there twenty three years and there wasn t nothing she didn t know. Also in those twenty three years I bet she didn t miss a meal either . I was very respectful and couldn t believe the way she treated me.

We were openly lied to about what was necessary documentation to receive a learner's permit for our child. We had a 6-hour round trip drive so we called ahead several times to guarantee that we had everything in order for the day. We specifically asked them about certain documentation. They said yes, we were fine. We were not unclear in our questions. We drove 3 hours to be told once we got there that our child was not eligible to test that day. We are seeking reparations at this time. This is not acceptable and those responsible should be held accountable, up to and including termination from this place of business.

Everything went smoothly to get my son s permit! The sign in kiosk was out of order, but they still called his name at exactly his appointment time. We were in and out in less than 30 mins. Nice and professional people working there, too. It was definitely worth the drive from OKC to avoid the long wait! I d rather visit a town I ve never been to than get up at 3am to wait in line.

Sharkley was super helpful and polite. The other girl with the bad highlight was extremely rude. Making unnecessary rude comments in front of the rest of the customers. Definitely needs to learn manners and be a decent human being. If you don t like your job don t work there, no need to take out your problems at home or with yourself out on patrons trying to go get their licenses. Definitely don t recommend services from her. But Sharkely, definitely give him 5 stars.

I've been trying to get an appointment to transfer my license for nearly a year. Every time I go to the website it is always greyed out. In fact, my friend had to drive 5 hours away just to get his done.I decided to walk in and see if they'd take someone and found there were zero people waiting in line but they said they couldn't do a walk in. So I decided to sit down, go to the online appointment website, and see which city close to me has an available appointment(Apparently I'll have to wait another 3 months and go to woodward for a simple transfer).While I was waiting I saw 2 people turned away because they spoke Spanish and not English(when nearly every employee speaks Spanish). All this seems to be an attempt to prevent people from getting the services they need, services which we would all be penalized for not having done.Apparently you have to be able to leave work whenever, speak perfect English, and be able to travel 2-5 hours to get a service.One good thing came from this experience, I will be going door to door telling people to go out and vote in the midterm elections, from municipal to state this place needs an overhaul.

I was not aware that someone would have a job for this long with how much she is disliked by the general public. I was actually warned by many people in the community about this department before making an online appointment! Trying to get my daughter s written test for her driving permit and it has been a disaster and a very frustrating situation. Not only was the lady rude on the phone when I told her we did not have a public school reading comprehensive test as my daughter is homeschooled, she also said it HAD to be from a public school. So I went through great pains to try to figure out how to get our local public school to give her a test in the middle of summer. I called downstate and they said she did not have to have that test. Just her ACT score and an affidavit. When I went for the appointment, they canceled it because my daughter had a mask, but I didn t!! (Which, by the way is ILLEGAL to deny us service from a government facility because of no mask!) They were very hateful and not at all helpful.We got everything in order to go back and try again. Got there at 1:00 PM and they said they were closed!! My husband tried to tell them their signs on the door about appointments and walkins were misleading and they were super hateful.Don t even try here. Drive to Woodward. And someone, please, hold this woman accountable for all her rudeness and hate for our community!!

We have been there 3 times for a drivers test. First time was our fault, we were missing a paper. 2nd time we set an appointment on line. They didn't have us down and because we didn't have the bar code which was never provided to us online. Today we go in with bar code and everything but they are closed for how long no one knows. We didn't even get the courtesy of notice that our appointment was canceled. There is a lady that is very rude. If you work with public you should be kind and helpful. Its not like we as the public enjoy going and getting our licenses. Borger Texas is very rude to.. We so need a license so my daughter can drive to work.

Very knowledgeable and understanding staff. They have a huge workload every time I walk in and I still get in and out in a timely manner. Hands down much better than most DMV s I ve been to.

Rudest old folks ever. I especially think they deserve no stars. Either get friendlier people working there or shut the office down. We can do without their services. There should be more languages offered at this type of place. Oklahoma state must have vote for Donald Trump. This place is sick and a pain in the head.

Less than a positive experience today. In spite of having all proper paperwork to move forward with registration, a "computer technicality" prevented them from verifying a document to complete the process. A "computer glitch" that has never happened in the last with the exact same documents/paperwork. Very disappointed with the state's system.

So today is the 3rd time I have set up an appointment online for my daughters driver test last one was Oct. 29th and the last 2 times I have not received any kind if cancelation. I am trying to call today because her appointment is at 230 and the vice mail says they will be closed until further notice .... well STOP TAKING APPOINTMENTS ONLINE!!! This place us the worst DPS every!!

It is extremely frustrating to have someone yell at you and make it as difficult as possible to even ask questions. Especially when you are making every effort to be in compliance and have everything in order. The lady in there is the most unhelpful, rudest, condescending person. She would take every opportunity to be as unhelpful as possible.

Gave them a 1 star only bc 0 stars is an option. This place is trash. All the ladies are rude and snarky. Apparently, the driver licenses examiners got covid (praying for a quick recovery). However, that being said, there was no notification that my appointment got canceled. You could live in Turpin and drive to guymon just to find out your spot was terminated. Doesn t matter if you scheduled an entire week of appointments. Now I have to wait til NOV 28. This DMV has communication skills that of a potato (which is insulting to the potato). Garbage DMV and garbage ladies. You could drive 2 hours to Woodward and it would be much better.

The lady at this DMV is extremely rude, not a help at all, I came to get my permit and I failed my test, she told me I could come back the next day, so I come back two days later to take the test again, the machine glitched and didnt tell me that I was getting answers wrong , when it kicked me out I told her what happened and how it only told me I got 3 answers wrong and she mocked me and told me that I can come back in one day, extremely frustrating experience, definitely reccomend driving an extra couple of hours to keep from going here!(I live 2 and a half hours away btw ) that's why this is so infuriating!

This place is a absolute joke. I do wish I could give zero stars. Everytime I have EVER came here they come up with a reason to not help me or others. They have lied saying they couldn't do certain things where I have personally driven 2 hours to Woodward OK DMV and they have done it without issues and were happy to help. Also just very rude every single one on the CDL side.

I called 6 times over the course of the day before getting an answer. When I arrived they had few people but moved very slowly. Also, they closed an hour before their scheduled time.

Building (says it's) open until 4:45 ,I call at 11 am. She tells me I should have come in between 8-11 am... Are you kidding me!???? I work nights. Not a fan already and I haven't even gone into the office yet.

Showed up to appointment. Door was locked. Note on door said due to shortage of staff closed till further notice. I received NO NOTICE OF ANY KIND!!!!!! This place is a joke

Hours are listed that the DPS side closes 5:00pm, but they close at 4:45pm. They re not the friendliest group so give yourself plenty of time.

Iam not sure how the elderly lady still has a job there very rude unprofessional she reminds me of Nancy Pelosi
